First of all, this game isn't mine XD it belongs to the awesome @magnum_cdi who was so kind to let me try it at #firenzevintagebit2022! It's very similar to Tempest 2000, but has more vector-looking graphics and smokey effects. Also, it's slightly "epilepsy-warning", just like Polybius 👀. Jeff Minter really does love making games like these, doesn't he? I'd like to own this game too one day! You can play this on a device called Nuon, a dvd player that also plays games! The model I tried was specifically the Samsung Nuon DVD N-505, with the HPI Stealth pad. . Also, I tried Tempest 4000 on the new Atari VCS (that is not the Atari 2600 you're thinking about, sadly), and it's practically the same as the other versions, but this one supports a special controller: a "classic" joystick that also has a paddle included! I tried it to see if it would feel similar to the original arcade game, but that wasn't the case, sadly. Too bad, but I'm glad they tried to include it! It would be an amazing selling point if it worked XD. . After that, I picked up the regular controller and played a few levels, and soon enough I was surrounded by various people and friends XD. They were all taking pictures and videos of me playing.
