For today’s #flatabsfriday, we incorporated #standingabs and cleans and presses, all which engage and train both the transverse and rectus abdominus. Standing abs engage all your muscles at once, helping to build postural support, define that six-pack and burn fat, all in less than #10minutesaday 💪 We did a quick 3 mile flow ride and then threw these in💪 Sagittal and frontal standing crunches - make sure to bring opposite elbow to knee and both elbow to knees when you “crunch”🔥We did 10 reps of each leg 🔥Time under tension cleans- we worked our way up to 5 second holds - you could also add the reverse🔥 ➡️we play with landline presses and pushing and pulling exercises for maximum engagement of the core💪I did 5 of each level.
