they are both aristos, one of them was one of Camilla's ladies at the coronation - Lady Fiona Lansdowne (aka miss babbling to the press) and Lady Sarah Keswick - one of Camilla's six companions.

now the page boys were the same ones as the coronation with the addition of Charles van Cutsem according to The Telegraph (since at the coronation George was the 4th boy). Now, those were Charles' pages, Camilla's pages today were Arthur Elliot (who was at the coronation, Camilla's grandnephew) and William Keswick.

China's Meituan Dianping sets HK IPO valuation at up to $55 billion: sources

SINGAPORE/HONG KONG (Reuters/IFR) – China’s Meituan Dianping, an online food delivery-to-ticketing services platform, has set an indicative price range of HK$60 to HK$72 ($7.64-$9.17) per share for its initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong, valuing itself at up to $55 billion, four people with direct knowledge of the matter said.

Meituan, already one of China’s most valuable internet firms, could raise as much as $4 billion before the exercise of a “greenshoe” or over-allotment option, whereby additional shares are sold depending on demand.

The company is discussing a valuation of $46 billion to $55 billion and planning to secure a total of $1.5 billion from five cornerstone investors, including its main backer gaming and social media company Tencent Holdings Ltd, and global asset manager OppenheimerFunds, the people said.

Oppenheimer will commit $500 million and Tencent $400 million, they said.

Other cornerstone investors include UK-based hedge fund Lansdowne Partners ($300 million), U.S. hedge fund Darsana Master Fund LP ($200 million) and Chinese state-owned conglomerate China Chengtong Holdings Group ($100 million).

The five cornerstone investors did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Calls to Darsana went unanswered.

Meituan declined to comment when reached by Reuters.

The Beijing-based firm filed plans for the city’s second multibillion-dollar tech float this year after smartphone maker Xiaomi Corp’s blockbuster IPO of nearly $5 billion.

It plans to use the process to upgrade its technology, develop new services and products and pursue acquisitions among other things, according to its IPO filing.

Meituan is also – after Xiaomi – the latest company with a dual-class share structure to file for a Hong Kong listing, under the city’s new rules designed to attract tech companies.

However, in late July Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX), the operator of Hong Kong exchange, said it would delay changes that would allow companies to hold shares with more voting rights, as more time was needed for investors to become accustomed to recent rule changes.

Meituan was valued at around $30 billion in a fundraising round late last year.

Xiaomi started trading in July after a closely watched but disappointing initial public offering that valued it at almost half the $100 billion that industry analysts had initially estimated.

Meituan has been likened to U.S. discounting platform Groupon Inc.

Founded in 2010 by serial entrepreneur Wang Xing, it completed a $15 billion merger with Dianping in 2015, akin to U.S. online review firm Yelp Inc. It offers a broad range of services including movie ticketing, food delivery, hotel and travel booking as well as ride-hailing.

Competitors include food-delivery platform Ele.me, backed by e-commerce firm Alibaba Group Holding Ltd, and leading ride-hailing firm Didi Chuxing, backed by Japan’s SoftBank Group Corp 9984.T.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs Group Inc and Morgan Stanley are sponsors of Meituan’s IPO. China Renaissance is the financial adviser.

In each level there are 5 collectible mugs thatyou can find. If you find them all, you will getcash at the end of the level. They are usuallyinside a breakable item, but sometimes they arejust hanging around in odd or secret places.

Golden Chests

In this game you run into some golden chests withcoins in them. You use Shrek to open them bypressing the “C” button and then tapping itquickly. The trick is, the more you press it, themore you earn. It is possible, on the “Merlin’sHills” level, to get 4 red coins and 1 gold onefrom a single chest.

How To Kill The Giants

Giants and Cyclopes are like mini-bosses in thisgame. Since they are basically the same, I cantalk about them both. Both of the cyclopes inthis game are fought by Sleeping Beauty. Her “Z”attack doesn’t work on him, so you have to fighthim without using fairy dust. Just hit, run anddodge his attack, and hit again. Giants are furryarmored things with pointy noses and axes. Youfight one as Shrek and one as Fiona. In bothinstances, there will be boxes there. Some of themhave meat in them. Meat gives you two more Zattacks, as opposed to pester fairies, which giveyou a total refill. Get enough dust for OgrePower, and you can fight them easier. Just makesure you don’t get hit by the ax swing move thatcan really kill you if you’re not careful.

Ogre Power

Ogre power is available only to Shrek and Fiona,since they are ogres. When your Fairy Dust meterIn the top left corner is full and says Z+B, pressboth the Z and B buttons to go into a “slow-mo”kind of state, where bad guys are too slow to getyou, and become easy pickings. =)

Finishing Moves

When fighting somebody, sometimes a blue “C”appears above their head. Pressing C will haveyour character do a cool “finishing move” on them.For instance, Shrek will do a drop-kick move onthe dart throwers. =)

How To Kill The Ice Dragon

When Donkey dresses as a something for Aurthur tofight, you go in a cave and find an Ice Dragon.Then you find yourself as Aurthur. When Aurthurgets to the dragon, he has to fight it. Killing itis easy. When it’s head is down, jumpand slice it with your sword. Dodge it’s attacksand repeat the process. Also, when it blows youwhen it has no health left, run to the side, awayfrom Donkey. There’s some cash on the ledge, butif you get near Donkey, the level will end

I read on Twitter that Camilla will have two Ladies-in-attendance who'll support her at the coronation, her sister Annabel Elliot and her good friend Fiona, Lady Lansdowne. I have only read that via the Rota though and I don't trust them. Do you know more? Can you confirm something? Why don't these sorts of news come through the Palace?

I have read that, too, but I don't think it has been officially confirmed by the palace like the page boys.

Tbh, I'm not quite sure why these things always come from the RR or why they "leak" things before the palace is able to announce them. It's a strange business, I guess.
