Prayer and intentional thought coupled with energy clearing practices like journaling, meditation, deep breathing and yoga are life changing for your spiritual health. A clear energetic center increases your magnetism; thus, improving your ability to problem solve, manage stress, and master self. We are taught the work we do with our hands is what counts most and, while it’s important — it’s not the entire picture. The internal work we do with the Divine can reduce the labor we are required to do in the physical or make that labor more manageable. Our spiritual investments are mirrored to us through the 3d and results are guaranteed once you prioritize repairing your energetic field. Elevating your light body naturally brings forth your desires due to the absence of resistance, allowing energy to flow properly. The light body is closest to Source and the gateway to the soul and the creator-self. Improving your spiritual hygiene will attract abundance and your manifestations quicker bc you’ve improved your energetic signature.
