Life. In between Munich, Berlin, Hesse and Poland I have returned to Hamburg for a handful of days. I was laying on my bed, looking over the past few days, exhausted and tired after 5 hours on the highway. Exhausted and tired after visiting my family the first time in 1.5 years. Those last couple of days have been a mixture of emotions. I left Berlin with my heart full of love and found peace and inspiration in the wonderful spring landscape of my homeland. But I also picked up old fights with my family, trying to break the narrowness that tied my throat just by listening to the discussions. I failed. It's not a battle to win, if I always hop in for just a day or two. Maybe it's not my battle at all. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I chose to keep my spirit free and my heart open for the twists in life. I learned to live my life in my own way. Simple, with happiness, self-forgiveness and love. Surrounded with uplifting people, who don't take life too seriously. Who dance through the night with Cacao in their heart. With whom you can watch old 90th movies, make hilarious plans for world domination and eat ice cream in the sun. Svalbard by Zanthia Endless white. Endless sunlight. I've been to the north a few times, but never experienced a never ending day like this. The sun never gets even close to the horizon and you can only determine the time of the day by the direction of it's light. I feel energised. Svalbard by Zanthia I love isolated places. As an introvert I gain energy while being on my own or in company of a few good friends instead of being surrounded by a large group of people or at very crowded places. It does not mean I don't enjoy my life; or don't talk to people; or don't get out of my house. It's about when to regenerate.
