If we're talking about Dio Brando, read about psychopathy and then study some criminal psychology; as well as narcissism and anti-social personality disorder. But autism? No. I've known Dio 25 years. It's a no. Psychopathy, antisocial personality disorder, blended with narcissism. Please get off "the media" and whatever hearsay you get; because not everything they say is fact based on headcanon limited beliefs.
Dio is a manipulative, egocentric, power-hungry megalomaniac who knows how to charm and deceive people to get what he wants. His behavior is calculated, not misunderstood. The man’s entire essence screams control, not confusion, autism or gay/bisexual. Assigning a label like autism to him is not only wildly inaccurate but also diminishes the complexities of both Dio as a character and the lived realities of autistic individuals.
This trend of diagnosing characters with random conditions just to relate to them or make them "softer" is ridiculous. Dio is not a misunderstood, socially awkward guy—he’s a straight-up predator, and his character arc reflects that. Can we just let characters be what they are instead of constantly trying to retrofit them into molds they were never meant to fit?
Also, saying that he's gay. Why? "Because Pucci". Again. Manipulation and gaining power to do what he wants. Nothing he did with Pucci was actually indicating love and attraction or anything sensual but a sense of control and power over others and further his personal gain and goals.
The whole “Dio is gay because of Pucci” argument is such a shallow misread of their dynamic. Dio didn’t care about Pucci in any genuine, romantic, or emotional way—he cared about control, influence, and power. That’s Dio’s MO in every relationship he has: What can I gain from this person? How can I mold them into something that serves me?
With Pucci, Dio saw someone he could manipulate into being a devoted follower, someone who would carry out his will even after his death. It wasn’t love—it was strategy. Dio knew how to speak to Pucci’s vulnerabilities and desires, using religion and fate to bind him to his cause. There’s nothing romantic or sensual about exploiting someone’s faith and ideals to turn them into your pawn. It’s calculated manipulation, pure and simple.
The insistence on making Dio “gay for Pucci” completely undermines the layers of his character. Dio isn’t driven by love or attraction—he’s driven by his insatiable thirst for dominance, immortality, and godlike status. Reducing his relationship with Pucci to some kind of romance completely misses the point of who Dio is. It’s not about love; it’s about control. And that’s what makes him terrifyingly compelling.

The second thing the Davechella playlist has made me realise is how many parallels there are between Crozier and Little.
Both of them are men who have risen far in their Navy careers (captain and First Lieutenant) despite not being from the 'typical' background for an officer: Crozier is the son of a lawyer, Little's father was a ship's purser. They're both middle-class, rather than well-connected aristocrats.
Both characters struggle with depression and anger. Crozier's is overt. After Franklin's death he has the privilege, if you can call it that, to not suffer immediate consequences if he lets it become visible - until it reaches the breaking point where even he is horrified by his own actions and realises he needs to do something about it.
Little, the second-in-command, isn't able to let his feelings show. By the standards of his time period, the standards he is holding himself to, he is failing every time he allows himself to heave a sigh or to show up in front of Crozier looking defeated and careworn. As per Dave K's comments and the themes of the Davechella playlist, Little is extremely frustrated with having to bear so much responsibility with comparatively little reward, but can't do anything about it.
Both characters are hurt by the structures of imperialism and masculinity they are constrained by, but also aren't able to see that or break free from it - ultimately, they both believe that the way things are are the only way things can be. Both of them retain a core of hope that if everyone does their duty that things will turn out alright in the end.
There's strong father-son themes to their relationship, in my opinion, but specifically the common experience of a son growing up and realising the father he saw as a role model is a flawed and disappointing individual who let him down when he should have protected him. Part of Little's tragedy is that he never quite lets go of his hope that Crozier will step up and be the leader or father that he wants him to be; in the end, his only reward is that Crozier, who never gave him the support or praise he needed, is at least there with him when he dies.

I want your opinion, so I have a tiktok account where I frequently make videos about LoF and other marvel/dc related content (@tonystarkstwin) and I recently made a video saying jaytim was weird, basically it was a parody of the sound from frozen “i mean it’s crazy, what! we finish each others… sandwiches! …the fuck” and i made it like “i mean it’s crazy we both ship tim with a noncannon ship, yeah! jason, the fuck?” watch the video idk if that makes sense 😭
anyway i have gotten a few comments saying that i “need to respect fandom spaces” and if don’t like something, i shouldn’t make post about it
which i would agree with if i was hating on an individual creator, or a specific fic, or a ship that ya know, wasn’t insect?? but i wasn’t doing that
but also i wanted your opinion because you have talked about batcest and fandom spaces before and i want to know if i was in the wrong for just making a silly video…
i saw that post!! i completely agree with you. and those comments can go to hell <3
in all seriousness, you did nothing wrong. you have every right to talk about your opinion on something. you didn't call out anyone specific, you just said your opinion. you weren't calling for censorship, you were calling out how insane that is. you can go and say over and over again how disgusting, vile, disturbing, nasty, and downright horrific shipping an incest ship is, and how people who do ship it are unwelcome on your page because they are illiterate fucks with no prospects in life that will never know the love of another human being without perverting that relationship, and who will die lonely deaths, rotting in their casket and stinking that up as much as they stink up their everyday lives.
they have the right to block you and continue being delusional shit stains (and i'm talking the kind of people who, if they were rats, would carry the plague). and YOU have every right to make them uncomfortable with being in YOUR space. they obviously have no concept of boundaries or human interaction, so don't worry if they miss the message as much as they miss the meaning of a platonic or familial bond, they'll probably be so incensed that you dared to have a brain in your skull that wasn't made of styrofoam that they'll comment on your page. they'll show you who they are and you can block them.
remember folks: you have every right to speak your opinion as long as you are not harassing anyone individually or asking for censorship of a platform (because censorship will eventually lead to harming us, too). and if they're so mad about that, they can block you, just like they seem to block out the little voice in their heads that tells them they know what they're doing is weird, which causes them to lash out at other people instead of taking accountability and going to therapy.
no, you do not have to make space for pedophiles or incestuous, nauseating freaks.
we are representing ourselves and our fandom spaces every time we make a post, comment, etc. which is why it's important that we make it known that THIS is not their space, and they do not represent us.
if we made way every time people like this told us to, so that WE didn't make THEM uncomfortable, then we wouldn't be here at all. personally, i don't give a flying fuck if i make them uncomfortable or sad or angry. the argument "it's just fictional characters" doesn't work for me, because the media we consume reflects our reality

Maybe its the aromantic in me but I sometimes wished media would take a conflict in a romantic relationship between two characters and have the solution be them breaking up on amicable terms and that leading to the two characters both individually feeling more confident and learning to find their own indentities and having a better relationship and it not be treated as some big tragedy.

Okay but each of the other movies are just as emotional. They may be more action packed, but they have just as much meaning.
Ice Age 2, as previously mentioned, highlights the struggle of survivors guilt, Manny thinking he's the last Mammoth, finding Ellie, the complexity of their relationship (love vs "save the species), it's very focused on Manny the entire movie.
The third movie, Dawn of the dinosaurs, is focused on Sid. Manny and Ellie are happily together and expecting their baby, Sod is trying his best to be helpful and supportive and involves but he keeps fucking up. Despite his best efforts, he is always doing the wrong thing and making Manny more stressed. He copes with this by claiming the eggs as his children: he's lonely, he wants to nurture, and did not think through the consequences of his actions bc of that purity and innocence mentioned earlier. The whole movie for Sid is about realizing, he can't just make these dinosaurs his family. He can't project his longing and need on this random family that he disturbed. There's subplots, obviously, such as Buck, and the groups' quest to retrieve Sid, but those are secondary. This movie is about Sid and his growth.
The fourth movie, Continental Drift, is so very obviously about the complexities of parenting. Manny has a strained relationship with his now teenage daughter which is left unresolved do to natural disaster. Him, Sid, Diego and Grammy get caught up by pirates, who I see as akin to looters after hurricanes in real life, individuals who are taking advantage of people in a time of crisis. Also in this movie, Sid reconnects with one member of his family, the other "black sheep", his Granny, who is ditched on him by the rest of his family. If I remember correctly, this is the only time we ever see his family on screen, too. She's not kind to him, but he loves her anyway and it is an excellent depiction of an elderly person and their caregiver, to an extent. Granny very much reminds me of my grandmother, who suffered from dementia, and because of it was prone to aggression. It's also to be inferred that Granny initially abandoned Sid as well, and the only reason she hasn't left him is because she can't, she needs him to take care of her. Furthermore, this is the movie where Diego finally begins to show much more vulnerability, cracks forming in his solo tough guy act by having a love interest introduced. Diego had previously never had a love interest of any kind, or even reference to relationships or even family. He had his pack, but that was more like being in a gang than anything else, not loved, romantically or familially. He has that familial bond now, with Manny and the others, but begins to realize that maybe he needs more than that. His love interest, Shira, is exactly like he used to be. She's in a dangerous group, doing dangerous and questionable things, just to survive. She's a foil of him, and reaching out to her is both healing and painful for him. Of course Peaches is also introduced as a strong female type character, and she also is learning who is really there for her and who was, for lack of better terms, was being a fake mother fucker, which is an important lesson for a teenager to learn.
Finally, Collision Course. A bit more campy and comedy based, yes, I will admit. But it again, focuses on that complex father/daughter relationship. Manny is watching his little girl fall in love with a guy that Manny perceives as a full out idiot. He's worried for her, for her future, for her happiness. Ellie and Peaches are very defensive and it's causing a rift in their family unit. Diego and Shira are navigating being carnivores in a predominantly herbivore community. Kids are scared of them, which makes them worry if their own children would be able to make friends, if they had them. Sid is now chasing romance, giving the impression of a more teenage mindset than a child like one. He has had girlfriends, but he goes too much too fast, and they don't last. Buck is forced to come to the surface, which is a HUGE change for him. He had the chance to in Dawn of the Dinosaurs but ultimately decided to stay because it was his home, but he left that familiarity to try and warn Manny and the herd, which is monumental. When they get to Geotopia, the community inside the original asteroid, it's very similar to a cult. The one charismatic leader, who turns out to not be so charismatic. Sid finds the love of his life, a perfect match. His antics come in gain though, and when the crystal falls apart, Brook is aged. The way they both respond to this is so so so so important. He still loves her, still thinks she is beautiful, does not understand why her being older would prevent them from being together. Brook, as well, is still enamored by him, even though she's lost her home and youth because of him. The Llama LOOSES it and blames Sid very angrily and Brook DEFENDS him. They both continue to love each other despite their perceived flaws. He's no longer alone or abandoned because he "messes up". To her, he is perfect, and vice versa. Manny and Peaches sort their shit out in the typical "near death experience" kind of way, but Diego and Shira, we don't see things change for them till the very end, at Peaches' wedding. The children that were previously scared of them, are eager to hear Diego and Shira's story about helping save the world. They still have their fangs and claws, but their actions proved that they are kind and caring and the children noticed that. In return, it eases the fear the two sabers had about their own future children.
In summary, do NOT bullshit me and say that the series as a whole is not impactful, because it is. There's so much more I could say about it, if I included historical context as well but I didn't to keep it a little shorter.
I think a lot about how in Ice Age 1 a huge theme is the slow but unstoppable advancement of the human species as they start to threaten previously unchallenged megafauna (hunting the pack of the antagonist sabertooth and killing Manny the mammoth’s family) and then in all the sequels they just fuckin disappear

What is your opinion on people calling Caitlyn a sexual predator/predatory lesbian?
I definitely can't blame people for saying that, because the two on screen relationships Caitlyn has, Vi and Maddie have EXTREME power imbalance.
It happens not once but TWICE, and neither is mentioned or acknowledged by any character. That's a pattern of behavior. And what conclusion are we supposed to draw from it? Because all signs point to Cailtyn just not caring about the difference in status. People are not pulling accusations like that out of their ass, like certain individuals claim, because they're very clearly shown on screen, just not properly explained/addressed.
What also bothers me is that if the writers wanted to avoid dealing with that, both of those issues could've been avoided by making some changes in the writing. If they wanted to keep Maddie a traitor, just make her a young officer who shows admiration towards Caitlyn, assures her she's doing the right thing, and subtly pushes her more towards Ambessa. If they wanted a rebound plot line, why not make Cait's affair partner another Councilor's daughter? They wouldn't even have to go through the trouble of explaining that entire lore. The natural conclusion would be that they've known each other since childhood through their parents, and the writers would have their motive of Caitlyn trying to date someone her mother would approve of.
Again, i know Caitlyn is not written to be that way. That was not the goal. It's just the writers' ignorance shining through once more. They either didn't catch on the implications or just straight up waved a dismissive hand at it. They swept it under the rug by making Maddie a traitor, which shifts all the blame onto her and not even mention the issues her relationship with Vi has. You can't just write motifs like that, then ignore them and explain your motivations in interviews. Especially if, by the end, the goal is clearly for us to understand and forgive Caitlyn. You're portraing a "hero" character (morally grey or not, Cailtyn is meant to be a hero in the story) in a bad light and instead of letting people form their own opinions on their behavior, you're forcefully attempting to sway our judgment, by ignoring half the shitty things they did. If people have to read interviews to understand what you were aiming for, that shows a flaw in your writing.

TF2 Mamma Mia! AU
Cannot over stress how it’s-on-the-tin this is.
If you’re curious, my qualifications for this are the fact I’ve seen the movie like 4 times and am currently in a production of the musical so I know my shit.
Also Mamma Mia! is a romcom so I’ll just say the roms I chose are Sniper/Scout, Spy/Ma, minor Heavy/Medic, and optional Soldier/Demo(I present two options).
That’s all the preamble, lets get into this
Sophie
Alright let’s start with the most important character, who is our bride-to-be and catalyst for the whole plot? Scout, of course. Did I mostly pick him because he has known familial relationships that are easily enough translated to these characters? Yes absolutely. Did I also pick him because he seems the type to think inviting three strangers who could be his dad to his wedding is a good idea, he seems the type to be excited over a large and exciting wedding, and is commonly characterized with some form of anxiety that would lead really well into ‘Under Attack’? Also yes absolutely. Broadly, I think that Scout’s young, enthusiastic, and not-forward thinking personality lines up well with Sophie. For this we are going to ignore the other 7 Willis boys as characters, sorry unnamed brothers Sophie is very significantly an only child.
Skye
A reader with baseline knowledge of Mamma Mia! and who read the preamble can easily guess that Sniper is my Skye. I chose him because I like Speeding Bullet, he would definitely prefer a quiet elopement over a big white wedding, and he is also commonly characterized as kind of whipped for Scout so I would see him begrudgingly accepting this wedding as his life and making it work. You may be seeing this and asking ‘Postit, how on earth are you getting Sniper to dance, sing, and do all that theater kid bullshit?’ And to that I raise two things, 1. that is making me think of a community theater AU and that’s absolutely hilarious and now I want to make it but as I write this I’m realizing he would be in lighting… alright anyway 2. Through musicals are things are possible so write that down. Scout and Sniper going off to travel together seems very accurate and cute as well.
Donna
Alright this one should be clear, it’s Scout’s Ma. In all honesty I did briefly consider having Spy in this role but the fact that Sophie wants her dad at her wedding to do dad things is really important to setting the plot in motion so I’ve relegated him to a different role. Anyway besides literally being Scout’s mom I think she fits well because despite her lack of characterization, from what we do know about her she is a no-nonsense hard worker, who is trying to move past old and questionable decisions, and support her son in what she thinks is a silly decision. Overall I just think she’s the best option and can be made to fit well.
Ali and Lisa
If you only have a passing knowledge of Mamma Mia! you might not know these characters, and honestly I considered combining them into one person because they don’t have large individual impacts but it just worked better to keep them both, but they’re Sophie’s friends and advisors, as well as generation counter parts to Rosie and Tanya. I chose Ms. Pauling and Pyro for these roles. I had really no ideas on this front so it got filled in near the end of planning but I think Pauling and Pyro work well enough. I think if Pauling and Scout can move past potential love
Sam Carmichael
Who else? It’s Spy. With Scout’s Ms as Donna there wasn’t really any other choice. Sam is sort of the prime father and ends up marrying Donna at the end of the story. The second act songs between him and Donna are all about the past, regrets, and missed opportunities and that goes perfectly with the implied dynamic between Spy and Scout’s Ma. In this AU ‘Loraine’ would be Spy’s job, he would leave to work it and come back only to find Ma with other men. Speaking of.
Harry Bright
Harry is contemplative, plays the guitar, and had a ‘rough’ past that doesn’t reflect his current quieter life? Now who does that sound like? Engineer isn’t canonically an ex-punk but the idea of him ‘headbanging’ is really funny. I largely chose him because of his demeanor and the irony of him being a punk in a previous life but the straight forward attitude and guitar playing are also very appropriate.
Bill Anderson
Heavy is my Bill Anderson because he’s the last reasonable man left, his writing associations, and the fact Bill’s two duets in the musical have him mostly responding to another’s behavior. After Heavy the men get a little more visibly insane, even on a picturesque Greek vacation. Bill is a writer and travel books aren’t exactly Russian lit but the general idea lines up. The role of Bill being quiet most of the time and being the first father to figure out his relation to Sophie feels very Heavy.
Rosie
Rosie is Donna’s friend that is on the wild side, never married, and ends up ‘taking a chance’ (imagine me lightly elbowing you at my joke) on Bill. Replace Bill with Heavy and that’s an in complete description of Medic. I can see Medic having not terrible, if not normal, friendships with people willing to embrace the lunacy. A lady who shot her shot with Spy of all people and raised Scout can definitely handle some lunacy. Also there’s a line somewhere, musical or movie, when Bill mentions having one of Rosie’s cookbooks, and that seems like a sweet, Red Oktoberfest thing to do.
Tanya
For lack of better option, Demo is my Tanya. There’s no particularly strong connections between them but Demo needs to go somewhere and Soldier is even worse of a fit for this role. Since this is where he’s going I’ll propose that, if the viewer desires so and is willing to lose the alignment of Tanya’s marriages with the one happening at the end, the series of failed marriages could be changed to jobs, which would give this hypothetical casting more cohesion.
Pepper and Eddy
The only merc left is Soldier and I think him as a largely unhelpful, partying, kind of a freak feels… not terrible. This is where my two options in the Soldier/Demo situation is explained, you can go classic ‘Does Your Mother Know?’ and set the two up as romantic counterparts or you could just have them as friends. Like, Soldier is a ‘bad’ influence and Demo is trying to be normal for Scout’s Ma but is having too much fun with Soldier to resist. I think both work fine and it depends on preferences. For Eddy I want an unenthusiastic Merasmus. We know that Soldier just harasses him and drags him into random scenarios so a reluctant Merasmus can fit as a variation on Eddy so the cast is all lined up.
That’s where my fan cast ends but I want to say that if anyone wants to work with this idea, go ahead but tag me so I can see! Also I’m still thinking about Spy!Donna so there might be a follow up…. But we’ll see. Thank you for reading!

I loved mouthwashing but my boyfriend was right when they told me to not look at anybody's opinions on it because no one in the fandom could read basic spoonfed themes before they decided to play a very layered, abstract, symbolically-driven psychological horror with unreliable narrators

*taps mic* Celebrities do not owe you insight into their sexuality, nor do they have to define or abide by your standards of how they act regarding their sexuality. You do not know them personally enough to inspect their private lifestyle in such a way, and even if you did that behavior still isn't warranted. Just because celebrities are more known to the public, doesn't negate the fact that they are people with feelings and aspects of their lives that they might prefer to keep quiet about. Sexuality, in general, is an intimate thing, that everyone experiences and expresses differently, and having random strangers deny or question their queerness does more harm than good. Stop acting like you're entitled to it.
#“but-but they played this queer character in this role-” okay and? it's literally their job. as long as the character they played wasn't#riddled with harmful stereotypes or other problematic things than that fact alone still doesn't give you the right to hound the actor on#whether or not they're queer same thing goes for musicians#“but queerbaiting-” was primarily used towards media not real life people bc that often needs proof which often involves#searching and inspecting these people's private lives behind the scenes (which is problematic) and opens up more can of worms bc#you have to ask yourself why you view these people as queerbaiting without knowing them personally? what aspects of queerness do you feel is#not being met and why does it necessarily have to be?#conversations like this can also rise double standards and other negative aspects within the queer community itself with for example#bisexuality where an actor could be seen with/or dating someone of the opposite gender and be questioned if they're really bi#even though the whole (one) definition of bisexuality involves being attracted to two or more genders#this happened with kit connor#ive also seen this happen with asexuality and people trying to worm their way into famous people's sex lives---very weird#even more so if a celeb came out as one sexuality but changed to one that better fit them now all of sudden their queerbaiting 🤨?#there's also a dangerous precedent when race is involved bc often times poc queer individuals are with the brunt of this criticism bc they#often don't abide by view of queerness that is primarily driven my many (not all) yte queers#you can see this with megan thee stallion & victoria monet both singers who are bi but are often denied by members of the queer community#bc of their relations with men (even though that doesn't/shouldn't negate their sexuality at all) and are sometimes demanded that they act a#certain way only for on the flip side to be accused of aiding into the fetishization of wlw relationships it's very flip flop#the singer khalid was literally outed recently!#this can be very harmful especially for celebs who are probably still navigating who they are for themselves#this ties into how celebs aren't treated as human and bc they are famous certain people believe they are entitled to every aspect of them#stop harassing people#lgbtq#lgbtq community#queerness#queerbaiting#celebrity culture

#ALL POWER DEMANDS PAIN AND SACRIFICE: musings.#okay but this made me laugh so hard just because of how much it reminds me of misao JSJSJ LOL because she has had like casual 'flings'-#with people and is an addictive personality as i've talked about here once which includes her being a love junkie + getting into-#relationships with people because she is in love with the IDEA of being in love though falling in love with someone can't just happen-#like magic as it involves a bunch of hormones and stuff but misao kind of somewhat hopes that this person of interest to her will somehow-#complete her life anyhow which... yeah can definitely raise a few problems as people with a love addiction often attract love-#avoidant people because both of these types of people generally have a fear of being abandoned and controlled.#but whenever it comes to love-avoidant individual's they're also emotionally unavailable so 😬#it's unfortunately kinddd of a recipe for an unhealthy relationship that could very well lead to the both of them being in a bad place-#once they break up as misao as a love addict is constantly seeking out new love in particular as a lot of excitement and good feelings-#come with this particular type of love in particular. so yeahhh - i know that this may be a bit of a weird picture to do a meta to but-#SHHH lol i just thought it could possibly relate to her more long-term relationships that she's had with people as misao-#tends to avoid feelings of vulnerability with people as you may all know and so this leads to both her + the other person not really-#knowing what they are BC they haven't really established that deeper connection even though they've been together for a while.#not to say that i'm trying to blame misao for having problems with opening up or anything like that but she has a very disorganized-#attachment style i think and that leads to her often doing this continuous 'push and pull' thing in her romantic/sexual ships#where one moment she will want to be attached to the hip to them but the next she will be cold and distant from them.#so yeahhh. misao is honestly kind of like what i've said barton is before: a cake inside of a cake because i feel like she's got sides of-#herself that she doesn't even know about because she's been scared of being fully emotionally vulnerable with someone for a while now sadly#NO SLEEP OF THE INNOCENT. I really like romances that highlights a complex relationship with desire. what’s that one quote. found it, it’s the siken quote that goes “the enormity of my desire disgusts me” and “there’s only one thing I want, don’t make me say it” LOVE that. it’s so fun. denial and repression and self-loathing! some of my favorite ingredients for a romance.
#time to talk the romos#it can show up in any narrative in many ways#but the way in romance it pulls another person into the process#is SOOOOO fun for me#with romance being character-focused and with the plot tied to emotional/relationship development#(when it’s done well) you get to see it in both an individual and systemic context#how it manifests in solitude and its impact on relationship patterns#how it’s masked or displayed#whether the character is aware or unaware#whether the character is trying to break these patterns or are furiously clinging to them#fight or flight lol#anyway that’s why I just ended up rotating that one single father bl in my head for so long#I feel like writing-wise I’m kind of lukewarm on it? but themes-wise it grabbed me by the throat and shook me like a rattle#the love interest’s whole thing is how at his core he wants affection but has only gotten it through dysfunctional means#because what he’s wanted has always been dismissed or rejected or minimalized for the sake of someone else#well yknow he’s an orphan and was taken in by his maternal uncle so there’s always been resentment if he does better than the ‘actual’ son#so the pattern is#starting from his cousin and his cousin’s girlfriend#is seeing affection and going ‘I want that’ and ‘stealing’ another person’s partner#and then instantly being disinterested because if it’s so easily ‘stolen’ it’s not the affection he actually wants#and since it continues outside of that context of. well essentially revenge#it just continues into solely experiencing unfulfilling relationships#so when the love interest recognizes his own interest in the main character#he’s trying to continue his cycle of ‘surely if I sleep with this person I’ll lose interest’ except by this point *that’s* the self-delusion#he’s found a person that he connects with and with whom he wants a genuine relationship#and it’s devastating to him!!!!!!#lmao I love it

what's your color headcanon for Shadowsight? I personally imagine him as a black smoke with ghost tabby
Thanks for the ask! 😸 However I have to start with this: right now i'm only at the last book of A Vision of Shadows. So for me Shadowsight is just a kit with some concerning visions, and i don't know much about him or his siblings. This means my opinions on the family can and probably will change when i get to know them better.

I wrote Shadowkit into my family tree as blue blotched tabby. Blue can get very dark, so i think it passes the "dark grey" description, and I like that he isn't a perfect copy of the tigers but a "diluted" one.

However I have to admit i like yours too! Dovewing is silver for me, so black smoke is perfectly within the possibilities of her and Tigerheart's litter, and it looks cool. I'd keep the blotched ghost pattern.
