Resurrected @sfswimfan post via @davin-w, more: @sfswimfan-vault
Philipp from @fitcasting , featuring more revealing stills than this you-tube video would allow: (youtube unfortunately removed)
Update: the very transparent briefs were also more revealing than tumblr now allows so I used snapseed to reduce the transparency of the briefs. To see the originals, go here. If that doesn't work, just scroll down a little from here.

THIS WEEKS FITLETE PODCAST REVIEW GOES TO 📣 "The FitCast- Your fitness and nutrition podcast" * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * You can read the full review here: https://ift.tt/2tEJkGQ. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * I am a long listener of this Podcast. It's one of the longest standing podcasts that has a personal training and the industry surrounding it. The host does a great job talking with guests on the show as if they are old friends and that makes the casual nature of the show feel way more informative than it sometimes is. That is not saying this show is just for a casual listen, because it has a ton of amazing guests come on. I really wish the show notes were better at explaining what is going to be discussed in the episodes. At least the titles are great, they let you know episode #, guest and main dicussion theme. He does have more ads on the show now and they can can be a little lengthy at times. You would find some real gems if you browse the library of episodes. At the time of this initial review he has recorded close to 500 shows so if you are looking for a quality show this one is going to be one to explore. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * If you would like to rate this show and share your favorite episode sign up for a free FITLETE membership! . . . . . #podcasts #fitnesspodcast #fitnessbusiness #personaltraining #fitlete #podcastreview https://ift.tt/2TUVcxO

A year ago I had the idea of a motherhood series. I wasn't sure how I wanted to do it, and I'm still working out all the details but I knew one step would be interviewing moms of color tp discuss their wellness journey. I'm so proud to share the first of the series "Motherhood, Wellness and The Black Community" link in the comments below. Meet Valarie Robinson, owner and writer, Mom and all around badass of @unapologetic_us #Blackgirlswinning #Blackmomsworkingout #mommyingwhileblack #Blackandfit #Motherhood #wellnessblogger #Wellnesswarrior #Blackgirlmagic #Beyondmotherhood #Momprenuers #fitfamilylife #fitmoms #PutTheBaeInBaobab #BaeOhBab #wodswellnessandwoes #podcast #fitcast #2017glowup #unapolgeticallyus #heartandsoul

Take Your Business to the Next Level
THE PODCAST: The FitCast
THE EPISODE: 459: Trainer Evolution with Jonathan Goodman
It’s official: Your client roster is maxed out, and so are you. You’re working as many hours as you humanly can, but somehow still struggling to pay the bills. Barring the possibility of radioactively induced superpowers, you don’t know how to get from where you are to where you want to be.
Sound familiar? Many young trainers reach a point like this in their careers. Their income plateaus, and they find themselves asking, “How do I make more money?” According to the PTDC’s Jonathan Goodman, that’s their first mistake.
“I don’t think that’s the right question,” Goodman says on this episode of the FitCast. “The real question should be: What next?” That puts you in a more entrepreneurial mindset, crucial for any trainer who wants to improve his bottom line.
Good entrepreneurs understand consumers, something many trainers struggle to do. For them, Goodman shares some key insights, such as the secret to good marketing, what consumers really want, and what they actually mean when they say they “can’t afford” your product. (Hint: They can.)
Any trainers looking to advance their careers should listen—and learn.

The Education Myth That Holds Trainers Back
THE PODCAST: The FitCast
THE EPISODE: 492: Better Educators with Lou Schuler
Most of us yield to some kind of higher authority. Religious folks have a deity. Scientists have their data. What do fitness pros bow to? One thing: credentials.
Still, some of the most valuable skills—how to motivate, educate, and market yourself to clients—are not taught in training courses. Bad news for the field and for your bottom line.
Statistics show that the number of graduates with bachelor’s degrees in exercise science is growing. Between 2011 and 2017, it jumped by about 70 percent—a greater increase than in any other field.
“You’ve got all these new people coming into the market in the last decade,” says Lou Schuler, the PTDC’s editorial director. “They can pass the CSCS test. They know how to exercise. What do they know about educating people? What do they know about the psychology of their clients?”
Turns out, not much.
The most successful trainers are also good teachers, psychologists, and salespeople. So it behooves you to start focusing on what they didn’t teach you in school.
Check out this episode of the FitCast to learn how to home in on your clients’ motivation, build marketing content, and avoid the huge mistake that highly educated trainers make.
