the púlsar characters aren't very invested in food tbh. karma just eats whatever (when and if he remembers he needs to eat) and i don't think he'd have a favourite food

ira has spent her whole life with no reliable access to food so whatever she has access to is her favourite food ATM. that said, if she liked you and you asked she'd said it was a dish níniam's mentor made for them before she died. it was a traditional khithi dish the mentor put together because she knew she was going to die soon and she wanted them to at least experience it even if it meant calling in a bunch of favours (which ira realized years later. she was 10 at the time) i imagine it would be a hearty warm stew for the rainy and cold days

coincidentally this is also sher's favourite dish. it was one his mom used to make for him when he was really small (and before she got too sick to cook for him)
