Lilian - both, in a way. She definitely is a good flirt, both directly and indirectly; she knows how to play her cards, and her charm. Which, tbh not sure if it would be called charm exactly, but she's got Presence, and knows how to draw attention. Her aptitude for flirting goes down the drain very fast however when it goes beyond something superficial or playful

Liam - absolutely horrible at flirting when he is actively trying to do it, and is Very Aware of this fact lmao. If he says something smoth there is a 99% chance it was by accident, cos sometimes he'll make a dumb comment or witty remark that comes across as flirty when it wasn't meant to. I would say he's got charm, though, more than he is aware of

Adriel - thinks she's great at it, but all she has are the corniest pick-up lines or lines that are incomprehensible but she thinks make perfect sense. Look, the main people she's had as role models for this are her dads and Varric and to an extent Aveline, what do you expect xD Although that is charming in its own way, really. And speaking of charm, she sure as hell knows how to wrap people around her finger lolol
