The Calf Blast bundle is made up the Calf Cups and the Flex Wedge.

-- Calf Cups --

The Calf Cups are J-cups with dual cut outs that allow for a hook to be inserted at the top.

The purpose of this hook is to create an enclosed chamber so that the barbell can't move back.

This way when you're doing standing barbell calf raises on a calf block, you don't have to worry about falling back and you can just focus on the exercise.

When you're done doing calf raises, you can remove the hook and use the J-cup normally.

-- Flex Wedge --

The Flex Wedge is an adjustable calf raise block / slant board. It adjusts with a couple of pins that insert by the sides of the footplate.

With 8 different positions, this has more versatility than a calf block. I use it for calf raises, landmine exercises like bent over rows, goblet squats, deficit exercises, Knees Over Toes Guy exercises, and more. -
