His race, Vorta, are impossible to interrogate because at a certain pain threshold, they automatically die.

I can think of a better way to interrogate a Vorta than pain. 😉 He wouldn't know what hit him.

Ok, so I was raised on 1970s tv.

Again with the cocky charm. In later seasons of Happy Days, he unfortunately became a series of catchphrases, but in early seasons, this character was great. Funny, amazing smile. Had a huge crush on him.

There was an episode where he gets woken up by a woman tickling him and, man, did that get my attention.

In another episode, he's on the phone flirting with some girl and he says, "yeah of course I'm still ticklish" with a big grin.

I mentioned this on the Tickling Media Forum and all the Ler men got all bent out of shape that their big tough hero was ticklish and apparently didn't mind women tickling him. 😆 😈

10th Doctor

He was just so flustered during The Girl in the Fireplace. I immediately wanted to toy with him. I love the idea of tickling someone who can usually talk their way out of anything and just taking that away from them.

I actually made a whole post about how 10 activates dom-mode for me.

And, if you don't mind my self-indulgence, I also have a personal character I love to torment. He's one of the Irish sidhe and a king at that, but he's not like your Tolkien style elf. He's a big, masculine ginger, kind of a la Brendan Gleason. Short and stocky, and similar combination of authoritative and assertive, but a playful and provoking hedonist, and enjoys being tied up and teased by women. Living in his immortal stagnation, he is constantly seeking out novel ways to experience pleasure.

Like his countrymen he has a tendency to be moody and mercurial, witty and evasive. He doesn't do compliments much, but if he teases you and gives you a hard time, you know he likes you.

I wrote a short piece featuring him and another character during a tickling scene here.
