Hi, I saw your comment on the Hiisi so of @paranrajanpolku and i wonder what birds were those that Christians made evil?

I tried to find the dokumentary I saw on this a few years ago or something of the same topic to link as sources/further watching/reading but I couldn't find it. I'll keep looking.It might have been a more general thing than just paiting birds as evil/generally-not-nice, I don't remember the specifics. I have some birds in mind that I think the Christians of the time weren't big fans of but because I can't check if I remember this right I don't want to take the risk of accidentally spreading fale information. HOW EVER if I'm not mistaken the Christians encouraged people to hunt the swans because of their role in folklore leading to their numbers significantly dropping at one point in history.
