who are these guys and whats their setting?

okay! they're named zara and folly and their setting is a modern one with no magic (i know it's crazy) and they meet at the local er at a hospital because zara worked there as a receptionist and folly got cut super bad doing something stupid. meet cute except your arm is bleeding badly and the love interest can't stop laughing at you. yayy
