Today I'm proud of myself.

I'm healing and working on my mental and physical health. I've been going to therapy and meditating 🧘‍♀️ to open up new opportunities. I strive every day to be better than the last. Pushing to make daily affirmations and heighten my vibration.

I love my family and am loved. As I work on full self love, I go to each body part and tell my thighs, my belly, my arms that they too are loved. They have worked just as hard as the rest of me.

Becoming stronger isn't only for muscles but also the mind. I will be a better mother, wife and person because I love me first. 💖
