love and LIGHT to our skating instructors and with full knowledge that this was a necessary drill for everyone in the class but they had us practice stopping for close ten goddamn minutes tonight and i got so bored i taught myself to stop backwards from every backwards skating position i know with zero instruction. no wasted time, no wasted energy 😤
