#for anyone wondering katinko is one of those tiger balm adjacent things#is from the philippines and there was a time my mother used it on me for many things#and it is. u kno. soothing nostalgia. also it does work.#it's not a cure-all but it does ease pain and stuff and sometimes that's all u need#so u can sit and let ur body recover. u see.#also it's so menthol heavy. works like vicks vaporub if u need it. love the stuff.#anyway i've had a migraine all DAY which is terrible bcos it's my first day off with nothing to do in WEEKS#but here we are
