Yeah! The lovely and phenomenally talented @fanniballecter and I went to uni together!! We actually got back in touch with each other because she saw I wrote a fic in a shared fandom!! So we have mdzs to thank for our reunion 🙌🙌

🧐Do you spend much time researching for your stories?

I spend way, way too much time. It's always stupid things, too! That I really don't need to go down rabbit holes for, but it's gotta be done!! For cetbwa, off the top of my head: I researched the average snowfall in New Jersey and when it's most likely to snow, just a whole lot about stars and NASA (which makes my silly gravity fact fuck up so much more painful for me), and lately I've been watching so many videos on suturing - like to the point where I feel pretty confident I could stitch someone up pretty well. Oh, and autopsies.

🦅Do you outline fics or fly by the seat of your pants?

Uh... both? I tried to be really good and outline cetbwa, but I absolutely veered off course and added six new chapters which then made me throw out the whole plan. For the one other multichapter fic I'm working on, that has a pretty rigid plan so far... so we'll see how that one turns out 😅

Oooooh, I don't know? I'm sure there probably is something, but I've not written enough to draw a straight line... maybe it's that I tend to make all my characters lowkey desperate and touch-starved and probably more than a little ooc lmao
