Like a rainbow!

Comme un arc-en-ciel!

Pendant une session de cours d’art floral avec les étudiants nous avons réalisé un très bel arc-en-ciel tout en fleurs!

Voici la petite sélection du jour, les dahlias ont un panel de couleurs extra. Avec beaucoup de nuances, parfait pour réalisé notre arc-en-ciel.

Il fallait d’abord voir comment réaliser la structure. On l’a fait avec un solide fil de fer attaché en plusieurs points.

Like a rainbow! During a French Flower Workshop in Paris, we made with students a beautiful rainbow with flowers! It was the last class of the course, and we wanted to make something original as flower masterpiece.

Here is the selection of the day, dahlias are gorgeous, perfect for our rainbow with their plenty of shades.

We shoud first make a strong structure, we used wire and fixed it in differents points.

Après nous l’avons effeuillée puis rempli de fleurs avec des pipettes au fur à mesure.

Nous avons commencé par le violet, le bleu puis le vert. Et pour finir les couleurs chaudes avec le jaune, orange, et rouge! :)

After we fixed foliage on the structure with wild clematis. Then we put flowers in plastic tube with water to keep fresh.

We started with purple and blue, then green. And to finish with warm colours yellow, orange and red! :)

Dahlias were really useful to make a perfect gradiation :D

It was fun and make an original flower arrangement it always increase flowers skills!

Can we bring flowers in flight!?

Au printemps dernier, j’ai donné un cours d’art floral, et l’étudiante m’a dit qu’elle laisserai ses fleurs à Paris. Je lui ai dit d’après mes amis on peut prendre avec soi les fleurs fraîches sans eau. C’est ce qu’elle a fait, et le résultat après un vol de plus de 10 heures est incroyable!! Ravi qu’elle ait pu profiter de ses fleurs françaises en Corée! :)

Last spring I teached a flower class, student told me she will leave flowers in Paris. I told her I heard from my friends you can bring fresh flowers with you without water. It’s what she did, put in water before and after the flight!

And it’s how it look after a flight of more than 10 hours, amazing!! :)

I was happy for her to enjoy French flowers in Korea :D

Foxgloves is one of my favourite flowers, and symbolise summer in France. We can see in forest these beauties :)

Make a bridal bouquet is always special and symbolise wishes and taste of couple, to bring them happiness and an unforgettable day. During class I teach how to make gorgeous bouquet with the most beautiful flowers I can find in market and show how to make boutonnieres.

All blue like ocean, we used delphinium, passiflora, blue star, nigella.

Rainbow is full of colours and perfectly symbolise summer atmosphere!
