Hey...shout out your allergy prescription post because I used to have EXTREME ear infections and nosebleeds and migraines until I went to a clinic and the doctor was like...yeah...here and she gives me a script and it was like experiencing life for the first time.

its crazy how we all know that allergies exist but when we feel terrible randomly or even constantly for seemingly no reason at all, no one ever suspects an allergy might be why. i think its cause we all have a very set idea of an allergic reaction looks like (sneezing, rashes, asphyxiation, etc.) that if your symptoms differ from that, especially if none of them are life threatening, it never even crosses your mind

it also doesnt help that the list of allergens and possible symptoms of allergies contains just about every single possible thing on planet earth. just entertaining the idea can send you on a wild goose chase and make you feel like a hypochondriac. my youngest sister always gets a mild rash whenever shes cold and she did some digging and found out its actually possible to be allergic to cold temperatures. insane
