yeehaw gotta love being yelled at for *checks notes* not wanting to eat marmite on toast for lunch whilst doing rather intensive work and not wanting to buy the most expensive storage tubs by shopping around

#I might actually be getting better at dealing with it because I was able to relatively calmly and logically explain the reasons #she;s pissed at me now because of it #she has to admit that I'm right about not keeping mouldy food in the fridge after all and it's infuriating her #she's gonna be ultra pissed when I tell her neither of us want to eat what she's making #my m*ther isn't feeling well and quite frankly. she sucks at honey soy chicken or whatever the hell she's made #for context this is the same lady who tries to make sweet and sour sauce with tomato sauce. from her 1974 stir-fry book.#and like hey. some of the stuff in those old cookbooks are good. but it's from 1974 and is written by a white person #we don't know how to cook anything with flavours that aren't garlic.#and my grandmother? will not even use garlic.
