Usually, a bundle of 2 or 3 rechargeable batteries for a GoPro camera made by a third party manufacturer goes for a much lower price than an original OEM one. At first this sounds great but there are some tradeoffs. Some cells tend to get a bit warmer than the original ones. There is nothing too alarming but this seems to be happening in some cases. The second tradeoff is the fact that in most cases, the aftermarket cells do not last as long. However, they cost a third of the price of an original OEM battery thus making it much more lucrative to get 3 aftermarket cells than just one original cell.

One final thing to take not is that the batteries for one model will not fit any other GoPro camera. Also, in some cases, GoPro attempted to push software updates that made the camera stop working with aftermarket cells. This is a shady practice but third party manufacturers managed to make their cells avoid this rather unpopular move from GoPro.

Nella scatola, che ci arriva, troviamo tutto l’occorrente e precisamente: Il Jump Starter, il cavo usb-micro usb, cavo con pizze nere e rosse per l’avviamento dell’auto, un sacchetto per contenere il jump starter, un manuale di istruzioni in diverse lingue.

Importante da sapere, che avendo una carica non molto potente, è grado di avviare una macchina di media potenza. Non garantisco, e credo proprio che non ce la faccia, per macchine con prestazioni più’ elevate. Tenetelo a mente se volete acquistare questo prodotto.

Interessante sapere che questo dispositivo ha una duplice funzione. Può essere, come già detto, un kit utilissimo per avviare la propria auto, ma funge anche da powerbank. Questo significa che potremo caricare il nostro smartphone o tablet direttamente con l’utilizzo del cavo in dotazione.

Il funzionamento non è molto difficile, il manuale di istruzioni fornirà tutte le info necessarie. Basterà collegare i cavi alla batteria dell’auto, l’aviatore darà quell’input alla batteria per avviarsi trasferendo quindi l’energia necessaria per far ripartire l’auto. Una volta avviata la batteria, bisognerà staccare i cavi.

Ha una capacità di circa 8000mAh, come riportato nella scheda di descrizione del prodotto,  con corrente fino ad un massimo di 300A.  Per ricaricarlo, avendo un ingresso di 5v ci metterà un po’ di tempo per ricaricarsi.  Altra funzione interessante è la torcia, tramite un pulsanti posto su una delle due parti laterali. Può essere impostata sia a modalità fissa che a lampeggiante. Per verificare lo stato di percentuale di carica, lo si potrà vedere tramite i 4 pallini blu sulla parte frontale del dispositivo. Corrispondono alle varie percentuali 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%.

Per quanto riguarda il materiale, posso ritenermi soddisfatta. In colore nero lucido, abbastanza leggero e di dimensioni contenute (152 x 81, 32 cm) comodo da portare in borsa o in uno zainetto. Concludendo, posso dire che è un ottimo prodotto ad un prezzo alla portata di tutti. Utilissimo, avere sia un powerbank che un avviatore tutto in uno fa sempre comodo.

The coronavirus pandemic may have canceled Denver’s annual FlyHi 420 Festival, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t ways to celebrate the beloved stoner holiday. Physical distancing and stay-at-home orders have moved festivities online, where cannabis enthusiasts are encouraged to connect and commemorate the occasion virtually.

Here are 10 parties where you can tune in and light up from home on Monday, April 20.

420 for a Cause

Local musicians, comedians and service-industry personnel have been financially devastated by event cancellations and restaurant closures due to the coronavirus. That’s why 420 for a Cause is focusing its efforts on raising money for organizations like the Colorado Restaurant Association and Colorado Comedy Relief Fund, which benefit those hit hard by the effects of the pandemic. And it’s bringing in A-list entertainment to do so. Expect live sets from bands including The Disco Biscuits, Thievery Corporation, Lotus and Motet, as well as comedians like Doug Benson, Broken Lizard, Jonah Ray and more.

The event starts at 1 p.m. at 420foracause.com and is scheduled to run 4 hours and 20 minutes (fittingly), with a countdown to 4:20 p.m. and a ceremonious “bud drop.”

4/20 at The Coffee Joint

The Coffee Joint, a social consumption lounge in Denver, is known for regularly hosting workshops and networking events. Since it can’t host them in person right now, it’ll be moving some events online to celebrate the holiday. The Mile High Virtual 4.20K

Originally slated to take place at Sloan’s Lake in Denver, the Mile High 4.20K race has gone digital. Between April 18 and April 30, participants who register and run 4.2 kilometers (2.6 miles) are encouraged to post a photo or video with their best times on social media. Tag the Mile High 4.20K for some fun, virtual competition and the organization may reshare your post. Registration is free at runsignup.com.

Lightshade, which operates eight dispensaries in Denver and Aurora, is hoping to bring customers together online with a virtual concert and fundraiser. Starting at 4:20 p.m., DJs including Skeena, Wushu and Thred Savage will be catering beats live at virtual420party.com and encouraging donations to nonprofits that are instrumental in coronavirus relief efforts, such as Urban Peak, which provides services to homeless youth. Comedian Sam Clark and chef David Hadley will also host stand-up and cannabis cooking segments, respectively, during the event.

Waldos Forever Fest

Illinois-based Dispensary 33 and Do312 are encouraging stoners to #420InPlace by offering a smattering of entertainment the weekend before the holiday. On April 18 at 4:20 p.m., tune in to Twitch for workshops on cannabis cooking, glass blowing and neon bending plus live DJ sets, drag performances and more.
