i wanted to thank you for writing and sharing project hadea, and ask a question that's been nagging at me since my last play through. on the route where the operative dies, what would've happened afterward? would Nash go Terminator and kill everyone involved? would they give up? it seems like whether or not the rest of the crew would survive would hinge on them, so i was curious. thanks again for this fantastic story, i hope you're doing well<3

ohhh anon this is SUCH a good quastion......

nash probably wouldn't survive; if they weren't killed by scytha there and then, they wouldn't survive the fallout, and the post-crash situation, unfortunately. more likely, they'd be killed on board by the soldiers, but they'd definitely take a few with them. one thing is for sure - maccready is not making it out of there in one piece.

depending on how much the operative told them, the civilians would likely end up dead or imprisoned permanently; the director hasn't got any use for anyone whose loyalty isn't guaranteed, and they don't have any particular skills that couldn't be trained into more agreeable people. ki-ha, in particular, would get himself killed before willingly making anything easy for scytha.

rohan would be taken into custody and never heard from again. it would be bad.

rhaxa............yeah. hm. not good. they'd take rhaxa into custody, and i don't want to give up any spoilers but it would Not Be Good For Them.

ivi would be retrieved, dismantled, re-engineered and implanted into another operative. with more safeguards.
