a smirk appeared in your face "in that case" you sat on his lap "wanna do it again?"

before you could even say another word, jaebum was already carrying you to his bedroom.

as soon as you left, mark made his way to the computer, knowing it would be a long night. when you arrived the next day, he grabbed your hand before you could even change your clothes and dragged you to bed.

"are you that sleepy?" you asked jokingly.

"you have no idea, honey"

when jackson woke up, he noticed you were not there. he heard to your muffled voice coming from the bathroom and pondered if he should go back to sleep. however, only your scent that was all over the bed was not enough to make him go back to sleep, so he got up and went to find you.

"yeah yeah.. me and my husband will pass by later" he heard you saying and opened a big smile "thank you, see you later"

you hang up and turned around only to see standing by the door smiling like a dummy.

"jackson baby? what's wrong?" you asked once he didn't say anything.

"i'm your husband" he stated making you chuckle.

"yeah, you are" you moved to his side passing your arms around his neck "i thought you were going to sleep til later today?"

"argh baby!" he groaned "you can't touch me like this and expect me to understand what you said!"

you laughed shaking your head before kissing his cheek and walking away.

jinyoung was quiet, listening to you talking with your parents. today was the last day you were spending with him before returning to your country. he couldn't help the smile on his face as he listened to you talking in your own language with your parents even though he was sad to see you leave tomorrow. he felt a warmth in his chest hearing you talk. soon enough, you said goodbye to your parents and returned to his side on the bed.

"what?" you asked when you found he smiling.

"nothing" he shocked his head passing his arms around you "i just miss you"

you were calmly reading in your bed. today was sunday but youngjae had an emergency in work, so here you were all alone. you started to wonder if should cook or order something for lunch, since youngjae would most likely return late, when you heard the door and before you could even get up to greet him, he was laying on top of you.

"love! i need to breath!" you laughed and he moved to the side but trapped you in his arms "i thought you had work?"

"i ran away" he said burying his face on your neck "they'll probably call me in a few seconds"

"is this okay? i mean i thought it was important?" you asked concerned.

"the only important thing right now, y/n my love" he said and you felt his smile against your neck "is spend the rest of the day laying here with you. i'll deal with the rest later"

you smiled and closed your eyes feeling his embrance and forgeting all about your lunch.

the moment you put your eyes on your boyfriend on his tv interview, you regretted staying up all night with him. not even the make up had been enough to cover the signs of a sleepless night on bambam's beautiful face. it was clear that he was tired. you both had stayed up all night talking about everything and anything, it was so easy to talk with him that you didn't even notice the hours passing but, looking at him right now, you wished you did.

"bambam, you seemed a bit tired today?" the interviewer asked and you held you breath.

"ah, this?" he motioned his face "it's nothing. i just spent the whole night talking with my girl about things"

you eyes widened. you couldn't believe he said that on national television.

"oh! you have a girl?" the interviewer exclaimed.

"i do! and she's probably watching this" he turned to the camera smiling "babe, don't worry! i love talking to you all night, even when i have a early interview the other day"

you couldn't help the smile that appeared on your face. but you made a selfnote to check the hours next time.

"aimlessly driving on the highway, hoping that you’ll check your phone and that you’re still awake"

the streets were almost empty as yugyeom drove through them. it was late but he couldn't wait until tomorrow. he sent messages before he got behind the wheel and could only hope you were still awake and had read them. just because he was in a hurry, all the traffic lights seemed to be against him. he tapped his fingers on the wheel hoping he would be able to move faster.

a while later, he was turning on your street and parking in front of your house, only to see you standing in front of it, shaking because of the cold.

once you saw him, you ran towards him "did something happen? i-"

before you could finish your sentence his lips found yours, and you melted. yugyeom had the power to make you melt everytime he kissed you.

"gyeom? did something happen?" you asked again concerned once you separated.

"i love you, y/n. i couldn't wait to say that to you"

your heart started to beat fast as you sighed in relief.

"i love you too, gyeom" you passed your arms around his waist "but next time, please, try not to give me a heart attack in the middle of the night"

some advice for any of my younger followers:

i know that staying up til 3 am every night sounds fun or doing it every so often sounds fun as well. on top it it all, especially through your uni years, how long you stay to do assignments or in general and how little sleep and how you function on a daily basis and STILL get to class become some type of bragging rights and practically learned habits.

but goddamn. the older you get, the more it hits you. bc last night i accidentally stayed up til 3am and. holy shit. i feel so fucking sick. i’m so fucking tired. i had to nap and it still did nothing. so i slept a grand total of 2hrs 40mins last night, according to my sleep monitor on my fitness watch. while my usual average hours are around 6-7 hours. some times 6 or 5. im self-caring myself today by not going on my walk even though it’s sunny and nice. i had another night a few weeks ago where i stayed up til 2 am and i was ruined the next day.

this is obvs different if you’ve got adhd or anxiety or depression (i have the latter; i’m still hoping to see a therapist eventually to figure out if i have adhd or just anxiety/anxiety & depression) or other mental health issues or have autism (from what i’ve read on here, and in general). some people may function better on fewer hours of sleep idk.

but seriously though: everyone look after yourselves and your sleep. it’s not fun feeling like a sleepless train wreck everyday…. and i went through that before i got on my sleeping meds back in 2015… but also it’s how i feel now on nearly only 3hrs sleep. for the love of god. take care of your sleeping schedules. not getting adequate sleep every night isn’t a quirky or fun thing to do on the regular. it ruins your days and your overall daily life if done frequently and actually, for me, worsened my depression and anxiety while at uni (besides the fact that these things were keeping me up in general anyway but still).

and i guess the same thing could be said of oversleeping…. but i barely do that now like i was doing back when i finished high school in 2013 and til about 2016 with uni. just idek. look after your overall sleep health. because, either way, it’ll come back to fucking bite you when you’re older.

how can you miss someone you've never met?

that question had revolved in your head before. the idea of being with your soulmate, to be specific.

the idea of being safe and comfortable in someone's arms as the bright red string tied to your pinkie finger enticed you since you were young. you grew up with the tales of a red cord appearing only to the two of you when you actually met the person.

but as you've grown attached to people, the string never appeared. they slowly took pieces of your heart, pieces of your thoughts. it was rather amusing at first but as time went on, you've grown weary from searching.

as you walked out of your company's building, your favorite drink on your hand, you looked around. like always, the rush hour was bad. the cars were stagnant and people hustled around, creating different crowds.

you hated it.

you sipped from your drink and took a deep breath before walking to the train for miyagi, your lovely cousin's home prefecture.

it was an impulsive decision, of course.

things have been rough in tokyo, so to say. you had just finished your workload after sleepless nights, thriving on coffee and small naps on days. at least, today, in the train, you can catch up with your sleep.

you walked towards the corner seat of the train only to find a hunched man in a hoodie.

his dark hair, tied in a man bun, had blond highlights and he had a gaming console on his hand. he looked oddly familiar but you quickly shook the feeling off, sitting beside him.

a wave of exhaustion flooded you as you sighed softly. he looked sideways from his gaming console, his golden cat-like eyes subtly on you. he studied your exhausted face, the dark bags under your eyes and your uniform.

he suddenly felt guilty and responsible.

you looked towards him, curiously eyeing the switch in his hand. he noticed this and decided to take out his extra switch and offer it wordlessly. you took it and played some of the games in it until you realized something.

"why do you have two switches?"

he finally turned towards you, his face completely visible to you. he raised his pointer finger to his lips before you can even gasp.

what is your boss doing here?

"just in case kuroo finds me in this train and takes this switch." he pointed at the switch on his hand. "that's why i bring that, i mean." he referred to the switch on your hand.

"kozume-san, what are you doing here?" he waved a hand. "kenma. and im on my way to miyagi to meet up with old friends." you mumbled an 'oh' before yawning.

he softly smiled. "lean on me. you must be really tired since the office was abuzz with the demand." you blushed, quickly shaking your head. "it's improper-"

"in this train, im kenma, not your president. and even if i am, i owe you at least something since you probably didnt rest much. so please?"

you reluctantly leaned on him, your head resting on his shoulder. he had to admit that it brought discomfort to him but he didn't care. he had the urge to fix your hair when your hands touched accidentally, feeling the tingle of your fingers.

the two of you retracted your hands from each other, quickly apologizing. you sat up, glancing at your hand.

to your surprise, a thin string in a brilliant red was tied on your ring finger. noticing it, kenma also looked down to his hand. seeing that the end of your string was on his, he carefully looked at you.

come to think of it; why did he entrust his switch to you when you're a total stranger?

he even felt comfortable beside you and his former urge to fix your hair; he replayed everything that happened the past few minutes in his mind.

meanwhile, you were looking at him blankly. to be precise, you're head felt empty. the lack of sleep and the shock of seeing the red string that you had anticipated for a long time made it impossible for you to process things.

you sighed as you leaned back on him. kenma looked at you, tensing up for seconds before relaxing.

you had a small smile on your face as you slept and the sight made kenma's heart race.

he blushed, turning away and focused on his game.

kuroo, hidden in the crowd watched the exchange and wiped an imaginary tear and dramatically mumbled, "ah, youth."

Can I Sue My Auto Insurance Company?

In 2005, as part of our divorce agreement, my ex and I decided to keep the same auto insurance but under separate policies. We had been with this company for years. My policy was on auto pay meaning that the payments were taken directly from my account. He walked in to pay his. About 6 months after the divorce, I was pulled over for a routine traffic stop and was told I was driving an uninsured vehicle. Without insurance, my registration was also invalid. Both tickets totaled 1K. My car was taken into impound. I checked and found the officer was correct. On good terms with my ex, I told him what happened. He said for the past 6 months, each time he went in to make a payment, the girl HIS was already paid. Realizing what had happened. They were applying my payments to his automobile. I was furious. I notified the agent who initially did not want to accept blame, but since the payments were automatic and my account number was on each payment they took, they were responsible. The error was compounded by the fact that the cancellation notice went to HIS address (how dumb was that!) So I had no way of knowing that I was cancelled. I was without a car for 2 weeks and lost my job. After much haggling and many sleepless nights of wondering what to do without a job or a car, the insurance company finally admitted blame, paid the impound fees of $1,250.00. The agent also said they would handle the 2 tickets totaling 1K. FAST FORWARD TO 2010 in my state, the county did a scofflaw sweep and I was summoned to court with over 5 thousand other delinquent drivers to address unpaid tickets. The order was come to court by April 30th or be arrested. Realizing this had to be a mistake, but fearful of the law, I stood in line for over 5 hours in blazing heat, then sat in court another 5 hours waiting for my day in court. I was immediately threatened with arrest because the 2 tickets were not paid. Up to that moment, I had no idea the insurance company had not paid the 2 tickets. This time, not only was my insurance and registration cancelled, my license was suspended due to the age of the infraction (5 years). In front of the judge, I called the agents' office only to be told by the secretary that they had no intention to pay the ticket. Paying to get the car out of impound was enough. When the judge heard this she was shocked and let me off with a promise to pay in 5 days. She made me promise not to drive. With no way to get home but drive, I took a chance, and was pulled over. The officer informed me that due to the vast number of outstanding cases, tags bearing our county name would be targeted for a while (talk about a police state!). I showed him my documents from the court and headed home. This is a nightmare. Would I have a case if I filed suit against my insurance company for failing in their fiduciary responsibility to a 16 year client in good standing? She hit the drivers back tire of his Jeep Wrangler (small truck) causing him to rest in a small trench or ditch ion the side of the attempted driveway. The front passenger side above the front tire and the front by the headlight is damaged on her car. She tried to avoid him, protect her younger sister (13) and avoid veering to much left in fear of hitting the school bus. My girls were terrified when I arrived 15 minutes after the accident. USAA stated that she may have had time to instanly stop, but she tried everything that she could do. In my opinion, she should have never been put into that situation. USAA is saying that points of contact are off, but my insurance agent said that she hit the back tire because a Jeep Wrangler is only 5 ft long and he was not towing a boat or driving a common sized vehicle. In 2005, as part of our divorce agreement, my ex and I decided to keep the same auto insurance but under separate policies. We had been with this company for years. My policy was on auto pay meaning that the payments were taken directly from my account. He walked in to pay his. About 6 months after the divorce, I was pulled over for a routine traffic stop and was told I was driving an uninsured vehicle. Without insurance, my registration was also invalid. Both tickets totaled 1K. My car was taken into impound. I checked and found the officer was correct. On good terms with my ex, I told him what happened. He said for the past 6 months, each time he went in to make a payment, the girl HIS was already paid. Realizing what had happened. They were applying my payments to his automobile. I was furious. I notified the agent who initially did not want to accept blame, but since the payments were automatic and my account number was on each payment they took, they were responsible. The error was compounded by the fact that the cancellation notice went to HIS address (how dumb was that!) So I had no way of knowing that I was cancelled. I was without a car for 2 weeks and lost my job. After much haggling and many sleepless nights of wondering what to do without a job or a car, the insurance company finally admitted blame, paid the impound fees of $1,250.00. The agent also said they would handle the 2 tickets totaling 1K. FAST FORWARD TO 2010 in my state, the county did a scofflaw sweep and I was summoned to court with over 5 thousand other delinquent drivers to address unpaid tickets. The order was come to court by April 30th or be arrested. Realizing this had to be a mistake, but fearful of the law, I stood in line for over 5 hours in blazing heat, then sat in court another 5 hours waiting for my day in court. I was immediately threatened with arrest because the 2 tickets were not paid. Up to that moment, I had no idea the insurance company had not paid the 2 tickets. This time, not only was my insurance and registration cancelled, my license was suspended due to the age of the infraction (5 years). In front of the judge, I called the agents' office only to be told by the secretary that they had no intention to pay the ticket. Paying to get the car out of impound was enough. When the judge heard this she was shocked and let me off with a promise to pay in 5 days. She made me promise not to drive. With no way to get home but drive, I took a chance, and was pulled over. The officer informed me that due to the vast number of outstanding cases, tags bearing our county name would be targeted for a while (talk about a police state!). I showed him my documents from the court and headed home. This is a nightmare. Would I have a case if I filed suit against my insurance company for failing in their fiduciary responsibility to a 16 year client in good standing? In 2005, as part of our divorce agreement, my ex and I decided to keep the same auto insurance but under separate policies. We had been with this company for years. My policy was on auto pay meaning that the payments were taken directly from my account. He walked in to pay his. About 6 months after the divorce, I was pulled over for a routine traffic stop and was told I was driving an uninsured vehicle. Without insurance, my registration was also invalid. Both tickets totaled 1K. My car was taken into impound. I checked and found the officer was correct. On good terms with my ex, I told him what happened. He said for the past 6 months, each time he went in to make a payment, the girl HIS was already paid. Realizing what had happened. They were applying my payments to his automobile. I was furious. I notified the agent who initially did not want to accept blame, but since the payments were automatic and my account number was on each payment they took, they were responsible. The error was compounded by the fact that the cancellation notice went to HIS address (how dumb was that!) So I had no way of knowing that I was cancelled. I was without a car for 2 weeks and lost my job. After much haggling and many sleepless nights of wondering what to do without a job or a car, the insurance company finally admitted blame, paid the impound fees of $1,250.00. The agent also said they would handle the 2 tickets totaling 1K. FAST FORWARD TO 2010 in my state, the county did a scofflaw sweep and I was summoned to court with over 5 thousand other delinquent drivers to address unpaid tickets. The order was come to court by April 30th or be arrested. Realizing this had to be a mistake, but fearful of the law, I stood in line for over 5 hours in blazing heat, then sat in court another 5 hours waiting for my day in court. I was immediately threatened with arrest because the 2 tickets were not paid. Up to that moment, I had no idea the insurance company had not paid the 2 tickets. This time, not only was my insurance and registration cancelled, my license was suspended due to the age of the infraction (5 years). In front of the judge, I called the agents' office only to be told by the secretary that they had no intention to pay the ticket. Paying to get the car out of impound was enough. When the judge heard this she was shocked and let me off with a promise to pay in 5 days. She made me promise not to drive. With no way to get home but drive, I took a chance, and was pulled over. The officer informed me that due to the vast number of outstanding cases, tags bearing our county name would be targeted for a while (talk about a police state!). I showed him my documents from the court and headed home. This is a nightmare. Would I have a case if I filed suit against my insurance company for failing in their fiduciary responsibility to a 16 year client in good standing? My car was badly vandalized about a month ago and i made a claim to my insurance company. I originally decided to take my car into one of their many One Stop shops, where i would only have to pay the 250 dollar deductible and have my car completely repaired. Since then i was laid of from work and have been going through alot of money trouble. I have been considering just having an adjuster come out and write a check for the damages and repair only some of the damage at a friends shop. My question is... how much would the adjuster write off for... Deep key scratches down to the metal, a line all around the car.
