This is a fic idea I've been conjuring in my head for TOCF x reader thingy. So reader is from this messed up dimensions were the monsters couldn't be defeated and instead they become stronger. The situation only became worse as humans were forced to become monsters including you. So you've been on your own for Lord knows how long then all of a sudden you wake in this odd dimension with someone staring at you. So you attack them but the problem is that you might have attacked Cale Henituse.

It has been 8 years since the world has fallen into chaos. 8 years since the apocalypse happened. Monsters that looked as though they came from storybooks started roaming around as if they owned the place. No one could figure out how or why. All everyone knew was that one day these things appeared and killed masses.

5 years

It has been 5 years since everyone lost hope. At first, factions were formed and everyone had hoped to either get rid of the monsters or find a way to survive against them. However, it looks like the universe has forsaken your world and the people in it.

Not only did no one find the weakness of these monsters, but they also somehow grew stronger. They destroyed everything. From houses to food; every resource you could think of is now facing a scarcity. 

That was why humans decided to forego their last remaining humanity and let their selfish natures take over. People started betraying their factions, sacrificing their friends and family to get food, killing fellow humans for a place to sleep in, and many more atrocities.

You were no exception to this rule. You were far from selfless and goody-two-shoes. The things that you have done did not sit right with you. In fact, sometimes nightmares and hallucinations haunt you. However, you were more afraid to die than whatever else hardship you had to experience to survive.

So you do everything to survive. If this time it means sleeping in a scary forest with nothing but the clothes on your back and a measly dagger in your hand? Then that’s what you’ll do.

3 seconds

It has been 3 seconds since you woke up after sleeping in an unknown forest. You didn’t know if you were still in the same forest because your view was being blocked by a guy staring at you. It had been a while since you’d seen a fellow human, the last one you had to kill before they could kill you.

So you try to attack the unknown guy with your dagger. 

Before you can even blink, the dagger had flung out of your hands and a new person had come into view. This surprised you, last time you recalled people didn’t team up anymore. All of them afraid of being betrayed, of being killed. Sometimes the thought of being killed by another human sounds scarier than being eaten by a monster.

“What the hell, people still team up in this day and age? And what’s up with the redhead’s clothes… wait where the hell am I?”

Your voice was hoarse from not being used for a long time. However, you didn’t care as confusion piled like a Lego tower when you noticed more and more abnormalities. First were the clothes of the redhead man. It looks too luxurious, something that’s impossible to get in your ruined world. The next thing was the forest itself. At first glance, it looks similar to where you were last night. However you know better, the plants look different, and the noises of the monsters from a distance are also unfamiliar to you.

“Cale-nim, based on their clothes they seem to be like me and got transported here.”

The man named Cale examined you from head to toe. As he did you can feel the pressure at his gaze. He wasn’t looking down at you, but there was still this aura around him that made you feel as though you were looking at a ruler.

“That seems to be the case. Who are you and where did you come from? Earth 1? Earth 2?”

“Neither, I’m from a place called Earth Zero. A land forsaken by everyone.”

You still don’t know whether you can trust these people. Somewhere in your heart was fervently hoping this world to be different from the one you were in. The rational side of you reasoned that it’s unlikely.

“...That’s something I’ve never heard of before, and I do not wish to hear about it. I don’t have any interest in hearing your story let’s just go.”

That’s easy enough to do so you followed him. The three of you spent a few minutes walking and soon you reached an underground villa.

Lively. 

That was the only way you can describe this place. Many people were doing their own thing. Knights training, servants running around, there were even kittens pawing Cale’s legs as soon as you arrived. It had been too long since you’ve seen this many people together, and even longer since you’ve seen harmony in one place.

“Amazing isn’t it? I was also shocked when I saw people for the first time after spending a lot of time in the Forest of Darkness.”

“Forest of Darkness… so that’s what it’s called. You seem to have gotten things wrong though Choi Han-nim. I had just arrived in that forest when you guys first saw me. Also, I’m more surprised at the fact that you guys aren’t killing each other.”

2 days

It has now been 2 days since you started lodging at this villa. Everyone treated you nicely. Well, some were more wary than others but it’s nothing compared to your world. No one asked you questions and they respected the fact that you're guarded against other people.

That was why you have decided to finally share information with Cale. These past 2 days were the most peaceful days you have experienced in a very long time. You didn't have to struggle to get food and lodging, you didn't have to be as afraid that you'd be killed in your sleep. That's why you only deemed it right that you share your knowledge with your benefactor.

“Um Choi Han-nim, is it possible to talk to young master-nim? I have something to share with him.”

Choi Han was the only one you were kind of comfortable with as he helped you adjust to this new world and taught you the things you needed to know. Meanwhile, the sword master was happy because it looked like you were finally opening up. He too knows the struggle of being unable to trust people easily.

During lunchtime that day you were invited to eat a meal with Cale in his room. When you arrive he has a gaze that seems to tell you to say whatever you want and say it fast.

“Young master-nim”

“Just call me Cale. You’re from Earth, I’m sure you aren’t used to calling someone young master.”

“...then Cale-nim”

During the two days you were here, you have learned that Cale prefers things to get to the point. Luckily, you’re the same.

“I feel like I have to share this information with you. Do you know why my world was called Earth Zero? It was because that world is terrible. If higher entities are real, then I think it’s safe to say that we have been abandoned by them.”

Cale looks interested as you tell the story of your world. Not you, but just your world as that is more significant during these trying times.

“That world is like a world that was beta-tested on and then left to rot as the player had no interest in it anymore. It is a world where monsters are the new humans, and the humans have become the insects.

We aren’t like the other Earths who have found ways to live and thrive even with the monsters. The monsters back there were on a different scale, we couldn’t figure out how to defeat a single one of them. Even with extensive research, we have failed to do what the other world has done.”

You peek at Cale who seems a bit confused as to why you’re telling him all these things.

“Transmigrators are not a thing in my world, I don’t know how I got here. But me being able to go here probably means that those indestructible monsters in my world could too.”

“Explain. How are you so sure of this?”

“Back when people in my world still had some hope and humanity in them, we had a research company that tried to find out how to deal with those things. I was one of the head researchers there.”

Cale pushes his hair back out of stress and you ignore the gesture as you continue to explain.

“I didn’t find out anything that could take the monsters down. However, I found out about other worlds. The other Earths. With that, I found out about transmigrators.

And I have found out that our world is incapable of having those kinds of people.

The same way we don’t have ability users… The main reason why we couldn’t fight and is now facing extinction.”

As Cale seems stressed enough already, you ask through your eyes if he wants you to continue speaking. He responded by gulping the tea he was drinking before nodding his head.

“As head researcher my previous knowledge, as well as my honed instincts are telling me that there is a portal of some sort involved. I’ve been investigating the Forest of Darkness the past two days and found no trace whatsoever.”

“So you’re telling me there’s a big chance that those monsters might crossover here?”

“Yes sir. There’s also a chance that the portal was an ability of one of the monsters. The monsters in my world have abilities and are constantly evolving.”

At this point, both of you have lost your appetite to eat. The same thing could be said for the children who had been quietly listening from the start.

Soon lunch ended along with your conversation with Cale. The young master has promised to look into it. He even said he would help you get materials to conduct proper research.

However…

18 Days and 7 Hours

That’s what a small timer says back at Earth Zero. This timer, as small as a finger, was attached to the ground where you were sleeping just 3 days ago.

And just underneath…

Lays a ruin of what looks like a temple. Despite being a ruin it still gives off a holy vibe and is made of white marble. Then a little bit above it is a floating broken sphere that looks like an orb.

I'm absolutely obsessed with your writing dude and I'm really excited to see all those ideas you talked about, your writing is so detailed and accurate to character, I struggle to stay in character. Like learning how a character acts so I can make what I'm writing about believable lol, I'm not sure how to practice either, do you have any tips?

You comrades really decided to blow up my brain with positive validation today, I'm literally feeling like an overly excited pup who got all the treats and bellyrubs and praise. Or maybe it's all that chocolate I ate, not sure. In other words THANK YOU??? *cue me crying every time I see someone on tumblr complain about people making characters OOC cuz I think it's about me*

So, as you can see, I am most definitely not someone who's confident in my capabilities of staying in character. Also, I have never, NEVER studied writing in any shape or form - I enjoyed my literature classes a lot, sure, but there is zero grams of purposeful theory studying in my gorilla head and I'm pretty damn sure it shows. Everything I write is super intuitive, and I can count on one hand how many times I made conscious desicions to adopt something for my writing style or smth. And it still was just "oh hey I like that thingy, want that in my text", no theory behind it.

So here are some

Juju's Tips on How To Maybe Stay In Character (Based On Guesses And Prayers To Gorilla Totem)

Simplify. Before everyone starts rightfully throwing rotten tomatoes at me, lemme explain: of course you won't go far if you actually take a character and shrink him down to a single trait. This is actually a very dangerous advice if applied half-assed, because this is how we get Bucky Barnes and those fucking plums (I hope this wasn't a Russian-fandom thing only). While it is good for memes and fandom to take one such thing and exaggerate, it's hurtful to the overall character image in fandom and your writing. Characters, while not fully-fledged people, are still multidimensional!

Why would I give such a shitty tip then, you ask? Well because it's a tip for your start. Take your character and try to put him in a few main boxes. Is he an unapologetically Scottish ADHD puppy with a sprinkle of violent tendencies? Is she a ruthless Mexican mastermind with ambitions that are worth more than any loyalty or morals to her? Or maybe a kind-hearted slightly shy talented tiefling blacksmith with a huge nerdy streak? An awkward Liverpool drummer guy who gets teased for his big nose and constantly gets in some kind of trouble? I bet you recognized at least some of them. This is the wrapper of your character (along with their appearance), this is what will almost always signal people that it's this lil guy. If you can at least keep inside that broad border, then you're already doing not that bad. Some stories don't even require more! Especially if it's comedy: comedy will want you to push into these things (as well as some smaller traits you can exaggerate to an absurd size), use them to paint a caricature or maybe play off of them with something opposite. But then again, maybe don't ask how to write comedy a person who cackles from pee jokes.

Next step is: know your character factually. As in, research their backstory, read their wiki, try to get and memorize as much information from their mother media as possible. Information can come from miscellaneous sources too! For example, I still beat myself up about the fact that in one of my earlier posts about domestic fluffy headcanons on Karlach x Soap I managed to make TWO factual mistakes just because I didn't check out Neil's tiktok first. If I did, I would've never said that Soap prefers showers and tea to baths and coffee. Luckily, I fixed it quickly, but yeah, it does help to see maybe what the actor/director/writer/creator mentioned in interviews or something. Fan pages are good too, but they might get flooded with popular headcanons (Soap's ADHD as an example) or lean too hard into that simplified image from previous step.

THEN is one of my favourite parts: learn your character like an artist would. Note their little mannerisms (Price's little hip movement? Iconic. Price is honestly STUFFED with Nik's cock these little mannerisms, courtesy one bery talented and well-versed in his craft actor. this shit makes characters alive, immediately recognizable, easy to parody. Or - Karlach's nose wrinkle that I love so much. Or - Bradd Pitt's character constant snacking on fastfood in Ocean's Eleven.), their habits, their quirks. If it's a character without visual, from a book, it might be even easier cuz such things would be brought up at least several times by the author. Sorry for a self plug, but my head is too empty for any other thing, but one of my characters in a biopunk story was constantly scratching her head.

This leads up to a thing you can finally write yourself: change them. Not just willy-nilly of course, but once you gather these three supporting beams (simplified wrapper, trivia knowledge and personal mannerisms/quirks), you can change them purposefully. That constant head scratching? Actually used it to show that woman's transition from hostile environment where she was oppressed to somewhere she felt accepted (people were forcing her to stop it and it worsened the habit VS no one chastised her for it and it became tame and unharmful to her). If Price constantly shoulder slaps his found family, what would it mean if he doesn't? Karlach wrinkling her nose out of anger in battle VS because she's laughing her tail off with friends? More obvious would be of course putting the characters against something like their important biography things (anything from the LONG list of abuse and torture Ghost went through, Karlach's past in Zariel army, Nikolai's Soviet upbringing etc). This is how you use already ready to go information to make a character look organic in any situation you put them in, be it bubble bath fluff or sci-fi porn au with snail tentacle aliens or fandom crossover or the most glass-chewing angst ever. Take something recognizable in hat character and either double down on it or change it - depending on whether you wanna show that they're in their element or the opposite.

Another very important thing (some might say it's actually more important than previous) is to build up off what we know. Since there's only so much a piece of media and even the creator themselve can tell us about a character, we should be ready to guess. It's rare that we're given some direct and extensive motivation for any character deeds unless we're in their head constantly (like in Dostoyevskiy's "Crime and Punishment" f.e.), and the less we're given, the more blank space we should try to fill in. If we know character's biography, we should try and draw conclusions on how their past influenced them. Ghost's trauma is the brightest example. OR the ADHD headcanon on Soap: we're given his actions, explosiveness and impulsiveness, his mannerisms and more or less type, and from that we build up that headcanon. It's not stated anywhere, but this is one of possible reasons behind him being portrayed the way he is.

In other ways, use logic, common sense and honestly - personal experience, I think it's one of the easiest things to make characters to feel alive, and alive characters always read as more "staying in character" than maybe very factually correct, but lifeless depictions - that's my lifehack btw (might be controversial). Try to deduct what lies underneath those mannerisms, think what consquencess would have character's past, simply imagine what reactions to a situation you could deem possible - one of them will be suitable for the character, I promise.

And it's already very loosely tied into all this, but since I mentioned personal experience and general believability - go do people watching. Notice their mannerisms, habits, quirks, reactions, experiences. Watch how shit's portrayed in movies, if anything; this will also help you to learn how to convey something deeper through small details (using allegories, metaphors, colour language and all that impressive shit).

Okay that's a whole load of yapping (probably more than you needed), but that's not all! Cuz there's also practice! And the only way to practice any writing is to write. Lemme give you homework :)

Grab those prompt/reactions lists and write away. What's their reaction to seeing a fat ol' spider right there on the toilet seat when they go for a midnight piss? Favourite dessert? Fill out the NSFW alphabet for them (dunno about y'all, but I always end up with some deep psychological portrait instead of masturbating material with those).

A little more advanced excersise in my opinion: try to write down a certain number of headcanons with no given theme. The trick is, you would have to justify them more or less (no, it's not oblgatory for headcanons in general, you can just have them for fun, but for this excersise you should). I say - Soap is SHIT at buying groceries. Why? Because he's easily distracted by flashy wrappers and shit. Why? Because he has ADHD. Why? Because [yada yada all the things I see in him from my own ADHD experience]. Unravel that chain, it doesn't have to be two-step thing, see, here I have sseveral steps between what we have (some of his traits like fidgeting, impatience, impulsiveness etc) and the headcanon (he's shit at buying groceries).

A couple more miscellaneous tips cuz I remembered them too late to build into the whole structure I have here (you can't see it but it's there):

The way characters speak is important, and it's not just accents. How much does this character swear? Do they mix languages? Do they prefer long or short sentences? Do they have a rich vocabulary, do they use slang, do they stutter, take long pauses, switch themes every five seconds? This is one of the "quirks" you should look into a lot.

Their relationships with other characters, the way your character views others and the way others view them are important. It might tell you a lot about how the character behaves with different people and in different situations.

All the other means of characterisation, including even the environment we see them, also will help to understand, dissect and thus adopt the character.

Use music, mate! I struggle with assigning exact songs to characters, I'm more of a "one song - one text" gorilla, but a lot of people have no such problems and you might very much benefit from it. Maybe the actor that plays the character has a playlist somewhere available?

Empathy and acting. These are my actual main instruments, but I put them in the very end, because I have no idea how to explain them or how to practise them. But the ability to put yourself in someone's shoes is everything. I am zero logic 100% emotions in my art, I will feel shit first, try to justify it second. I bet there are actually analyzing and logical processes going on inside my head when I do this, but it happens without my awareness. I just think "what if their partner gets horrible withdrawal after climax?" and then I'm like "well shit Ghost would freeze, and Soap would panic like a puppy, and SoapGaz would use humor, and Price would take extremely patronizing role on, and..." and then I'm like yeah that tracks cuz yada yada, good job Juju.

And my final advice is: you don't have to always stay in character. AND you don't always have to justify going OOC. It's art, it's fun, it's for your own enjoyment. These characters aren't real people, they cannot and never will have full-fledged personalities, that's not how media works, at some point complexity of a character stops making them deep and interesting and makes them bland and overly complicated. If you really wanna write Soap screaming like a girl at the sight of a caterpillar, or make all four of thesse guys into wearing frilly lacy panties, or say that Karlach is addicted to eucalyptus gum, or- I really don't know what to say here cuz all these don't seem too out there for me... OH OH HERE; if you wanna make Ghost bang a punk anarchist (and I do), you can. No one's gonna arrest you for going OOC and I promise, there still will be people who enjoy it. Some people won't care you went out of character, some people won't think you did. Some people will yell at you regardless (I think. luckily, I haven't been yelled at once yet, and I am very very happy about it. but I still take general and vague fandom-yelling posts personally so yeah).

Have fun. Do art. Enjoy yourself. Put love into it. Put strong emotions into it. But mainly love.

I have never encountered a fanfic that would be so horribly OOC that I couldn't read it. But I have seen works with so little love in them that nothing felt genuine and authentic, no matter how accurate it seemed. So yeah, love is all you need ✌🏼❤️🦍

So Sabo doesn't run away on that day allowing Ace to actually find him, Sabo wants to run away but doesn't want to endanger his brothers and Ace & Luffy want him to be free, Sabo convinces them to give him time to plan and they agree

In that period Garp returns to the island bc a celestial was just here! He needs to make sure the brats are alright!

Garp is able to make a plan with Sabo where they make a scene, Sabo does something & Garp is there to say wow this man has the potential to be a great Marine kinda making the Outlooks look bad if they refuse to make their son a marine after The Hero of the Marine just said that in front of all of high town & so Garp slips the adoption papers in the middle of the recruitment paper and ta-da you have Monkey D Sabo the only legal grandson of Garp the fist and an actual reason he could visit more/stay longer without the WG looking more into it :3

Sabo: How did you get here with no one noticing you

Garp: By being a great Marine like you will >:3

SO. i had a thesis director chosen from when i started all this process. she was great. love you miriam mwah. anyways. she had another student doing the thesis with her (a student that is my friend). turns out, for the ucm predoc shit there could only be one thesis director per person. no fucking clue why. so we all talked it out and thought the best solution was for me to have another one, and maybe miriam could be my co-director in the future. the funny thing is, this new supervisor (cruz) was my first choice way back when i started thinking about doing the ph.d. i just chose miriam in the end cause she was my master's thesis' director. so yeah. i could've chosen cruz from the start and i wouldn't have had these many problems. but whatever.

it's impossible for the spring to not be my favorite station, i'm about to cry over how nice this day is

i mean. overall it was a good day. but my memories of it get a bit tainted by the sequel (yes there is a sequel). anyways, let's go with the fun context.

so, yes i did (kinda) have a job interview that day. they haven't called me since so i guess that didn't work out. i had a 1 hour 30 mins trip on public transport to get there so that's why i woke up so early (the interview was at 9:30 i think?). i managed to get there only cause as i got back home to wait for my mum to wake up i got the notification that she had sent me 50 € to my bank account for that day. so i went out again, got to the tram station, recharged my transport card, and then got there. in the end the interview was delayed so whatever but yeah. nothing remarkable there apart from that argentinian guy i chatted with!! like a normal human!!!

anyways, after that i had to go to the ucm (told you i was gonna go there later in the month) because. you guessed it: the ucm predoc. i'm not gonna bore you with the details, but basically i had everything done and filled up, i just needed to sign and sent it to the entity. i couldn't do it online so - after calling and not receiving any answers - i printed everything, signed everything by hand and decided to deliver it in the registry office.

that's what i did, after the registry guy told me i should call the people who were in charge of all that process and calling - i shit you not - 6 different numbers until i got their approval. so that means it was done right? i've finished the process??? right???? lol. we'll come to that in the sequel <3

but yeah, the day was nice, it was super spring-y, and it's always great to go outside of the house so i liked it :)

This actually reminds me of a conversation on reddit the other day, about how people who've always had happy families (or at least, no truly shitty family members) often cannot wrap their minds around the idea that someone who is nice to them could be an abusive piece of shit to someone else, and you end up in these situations where naive people try to force a reconciliation or pull a "but they're your faaaaaamily" or just straight-up don't believe your version of events, because nobody could be that horrible to their own kids, right???? I don't think that's what Glimmer's doing here but it still sucks for Adora.

also we see Catra hand Double Trouble an actual little bag of (presumably) coins, what currency do you think Etheria uses??? Like who sets the standard for it. The most obvious thing would be that it's just coins of some standardized weight of a metal rare enough to be valuable. But it's funny to ask yourself if it's like, the kind of coins with someone's face on it, because whose face would it be?! Because then either the Horde and everyone else would be using different currencies (which would be useless across sides) or they're all using the same currency. Some obscure person from Etherian history, probably.

Also I'm not sure the Horde actually pays anyone. I think it's just "you can get enough to eat (barely), and a place to sleep (sort of), and uhhh you can fight each other over getting a small step up in power"

Solas: I wish I could say something, but I still haven't played DAI 🙈 (and i don't even know if I'll be able to without melting my laptop). However, from posts and fanarts I deduced that he is some kind of old god/trickster archetype/the dreadwolf thingy that wants to destroy the world. Interesting!

And a fun fact. For... quite some time I used to think that Solavellan was the name of an actual character. In my defence, it sounds legit for a fantasy setting.

Now, let's move on to the character that will make people stop talking to me lol. Under the read more because I'm on mobile and have no idea how long this is going to be.

* First impression: hello fun guy that hates the chantry and is obsessed with cats, I like your earring! Oh you refused to speak and ran away multiple times so... they left you a year in solitary confinement?? Oh and then your ex/first love is illegally magically lobotomized as a threat against you? WTF WTF WTF.

* Impression now: I pretty much like all the characters, but he really grew on me. I find him very interesting and compelling, BUT I also want to hit him with a brick for every bitchy/condescending/hypocrite comment towards Fenris or Merrill. I also suspect that with him the writers tried to portray mental illness or something similar? I think I read something somewhere.

* Unpopular opinionS: ehhh, here we go. It's called "the last straw" and not "I'm going to commit a political assassination at the first inconvenience" for a reason. I agree that it could have been handled differently (with more time- this game definitely deserved more development time), but it wasn't on a whim, nor I see it as some grand machination that he planned for years. It's a very desperate act that was preceded by years of activism and trying to find a compromise. A compromise that it is impossible to reach, imho, because compromises in order to work need good faith and/or some kind of leverage. Mages have no leverage and Meredith (and Elthina too) have no good faith. Meredith explicitly wanted an excuse to kill them all, and the right of annulment has been sent for... how can you compromise with someone that considers your existence a mistake to correct? I can see that it's a political situation that would have required more nuance than what the game had time to provide - but overall I think it's pretty clear why he did it.

* Favourite moment: The "hello Varric, take my mother's embroidered pillow, just in case something happens ahah I'm so subtle" scene is quite sweet (despite everything that follows), and while I affectionately mock it for being very loud, the First Big Kiss in the sewers is a classic. And any mention to cats is very much appreciated, obviously.

* Idea for a story: the 3 years gap between the acts are full of possibilities, and I love missing-moments stories. Also! If the "something here is a metaphor for mental illness" idea is true I'd definitely love to read some in-depth exploration of it.

* Favourite head canon: considering what I saw from the official writers about him after the events of DA2, I'd just say "the opposite of that".

* Favourite relationship: platonic, I'd say Varric ("let's brainstorm how to kill my brother :D! Also I'm paying criminals to stay away from your underground free clinic, bye"). Romantic, definitely Hawke. But with a disclaimer: I've tried the romance path thingy with a male rogue/archer Hawke (after much consideration, I was really curious about Fenris and Isabela too, but the "ten years, a hundred years-" quote got me) but I still haven't finished it. So yeah, I'm aware I'm missing pieces here -and this is why I looked for all the spoilers. "And I love you so much I'm going to let you kill me" indeed, mrs Welch singing during the end credits, indeed.

Hiiiii genius! First off, i have to say once more, i am so excited for the new story coming up. i feel like it's going to be a really good one, and i have so many questions but i am going to wait until the first chapters come out so i dont try to spoil it for myself (or for everyone else).

in the meantime, i started to re-read route 1 (i have to come back and re-read all the yandere fics because i think i've read all of them on tumblr already, i wish there were more enha yandere materials on tumblr) but i just realized as i was reading and going back to anon asks to be sure, heeseung in chapter 4/5, did he actually fall in love with chae-unnie first before he saw MC? because now that i've re-read it, and read the part where "his heart fluttered" when he spoke to her after the fight in the cafeteria, I feel like "wow, how did i miss this?" did he actually go slightly yandere and follow chae-unnie when she bought the necklace so he could date her and be with her, but then changed his mind when he saw MC?

also, did he also have his friends stage the whole harrasment/kidnapping scene with chae-unnie so he could use that as a way to date her? because i started to get the vibe that he went yandere for chae unnie after having his heart broken at being "fooled by hackers" but then saw MC (which judging by the verbiage in the story, she must have been really super pretty, like too pretty to be 17 like those social media models, that was the vibe i got lol) and then fell in love, but then went yandere for her when he found out she was the one who texted him.

This story is like a new adventure each time i read it and i love it! and i feel like Niki's story is going to be the same way. i love your mind and creations, please never give up because not going to lie, i think i started reading route 1 in february, and i know the story is dark itself but it was good and intriguing that it got me through some very tough times and if it weren't for yandere heeseung's next move in getting MC (true love is never pretty i feel like) i would have been still going through a rough patch. i became so invested in the story, re-reading it doesnt get boring. so thank you and keep it up! we are rooting for you!

HS never loved Chae, but he did had his heart fluttered because of her because after all that's the face he had fallen in love with—the pictures and stuff. But still, about the love thingy, I could say 'almost'. He almost love her 🤓 AND THE NEXT QUESTIONS ARE REALLY SPOILERSS HAHA-

But again, I think this is clear in itself, a spoiler it is; he almost love Chae.

Also knowing about MC, all I could say is that something intrigued HS upon finding out it was her. Eh, and another one is I mean MC doing that kind of stuff is really insane lol so it's a bonus for HS falling even more for her (despite the raging madness inside him)

I answered this here, but... I don’t know what came first, it was either writing dogs or writing Sailor Moon. One of those two things! It’s been so many damn years and I honestly barely remember what happened two days ago let alone what occurred like over a decade ago lol. I feel like I want to say the dogs came first... Nope, well actually... I mean no but yes? Mostly no. I don’t write anime anymore and I likely never will again. But I still occasionally write animal muses, and I do have a dog blog on here.

Answered here as well, but because I really don’t talk about roleplaying unless it’s actually with somebody I know who also roleplays... The most I’ll say about it is that it is like writing a story with someone.

Are you happy with how your favorite canon muse was portrayed in canon?

Oof this is such a hard question. Making decisions is impossible and picking one favorite to talk about is so painful. I have so many options... I guess maybe since Bailey is a Last of Us muse, I’ll talk about Ellie from The Last of Us. So in the first game I absolutely love everything about Ellie, zero complaints whatsoever, and she’s obviously a character that helped inspire Bailey. The second game? I was disappointed to be honest. There are some parts that are done very well, but in my personal opinion, I feel like Ellie’s overall character was just... It just didn’t really feel like Ellie? And I do get that she’s a little older now and loss changes people a lot, especially the way that she lost Joel, but regardless, she still just feels more like a stranger to me in the sequel. She doesn’t even pick up the video game system thingy after killing that random lady? Like?? Super tiny detail but still lol, there’s no way Ellie would pass that shit up. 

Who was your first OC? 

Gosh, I have no idea. She certainly wasn’t my first, but the only OC I can actually remember from way back when is one I named Elena and she was a vampire, I had her on tumblr for an extremely short time, I had never ever written on tumblr prior, it was my first time. I wrote her on some other roleplay site primarily. And no, I did not make a vampire named Elena because of The Vampire Diaries. I came up with the idea before I started watching that show lol. 

Do you still write your first OC?

No, I don’t. I wrote her a good while but eventually she fell off the face of the planet and I haven’t looked back since! Honestly, my OCs way back then were very poorly done anyways. Not that I couldn’t develop her better today, but I just have no interest in it. 

In what fandom did you start? 

Anime, I was obsessed with anime for a HOT ass minute, so I was writing a lot of anime. I don’t anymore, I really don’t even watch anime anymore either. 

Have you ever started to ship a rare-pair? 

I don’t think so? I mean, I support other people’s rare or unpopular ships, but to be honest I don’t really invest much into shipping. I just don’t pay much attention to it. Like it’s cute and I enjoy seeing the dynamics but I just... I dunno, whatever? If it’s me shipping a muse with someone else’s muse I’ll probably be happily invested but other than that I don’t pay that much attention to shipping. 

What are the trends when it comes to writing that you adore?

Err imma be honest I don’t really know what the trends are. Like I know what the word means but also I don’t because my brain 100% fails to comprehend? So I apologize in advance if the next two answers are absolute potatoes... I don’t entirely know what to say. I mean, I guess it’s real nice that most people aren’t so judgy about your writing or how you format? Cause everybody always writes so dang well and I’m just like, meh. I don’t think you’d consider that a trend but whatever I love nice people that’s all I got. 

What are trends when it comes to writing that you dislike? 

Same concept above my lovely confused brain. I am just going to say a random ass thing I dislike... Like, I guess maybe, a lot of people if you follow them first (and they follow back obviously) they expect you to put in 100% of the effort to interact and everything while they put in, literally, zero, zero effort whatsoever. Again, don’t know if you’ve call that a trend but that’s what I got lol. 

What’s something you find weird on here?

This is also answered here, a few things I kinda find a little bit weird but of course people can do whatever they want to. Some people have crazy strict rules, and ridiculously long lists of banned faceclaims — I did not know this was even a thing people did in the rpc until I returned to tumblr this year. People who follow you and then ignore all your interaction attempts, or make zero effort whatsoever to interact. Some people hate it when you message them just to chat, like, ooc chat, I just don’t quite understand why but that’s as someone who really loves chatting ooc. And lastly, people who won’t interact with you if you’re a multimuse of only female or only male muses because it means you are “sexist” and that’s just hella weird, because people write who and what they’re comfortable with and it ain’t that deep. People can write who and what they want.

tbh i don't really have a steady pattern for when i write :0 i can write 2 songs in one week then not open my docs for months at a time ajdkflhj. i do have a doc that's a collection of lines i like (mostly stuff i write in tumblr tags that i think sound poetic lol) and sometimes I'll start smth but never continue it oof,,

mostly i write when i get hit with a wave of emotion that i simply have to let out SOMEHOW. i can't always do it in words, but sometimes i will find a line or two and that'll be enough to get me going further!! i also like to draw inspiration from things i like and use them as. not reference but sort of a guide? to get ideas (for example, in fff i used maruki from p5r to have like a definition of where i wanna go with at least one verse in it, which then developed as i kept writing and went in other directions as well, but he was like the catalyst of my inspiration)

another thing that helps me keep going after starting is trying to find a tune for the lines i already wrote, this way i can sort of have a reference for what the next lines should sound like, how long they need to be etc :) trying to figure out at least a genre or vibe helps too, bc like some singing styles work with, say, short words, or ending with vowels you can stretch etc, which helps add a limit that in turn creates more creativity in order to fit inside it!

Ahhh, really? I'm glad that you are excited🥹. It is getting too hot. Going to college is so horrible these days. I felt like I might pass out due to the horrible heat🥲. I bring my hand fan with me now. Ah, add more water to it as well! Stay hydrated. If it is ice cream, I LOVE chocolate (basic but I love it). And I'm not a big caffeine consumer. So, a nice homemade iced coffee (Indian domestic style) is just perfect😌. I think there are so many flavours to explore when it comes to ice cream, I'm all in for it!

I'm not gonna lie, my sleeping schedule is just so messy. I thought when my classes will start, it will be fine, but nooooo😭. Same girl🥺 I have started to use concealer as well. It's just too much at one time. I appreciate you looking out for me. I'm not gonna lie, these days I'm an emotional wreck. I haven't gotten anything done with fiction. I'm literally writing a line or two every day. You are so true! It does become a chore at one point. I had to step back for a while but now I realized that I do this for fun and I don't earn anything from this and I can delay it and write when I feel like it the most. Slow updates are now my thing. Writing definitely can be burdensome especially when you put in so much effort but the outcome is kinda not as expected.
