I am wondering about US leg of FITFWT since no mention of opening act yet… I can’t remember how long before LTWT that Sunroom was chosen to be opening act and Only the Poets for Europe leg. If no info on that then for sure the tour itself might be in jeopardy. I have tix to Red Rocks and Hollywood Bowl and definitely getting trip insurance as I always do, but my main concern is Louis’ health. Do you think maybe Louis is going to take a mental health break - AOTV was pretty heavy and maybe it affected him in a way that he needs a break from fighting TPTB, stunting, fighting for low tix prices keeping Ticketmaster and LiveNation profits low. The Cure is fighting that battle now too. I know Louis loves to tour but he also is not one to do things half-assed if TPTB are giving him unrealistic quotas/profit margins that compete with Harry, Taylor and Bruce big-budget/outrageously big-profit tours.

I don't have the answers, anon. I don't think not having an opening act has anything do to with that, not sure if that even makes sense. People selling their tickets because they're worried the tour will be cancelled are being stupid and they're not helping the situation. If it happens to be cancelled, people will get a refund. As I was saying earlier, IF the reason why Louis cancelled the asian tour was low ticket sales, I'm very inclined to believe it's because the tour was announced too short notice and that didn't give fans much time, and also it didn't give Louis/LTHQ any time to reschedule or downsize the venues. So if any other dates anywhere else now are compromised for the same reasons, I think they still have plenty of time to try to figure that out. But maybe that wasn't even the reason.

As for Louis' mental health... I mean, I have no idea, there are too many assumptions there. I don't think there is TPTB for Louis to fight against, I was just talking about that here and here. I hope he's okay, I was very surprised about the entire thing... and I don't know, it's weird. But whatever it is, he's not sharing it with us right now, so there isn't much we can do except hope everything is okay and this is nothing too serious.
