Foolish avoiding talking about Vegetta is so normal actually, the man hasn't been on for a week and on top of that they don't really interact a lot outside of being with a large group.

Foolish is really old and probably has had his fair share of being forgotten, he's maybe preparing himself for the inevitable moment when Vegetta leaves for someone shinier or dies.

He has seen how far his emotions will get him when the whole thing with forever went down. I don't think he liked that, I think he's a little too much afraid of his feelings for his family. He can't help loving Leo, they depend on him and he sure as hell won't let her die.

But he can manage his feelings for Vegetta, he can, surely can if not everyone were so invested in their relationship.
