One of the best decisions I could have made as his #mother was to stop being his #coach! I gave him his #wings, now I get to watch him #fly! We are so #grateful to be a part of #AcademySwimClub, with their amazing coaching staff and incredible families. We all realize the enormous #sacrifices that are made to get our kids to these #practices and #meets every day, week and month. I did not want to push #swimming, I needed my son to make that #decision. So a year and a half ago, when my son approached me and said, "Mom! All I want to do is swim!" I knew it was time to step outside of our #comfortzone, to not stay where it was #convenient and to go where we know we were going to #grow! Great things take great effort!
