+†+🪦 A Pɾσρҽɾ Bʅαƈƙ Bυʅʅ Wҽʅƈσɱҽ!
Summary: when you date a Magic Knight Captain, it's only a matter of time until you meet their Knights! A/N: just some fluff for Yami! I tried to include as many characters as I could but I'm still getting used to writing multiple chars in one scene. Pairing: Yami Sukehiro x fem!reader CW: swearing, suggestive jokes
╰┈➤ "Is this really where Suke lives?" you asked nobody as you approached his base. "He's always told me not to visit, but this place is just... creepy. Still, I feel bad for making him visit me all the time. Why not pay him a surprise visit?"
You had been dating the famed Captain of the Black Bulls, Yami Sukehiro, for a few months--4 to be exact--and things were starting to get serious with him.
But they were never serious enough for you to meet his squad.
Sure, you had seen them in passing, tagging along with him on missions, but you've never met the Black Bulls in person. It was like they were his kids that he never wanted you to meet for whatever reason. Whenever you tried to ask him if you could meet them, he'd always say: "Nah, not happening. I don't need you meeting those knuckleheads; they'd probably blabber some stupid story and scare you off, and I don't need that."
For the better part, he actually made the effort to go and see you wherever you were. He'd venture as many miles as needed in order to do so. He also just never introduced you to the public in general because he was scared of someone going after you for a vendetta or revenge against Yami (he was a man with many enemies, after all). So, he was content with just going on private dates in secluded bars or spending the night at your place. Any chance he could take to spend time with you, he'd snatch it right up.
Why did you venture to the secretive Black Bulls hideout in the first place? Well, Yami had been busy with training for a while. The missions were swamping him, and his efforts to keep the devils at bay were, inadvertently, keeping your relationship at bay as well. He never had any time to leave the hideout unless it was to go on a mission or to an official summons, and because you were basically forbidden from going to HQ, it meant all you could do was communicate via letters.
And you were sick and tired of it.
You were an impatient girl. You didn't like being basically banned from seeing your boyfriend, no matter how legitimate his causes or concerns were.
You haven't had dick in ages--you were starting to lose feeling down there!! And lord knows his dick was good, so good it left you unable to walk on several occasions.
But you weren't there just to fuck him (although it was a big bonus of dating him); you were there to mend your little broken heart.
So, that's how you wound up on their doorstep. You went at a time which you knew it'd be empty, so you were sure you wouldn't have to meet those bulls. Even if he, himself, was out, you could just wait in his room as a little welcome home surprise.
"I don't suppose I have to knock before entering," you muttered, grabbing the latch of the door and opening the giant wooden slab. Just as you'd expected: the place was empty. Not a peep to be heard throughout the entire tower of oddly shaped rooms and windows that were jutting out of the wrong places.
"Well, this sure ain't too bad. I thought it'd be in ruins by the way Suke described it," you thought to yourself. As you stepped on the cobblestone floors and ventured inside the place, you took note of it. It had a certain charm to it, like a cozy tavern you'd seek refuge from a storm in. There were torches lit up by mana, different flags hanging from the walls, and a big bar in the left side of the room. "If he wasn't so protective of me, I could imagine myself living here with him..."
"Hello... who are... you?" a ghostly voice suddenly said from the hallway.
"Gah! Wait- is it seriously haunted? Was Sukehiro telling me the truth this whole time?!" You immediately hid behind a couch when you saw the mint-haired man standing there.
"I'm... not... a... ghost! I... keep... this... place... running," the ghost said.
"Are you sure? Because you certainly don't look too- gah!" this time, you were surprised to feel that all your mana was being drained from you, simply by being close to the man.
"I'm.. sorry... I... drain... people's... mana... on... accident. Don't... stand... too... close."
"Figured as much," you muttered, somehow able to break free from the man's mana pull. "I knew I shouldn't have come here... I thought all of you would be out for the day."
"You... didn't... answer... my... question. Who... are... you?"
"Oh, right... sorry about that," you said, rubbing the back of your neck, "I'm, uh... I'm Captain Yami's girlfriend. I came here hoping that none of you would be around, but it seems as though I made a mistake. I thought all of you would be on missions for sure!"
The man's ghostly face lit up in surprise when he realized who you were. "Oh! I... know... you... or, at least... I've... heard... of you... Captain Yami's... always... talking... about... some girl... who... he's... been... dating. We all... just... thought... that he... was... lying."
"You seriously thought that he was lying?" you asked in disbelief. "Then again, he is an acquired taste... Anyway, what's your name?"
"My... name's... Henry. I... don't... go on... missions... because... I'm... too... weak, and I'm... bound... to... this... house."
"Too weak?" you asked, feeling a bit sorry for the guy. "Jeez, that must suck. Anyway, Henry, nice to meet you- ahhh!!" he started draining your mana on accident again and you pulled away.
"Sorry..."
"It's fine, Henry; I forgot about your little quirk," you reassured him with a wave of the hand.
"You're... really... pretty. Too... pretty... to... be... dating the... Captain," Henry remarked, making you snicker.
"Well, thank you, Henry! Yeah, you probably couldn't picture him and I together, if I'm being honest. I guess I just have a thing for oblivious brutes," you giggled, making him smile in return. "Anyway, I'd appreciate it if you didn't tell Captain Yami about my impromptu appearance; he doesn't want me hanging around you guys. Somethin' about 'putting me in danger'? As if I could be put in danger," you remarked rather confidently. "I'm not really the type to submit to his wishes all that easily, but he seemed pretty serious about keeping our relationship under wraps. If you don't mind me, I'll be on my merry way-"
"Wait...! The... others... are... supposed to be... back... soon! You'll... get... caught... if you... don't... hide!" Henry warned you suddenly.
"H-Huh? Really?!" you asked him, already freaking out.
As if on cue, you could hear several voices chattering from the other side of the door, and you looked around in panic, trying to find a hiding spot. Henry was blocking the hallway, and if you got too close to him, you'd probably faint on the spot. You tried to hide behind the bar, only for the door to literally break down as the rowdy Black Bulls made their way home. You knew they were loud, but you didn't know that they were the type to break down doors! At the sight of the bunch, you instinctively froze up in fear, akin to a deer in headlights. You ducked for the nearest couch, hoping that they'd choose to go in the opposite direction.
"Did you guys see the way I took that guy down?! It was awesome! I totally surpassed my limits out there!!" A rather enthusiastic, short boy said to the others. That must've been Asta: the anti-magic user.
"You were pretty good out there--not that I'm complimenting you or anything! I'm still royalty compared to you," a similarly short girl with silver hair said. Based on how she was jabbing the boy with her words, that was probably Noelle.
"Just you wait, Asta--I'm gonna get stronger than you!" another guy with a mohawk and glasses said. Magna, if you weren't mistaken.
"I'd like to see you try to get stronger than him! If you do, then I'll spar with you until I get even stronger!" a blonde boy with a psychopathic smile quipped. Luck.
"Just don't go around breaking shit, okay, you numbskulls?" your oh-so handsome boyfriend Yami Sukehiro sighed. "We don't have the money to keep repairing the damage you guys cause."
"I'm going to go worship my sister, Marie," a guy with an apparent sister complex said: Gauche, to be precise.
"What a weirdo," you said to yourself. A few of their heads turned in the direction of your voice, and you hid your entire body behind the couch.
"What was that?"
"Whatever it was, it was telling the truth."
"If you boys don't mind, I'm gonna go have a drink at the bar!" a female voice said, her words already slurred.
"Aren't you already drunk, Vanessa?" another guy asked the witch.
"What's one more drink, Finral? You should come join me!" she replied. You quickly realized you were in deep shit when you remembered that the couch you were hiding behind was right next to the bar.
Well, this is the end, you thought. There was no way you could hide from these guys now. Even if you tried to make a run for it, your boyfriend was right there, and he'd probably teach you a lesson!!
You braced yourself for when the witch, Vanessa, would see you... which was right at that moment. "Umm, guys? Why is there a stranger hiding behind our couch?"
Your eyes shot open in fear, and you looked up at the girl, your face red with embarrassment. "Vanessa, what are you talking about? Are you seriously seeing things?- Oh, hubba, hubba!" the guy named Finral said once he saw you. "If I knew that cute girls would be sneaking into our hideout, I'd leave the door unlocked more often!"
One by one, all the Black Bulls clamored around the couch, wondering who, exactly, the two were talking about. They were all in wonder until Yami came over. Oh, how you dreaded this from the moment you walked in...
"(Y/N)--what the hell are you doing in my base?!" said boyfriend asked, making you flinch with how loudly he asked that question.
"Heh... hi, Suke," you said quietly, only for the man to pick you up by the scruff of your collar and make you stand up.
"Wait, do you actually know that girl, Captain Yami?" Finral asked the man.
"He sure does..." you said meekly.
"Yeah, I do," he sighed. He pinched the bridge of his nose and shook his head. "Great, this is just what I needed: my Bulls slobbering all over my girlfriend..."
"Did you just say GIRLFRIEND?!" all of them asked in unison.
"I guess there's no time like the present," the man finally relented. Yami stopped pinching his nose and instead wrapped his arm around your waist, pulling you next to him. "Everyone, this is my girlfriend of four months."
"GIRLFRIEND OF FOUR MONTHS?!"
"I didn't even know a woman could stand to be in your presence, let alone for that amount of time!" Noelle exclaimed.
"So, you mean to tell me that you bagged a babe like her?! Captain, you need to give me your secrets!!!" Finral said, practically on the verge of losing it at this revelation.
"Don't call my girlfriend a babe, pipsqueak!"
"THIS IS SO COOL!! SO YOU MEAN TO TELL US THAT YOU WEREN'T LYING ABOUT HAVING A GIRLFRIEND ALL THIS TIME?!" Asta exclaimed, his voice drowning out everyone else's questions. "PLEASED TO MAKE YOUR ACQUAINTANCE, MA'AM--MY NAME IS ASTA AND I'M FROM HAGE VILLAGE, AND YOU ARE VERY BEAUTIFUL!!"
"Stop yelling in my girlfriend's ear, are you trying to make her go deaf?!" Yami asked Asta before grabbing his lips and shutting him up forcefully.
"Would you like to spar with me?!" Luck asked, way too enthusiastically for his own good.
"How about a drink?" Vanessa asked.
"A nice, warm meal would be a great welcome for her!" Charmy proposed.
"I don't care if you're Yami's girlfriend: if you touch my sister Marie, I'll kick your ass," Gauche threatened you directly.
"Creep..." Yami muttered. "For the love of the Wizard King, all of you get off of her and stop harassing her with all your questions!!" he barked, now pissed off at the situation.
"Yes, Captain Yami, sir," all of them said, piping down finally.
"This is exactly why I didn't introduce her to all of you; none of you know how to act properly!" Yami yelled again, this time gritting his teeth in anger. You could tell he was getting riled up, so you put your hand on his chest and silently told him to calm down. His frustrated expression settled down to a simple frown, and he offered you a tiny smile. "Sorry, princess."
"I've never seen someone rein him in so easily," one of the bulls remarked in wonder.
"It's clear that Yami appreciates this woman and that we should treat her with the same respect with which we'd treat one of our own," Gordon whispered. Everyone still side-eyed him for how quiet he was being.
Yami took a deep breath and faced his subordinates again. "Anyway, this is my girlfriend of 4 months: (Y/N) (L/N). I expect all of you to treat her with the same respect you'd treat me, just as Gordon said." Everyone nodded, and for once he didn't feel like bashing their heads in.
"Captain Yami, if you don't mind me asking: how come we haven't met her before if she's so important to you?" one of them asked this time.
"Because, if I introduced her to all of you, one of you would blabber your mouths, and then word would get out that I had a girlfriend. That would put her in some serious danger, considering how many foes we face and enemies we have," Yami explained--and quite calmly at that. "And I like keeping my personal life separate from my life as Captain. I don't want the two to intermingle, even if both lives are equally important to me."
"I guess that makes sense..."
You decided that it was your turn to speak: "truth be told, Suke's always been so overprotective of me. He thinks I'm some delicate little flower who needs to be guarded at all costs, even if I'm a stage 0 mage. It's honestly ironic, considering how his type is strong women," you added with a giggle.
"Well, I can't let you get hurt because of me, princess," he said to you quietly. "Even if you are strong, there's always the chance that someone might go looking for you."
"Look at him, he's so protective of her! It's honestly kinda cute," Vanessa remarked, taking another sip of her drink. Yami merely glared at her before looking at all of them again.
"How come she found out about the base if you're so protective of her? Isn't its location supposed to be private?"
This was a question meant for you, it seemed, even if it was directed at Yami. "Well... your horse and buggy's a little quick to give up information if you're pretty enough," you giggled mischievously, playing with your hair as if you were innocent.
"Finral!" Yami said through gritted teeth.
"I-I just figured she was curious!" the boy said, trembling at the possibility of being punished by their Captain.
"I guess I just have my ways," you giggled again. "I couldn't stay away from my boyfriend for too long, not when I have needs!" you shot a wink at Yami, and all he could do was blush in place.
"I don't even wanna know what those needs are..."
"Don't speak of such things around my sister, Marie," Gauche quipped, making you furrow your brow.
"She's not even here--that's a picture you're holding!!"
"She's here in spirit."
"Stop starting fights when we have guests," Noelle interjected, being the voice of reason for once. She then decided to ask you a question. "So, I simply have to know: what possessed you to date the man for four months? From what I've seen, he's not the most perceptive man out there!"
"Noelle, you can't just say that about our captain in front of his girlfriend!" Asta said to Noelle.
She huffed in response. "As if you'd be any better!!"
"Slander my name to her like that and I'll kill both of you," Yami threatened them, making them both jump.
"But I didn't even do anything wrong!" Asta whined defensively.
"To be honest," you started, making everyone look at you again. "I was the one who initially had a crush on him. I know he's not everyone's type, but he sure is mine. Anyway, it was kinda hard getting him to notice my feelings for him. In the end, all it took was for me to simply confess my feelings for him and hope that he'd reciprocate them! And Suke may not look like the boyfriend type, but he's actually the most caring and considerate man I've ever met; he just doesn't show any of you that side... At least, not as forwardly as he does to to me."
Noelle thought about your words, and she couldn't exactly do anything but take your word for it. "If you say so... But, I still just don't get it! You're so... pink, and he's so... whatever he is!"
"Well, everyone has their type," you shrugged.
"But, how do you deal with his bowel issues?"
"Noelle!"
You couldn't help but giggle at her question. "By buying extra toilet paper, of course!"
"(Y/N)..." Yami trailed off, embarrassed by the topic. "All of you: bowel issues are no laughing matter! I go through battles every single day in that room."
"Yeah, we know."
After the Black Bulls laughed at your little statements, he decided to move on to the next part: "alright, enough of a Q&A session. Since you came all this way, I'd imagine you'd be staying over for dinner?"
Your stomach growled in response to his question. "Oh, yes, please. I'm starving--this place is so far from the nearest town!"
"Not to worry, my fair lady!" Charmy suddenly said, standing up on the table. "Chef Charmy here will cook up an amazing feast to welcome you to our humble abode!"
You looked at Charmy and then at Yami. "Can the half-dwarf really do that--cook well?"
"Oh, you'd be surprised. Her food is rich with mana."
"Fear not," Charmy repeated, "for you deserve a proper Black Bull welcome!"
Just as Yami promised you: Charmy cooked up a feast fit for several kings from far away lands and then some. Her cotton magic combined with her food magic made for plenty of meals and dishes to go around, and, although simplistic in their nature, each meal left you wanting more.
You were, of course, seated beside your boyfriend Yami (you were almost touching him), and the pink-haired witch, Vanessa, decided to sit on the other side. "You simply must try this drink, (Y/N)!"
"Oh, I don't drink much, but thanks for the offer," you said. Your efforts were in vain, seeing as she had already filled your cup.
"Don't overdo it, princess. I don't want you stumbling about the place. Y'know, since you can't really handle your liquor," Yami warned you.
"I'll try not to, Suke."
After filling up your cup, Vanessa decided to ask you a boatload of questions, as did all the other Black Bulls. Asta asked you about your family back at home; Vanessa asked you about your relationship; Luck asked you about your fighting skills; Gordon asked if he could be your friend (and make a doll that resembled you?); etc. All the other Bulls asked you unique questions that were different according to their personalities and interests, and you were happily to answer all of them. It wasn't everyday that you got to talk about your wonderful relationship!
As the night settled down, though, a certain personal question was asked by a certain witch who was to your right. "So, (Y/N), I hope you don't mind me asking you this, but... are you happy in your relationship?" It was on brand for the witch, considering that she liked to talk about relationships and was also quite drunk.
"Vanessa, don't ask those kinds of questions," Yami warned the witch. "You've just met her-"
You answered it, though, regardless of how personal it was. Maybe it was the alcohol that opened you up more, but you gave her a smile and said: "more than you could imagine, Vanessa. Suke makes me happy in ways I cannot imagine. Brash as he might be, he still cares for me, and I can see that he also cares about the lot of you in his own special way. You're his family, after all; I'm just the lucky girl who he chose to open up to." It was more than you intended to say, but it got the point across pretty well. You took another sip of your drink, unaware of the way that they looked at you.
"Wow, that's... I sure am glad that you're happy!" Vanessa exclaimed, throwing her arm around your shoulder (and almost falling out of her chair).
"We all are, (Y/N)," Noelle also said with a slight smile.
"We might've just met you, but if you're a friend of Captain Yami's, then you're a friend of ours!" Asta exclaimed.
"I hope we can be great friends," Gordon whispered.
With each praise, each remark of approval, you couldn't help but smile at them. Truth be told, you'd been longing for a group of people who you could call home. Much like Noelle, you, too, had been shunned by your family for reasons you couldn't explain. Yami had been your lighthouse, your guiding rock all this time, but the idea that there was a whole other group out there who you could lean on for support kept your spirits up.
You might've just met them, but you already felt at home.
"Welcome to the fold, kid," Yami muttered into your ear before kissing the skin behind it.
Now that dinner was all cleaned up and over with, the two of you retired to Yami's bedroom. He shut the door behind him quietly, breathing a sigh of relief. "(Y/N), you have no idea the heart attack you almost gave me back there." Although he let the stoic mask drop and be replaced by the softness that he showed you, he still couldn't help but scold you. "Seriously--I wasn't prepared to introduce you to all of them."
"I didn't mean to surprise you like that, I just... look, I planned on sneaking in and going to your room and surprising you there. I wanted to see you--you've been so busy these past few weeks! I really didn't mean to meet them so early," you said, taking your earrings off and putting them on the nightstand.
Yami took the opportunity to sneak behind you and wrap his arms around your body. "I know I've been busy, princess; I would've snuck you in if you asked me to, though."
"I was impatient, Suke. You know how long those letters take to deliver; I wanted to see you today."
He didn't scold you; rather, he chuckled deeply and pressed his lips to the top of your head. "Well, aren't you an impatient princess?"
"You gave me that title, Sukehiro," you quipped, making him chuckle again.
"I guess I did."
After a few moments of silence, and after you'd taken your jewelry off, he took the opportunity to hug you tighter and let his lips travel down your neck. "Well, since you're here... I might as well get that loving in, hmm?"
"You might as well," you quipped. You stopped talking, instead letting him kiss your neck and your shoulder. You were so small in his arms--like a goddamn kitten! Even though you were strong, confident & fierce in your daily life, when you were with your beloved, you were like putty in his big hands, reduced to mush in a matter of moments.
"Good god, woman, I've missed you," he growled, letting his big hand trail up your shirt. "You have no idea how hard it was to resist the urge to just drop everything and come running to you."
"That's no way for a Magic Knight Captain to behave," you teased him, making him spank your ass out of annoyance.
"I know, princess." He went back to kissing your exposed shoulder and decided to take it a step further. "Turn around for me, baby," he rasped into your ear. You obliged happily, turning around to face your boyfriend. "That's more like it," he said, cracking a smile before attacking your lips. His chapped, rough lips kissed your much softer & sweeter ones, his tongue intermingling with yours and tasting the sweetness of your mouth. "Missed this... the way your lips taste," he whispered, angling your head so he could kiss you deeper.
"Missed yours, too," you murmured to which he raised an eyebrow.
"Didn't you say I smelled like cigarettes and beer?"
"That was before I made you quit all that shit. Now, shut up and kiss me," you said before diving in again.
"As you wish." He spun you guys around so that he was sitting on the bed and you were in between his legs. "What're you standing there for? Sit on my lap, sweetheart." You happily obliged and straddled his hips, letting the man pull you in for another deep, passionate kiss. His wandering hands trailed up and down your sides until he finally decided to peel off your shirt.
"Suke, it's cold," you whined.
"Then lemme heat you up," he rasped, continuing to let his hands run amok. Every time he got his hands on your soft, supple skin, he felt his heart skip a beat. You were just so goddamn perfect for him--you were like an angel, sent to keep him tamed. He trailed kisses down your neck and to your chest, kissing and biting at the soft fat of your breasts. "Mind if I take this thing off?" he asked, sticking a finger underneath the clasp of your bra.
"Only if you take this off," you quipped, peeling your boyfriend's tank top off, giving you access to those sweet muscles that you were so incredibly attracted to.
"Like what you see?" he rumbled with a cocky grin on his face.
"More than you could imagine," you giggled, pushing him back onto the bed and earning a spank from the brute's big hand.
"Come here and give your man some loving, hmm? He's missed having you in his bed."
You promptly requested a change of squad the next day. The Crimson Lion Kings would understand.

"So, this is the girlfriend I've been hearing so much about, Captain Yami?" the man, who was his vice-captain, asked him. It was a rare occurrence for him to leave the shadow realm and go back to HQ, but when he heard that his old friend of so many years had gotten himself a girlfriend, he couldn't resist the urge to meet you. His eyes flickered from Yami to you, and you felt like they were staring into your soul.
"Yeah, this is her: (Y/N), (L/N). Try not to scare her off and say anything bad about me, 'kay?" Yami asked of the young man.
Nacht offered you a smile and even outstretched his hand from his coat. "Pleased to meet you, my name is Nacht Faust. I was wondering when Captain Yami would find someone who'd put up with his antics," he said, surprisingly friendly for how reserved he seemed.
"Do I really have that kinda reputation?!"
"Yes, you do."
"Um... nice to meet you as well," you replied, unsure if you should be scared of him or be glad he was so friendly.
"Anyway, I should get going. I can't exactly stand to be around your boyfriend for so long," he said in that eerily calm voice before slinking back into a shadow. "It was nice to meet you again!"
"Yeah, it was..." you trailed off as the man disappeared into the shadowy side of that wall. "Is he always like that?"
"He's usually worse," Yami sighed. "Anyway, let's go back to bed. I'm tired."
"But it's 3 pm!" you protested. He merely scoffed and threw you over his shoulder. "Hey, put me down!!"
"Does it look like I care? I'll cuddle my girlfriend anytime of the day I want."

Ringtober Masterlist
Notes: sorry for the delay!
Warnings: n/a just fluff
Characters involved: Finral Roulacase, Gauche Adlai, Leopold Vermillion
Fem reader, you/yours
Finral Roulacase
His brother needs a minute.
Literally just points at Finral then you and goes you actually managed to convice her to fall for you?
Might make fun of Finral a bit but Finral can tell he's secretly happy for him.
Langris is more interested in the ring than you, he is glad to say that his brother has good taste in jewellery.
They end up discussing family matters after that and what's going to happen with certain pre established marriage agreements.
Overall Langris doesn't really care much, sure he's happy his brother found someone but it's kind of a 'meh' moment for him.
He isn't interested in getting to know you either, in his head you're like the Black Bulls—someone his brother likes but he doesn't particularly care for.
Don't expect to see much of him around either, although he does expect a wedding invite even if he might snark on about not attending.
He does in fact attend.
Gauche Adlai
His sister is so excited it's honestly adorable.
You've already met in the past since Gauche had to introduce the two most important girls in his life to each other, but she gets very excited at the prospect of having you as her future sister.
Gauche has to roam around with tissues because he keeps getting nosebleeds at the idea of the three of you living together like a happy lil family.
Once she finds our you're going to be her future sister in law his sister constantly asks about you when Gauche visits. He almost can't visit her without you because she sometimes seems sad and then Gauche feels very bad.
This one time the two of you got into a fight and she asked about you and told Gauche something along the lines of you better not take my sister away from me and to this day he does his best to never argue with you.
Overall your relationship is really sweet. Since Gauche is kind of like her father figure anyways you sort of become a maternal figure for her.
Leopold Vermillion
Fuegoleon is so genuinely surprised he doesn't even know how to react.
Their parents called all three children to the house for dinner which was surprising in itself, so when he sees you there he is pretty confused.
You're a close family friend, and ever since you were children it was sort of a given that Leo was yours and you were his. You two were just fated to be together.
But Fuegoleon presumed that his parents would at least give him of all people some forewarning before an engagement.
He ends up finding out that Leo actually proposed out of nowhere, you accepted and told both families a few days ago.
So why was Fuegoleon so late to the party?
His sister finds the entire situation funny and doesn't miss a beat before teasing Fuegoleon for being slow and not seeing the signs. Like how Leo suddenly decided to visit their grandfather (for a ring that was pre decided) the day he proposed.
Fuegoleon is honestly very pleased with the entire ordeal. You were always like a little sister to him anyways, but now that relationship is just solidified.
He does however tease Leo quite a bit about being a man and the responsibilities that come with marriage.
He's kind of surprised that Leo is going to be the first of the three of them to be married. That's Fuegoleon biggest concern rather than the sudden announcement.
Mereoleona definitely teases him about how their little brother has a better love life than him.

Lmao this is so self indulgent
Enjoy my Brainrot
𝐿𝑜𝑣𝑒𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑢𝑐𝑘!𝐹𝑖𝑛𝑟𝑎𝑙…
Who’s breath caught in his throat the first time he saw you.
Who’s face blushed a beautiful crimson when Yami introduced you to him.
Who was apprehensive to show you his magic, and was genuinely shocked when you were awestruck by it.
Who slowly started to fall for you more and more as the days progressed.
Who found himself going out of his way to spend time with you, and followed you everywhere, like a lost puppy.
Who is so obvious about his big fat crush on you.
Who is relentlessly teased by Vanessa and Yami, but ultimately has them rooting for him.
Who went to Magna and Luck for advice, and was actually given some pretty good tips.
Who ensures that he compliments you every time he sees you. Whether you are happy or sad, dressed up or fresh out of bed, Fin finds you absolutely beautiful, and wants you to know.
Who was shocked to discover that he no longer felt the desire to be flirtatious towards others, the action not sitting right with him.
Who loves to sit next to you and nonchalantly drape his arm around your shoulder, or “casually” play with your hand.
Who short circuited the first time that he draped his arm around you, and you leaned into his chest to relax.
Who glared daggers at Magna, when the little shit pointed out the blush dusting his cheeks.
Who adores rubbing your shoulders whenever he stands by you. The stress of being a magic knight is one he knows very well, so it brings him joy to offer you any relief that he can.
Who smiles at the way you react to the massage, simply melting into the touch, and staggering backward onto his chest.
Who gaped at you the first time that you took his hand to help calm him down, sweetly murmuring “it’s okay, I’ve got you” as you gently rubbed your thumb over the base of his own.
Who allows himself to be extremely vulnerable aground you, never hesitating to go to you in times of need.
Who will wordlessly knock on your door, and head straight to your bed. Who stares blankly at the wall, finally allowing his tears to flow, all while you run your fingers through his hair and gently hum his favorite song for him.
Who simply cannot take the thought of another person calling you theirs, and going absolutely bananas over it,
Who tucks his tail between his legs as he goes to Yami, begging for advice to cope with this, or ideas to ask you out.
Who arrived to the base the next day with a huge bouquet of fresh flowers, a dry throat, and a racing heartbeat.
Who looked everywhere but at you as he tries to sputter out a confession.
Who thought his head would explode when you cupped both sides of his face excitedly, and pulled him into a long-awaited kiss.
Who has never blushed harder than when he realized that the Bulls were all watching his scatterbrained self try to spit out a confession.
Who’s stress instantly melted away once you took his hand and smiled at him.

S/O with strong powers! ✧.*
. Thank u smmm!! this concept is so cuteee . disclaimer; I'm currently reading the manga and I watched the anime quite a while ago so please don't pay mind if its ooc! . warnings: none

FINRAL Roulacase
It's been too long. Too long since you've last looked happy and confident and it's been having a toll on Finral too. Should he bring it up? Should he just let you do your own thing and find yourself? He couldn't even if he wanted to. And that's why he's lost for words as your both sitting down at the base of the black bulls:
"Y/n- You seem quite down? Is there any problems??" He held his breath.
"Huh?" You looked off into the distance, debating whether your little problem was a big enough deal to talk about. You don't want to embarrass yourself in front of the man you love.
"Nothing really, it's nothing" You gave him a reassuring smile. But he could easily see through that façade.
He gently took your hand and placed it into his, he had worry weaved into his eyebrow. You couldn't help yourself at that face.
"It's just I just don't know how I possibly made it into this squad," he looked at you and you knew he was intently listening; reassuring you to go on, "I don't think my abilities are enough."
At that, his jaw drapped.
"Are you kidding me y/n?! You're amazing!" He squeezed your hand. If anything, the man was puzzled. Wondering if you were being serious.
"You think so?" You looked down into your lap.
"If anything, I look up to you love" He put his arm around you and whispered into your ear (it kinda hurt his pride saying this next part)
"I honestly think you're one of the strongest, miles better than me for sure and you're up there! You're an inspiration to a lot of the knights I can tell you that" He once more gave you a wide smile and glided his hand up and down your arm in a reassuring manner.
"You're too good for me, Finral" You immediately wrapped your arms around him, smiling into his shoulders. "You say I'm strong but I'm stronger when you're with me"
And you've done it again, got Finral smiling n' blushing like a teenage girl with a crush.
"If you'd like, we can train together" He broke the hug but his arm remained on you.
You smiled at that, you just knew you got lucky finding a gem like Finral. "Yeah, I'd like that"
You both got up, smiling like idiots but on the way out he just had to grumble, "there's no point anyways, you'll destroy me in a second love" and to that, you laughed loudly. No one could make you feel better but him.
MAGNA Swing
"Do you know what's up with y/n?" Luck asked Magna curiously, "she doesn't want to fight me anymore"
"Huh?? Are you sure you aren't going delusional?"
You'd never refuse a fight. Rather you were the one challenging him or Luck to those fights, testing out your abilities day by day. You were one of the stronger magic knights. You knew your worth, but that's only what he thought. Not wanting to worry Magna, you ended up not telling him what you were feeling at all.
"I'll go speak with her, something must be up," And off he ran.
Unbeknown to you, Magna had a fat crush on you. Everyone except you knew this. He would most literally do everything at your command. It was his priority to make sure you're alright.
"Y/N!!" Magna ran into your room, panicked.
"Magna? What's wrong?" You were laying on the bed, clueless as to why you had a scrawny tallish man barge into your room.
"Are you sick?"
"... No? Magna are you alright?"
"I am but are you?" He slowly made his way to you and sat in the chair opposite you as you got up to sit in the bed.
"Why wouldn't I be alright?"
"Don't lie to me y/n, I'm not the brightest but it doesn't take a smartass to know that you would never refuse a fight for no reason."
You gave him one of those smiles. The smile that made his heart skip a beat and his stomach do backflips. You knew he was the one for you the very moment he took his time out of his days to help each other train; you liked him. A lot.
"I can't hide anything from you" You looked down at your lap, not knowing where to start.
"Do you think I'm strong enough to stay here?"
He looked at you for a second, lost.
"Strong enough? Y/n you're even too good to be training with me of all people."
"But-"
"Absolutely no buts y/n." He grabbed your hand and looked at you with piercing eyes.
"I was born a peasant, I don't have much magic at all but you proved to me that I can work and train to earn myself some strength. And you're one of the knights that work the hardest everyday so don't ever undermine your strength."
His speech could've brought anyone to tears and it most certainly brought you to sobbing.
You hugged him tight, laying your head on his shoulder as he sat there frozen, not knowing what to do.
"God Magna, you're honestly a gem" You looked at him with softness in your eyes, "I like you, Magna." And at that, he lost his shit.
"REALLY?" He didn't know what to say, his hands were strangled in the air. He ultimately decided to put his arms tightly wrapped around you. He inhaled your scent and appreciated you.
"I like you a lot too, y/n" And the rest of the evening was spent with both of you gushing your feelings out, embracing each other.

It’s on the Tip of My Tongue Chapter 1
character: yami sukehiro
content warnings: misunderstandings
reader: gender neutral; ring magic user
chapter list: 1 [you are here], 2
notes: also on ao3. 2k word count. pre-relationship (but we’re getting somewhere). part of the stoprewind verse
Your room, when presented to you, was covered in a thick layer of dust and cobwebs. It took you a considerable while to feather and air it out—but you just couldn’t find the time to roll up your sleeves and get down to the dirt and grime of it all. Between that, imprinting locations with Finral, reviewing all your past and future responsibilities, and preparing for the transfer into the Black Bulls, you found little time to settle into your new home within the base.
You didn’t even get the chance to mingle with any of its other members, much less the captain himself. He talked real big, but you’ve hardly seen a glimpse of him all week. This frustrated you—he wandered in, in the middle of your day-to-day operations, uprooted your entire lifestyle, demanded you work under him specifically, yet he has not greeted you once. If he was going to be this sort of captain, he would have to earn your respect.
You, however, were finding a quick friend in the spatial mage—going from location to location got boring fairly quickly and, as polite as he was, he seemed to drop the act when Yami wasn’t looking.
“He works me to death! You know how hard it is managing funds while having to pay out property damages every other day, in between having to joyride him around the country? I have to do paperwork on the road!” Finral stepped through his own portal and waited patiently on the other side for you. “It’s the worst, really.”
There must have been a change to your expression, since he seemed to backtrack a little bit. “But it’s not so bad! Really! Now that you’re here, I’ll have more time to work through it!” He scratched at the back of the neck as his gaze traveled. A tilt of the head—like he was debating on saying his next words. “And he seemed pretty sincere when he said you’d only be doing the transportation thing. He usually leaves me to my own devices until he’s ready to head back or move locations, so you’ll probably get a lot of downtime…!”
He smiled at you, good-naturedly. “Lucky you.”
This did not help improve your quickly souring impression on the captain. You spared a moment to mark the area before moving on to the next. It turns out, Finral had well-over a hundred different locations he had imprinted upon, not including the local area—and the captain wanted you to retain all of them! The nerve!
Hardly ever having left your hometown, the sudden increase to your mental magic map took a little while to get used to; and with it rapidly expanding every day, it was a bit overwhelming, to say the least. Finral must have realized this early on, dividing up his list into digestible sections throughout the week—but the two of you were far from done yet. First came the important locations, then the common ones, next were the useful areas, followed by the more niche places…
Despite Yami’s command of all of Finral’s impressions, the two of you found no need to share his more personal locations, such as his family home and room back at the base. Those were for Finral specifically, and there was no need to hand over such keys.
As a seasoned spatial mage, his senses were naturally more adept at managing a mental map of the world; for you, it was far from the case. After going at it for a few hours, you found that you developed headaches that could only be mended with proper rest or mana-regaining methods, such as specialized drinks or medicine Finral would graciously provide. It was more of a nuisance than anything else—all you wanted to do was finish this first task, but you couldn’t handle the load.
That’s something you admired about Finral; he was a pretty capable mage.
The day finally arrived when the documents were properly filed; Captain Yami Sukehiro stood you in front of the rest of the squadron and introduced you properly—as properly as it seemed he could manage, at least—followed by a multitude of questions from everyone in the room.
Instead of navigating through the sea of voices yourself, the captain made short work of it for you. “No fighting, no hazing, no eating; you just ate, no looking at pictures, no one can hear you, no shopping—we’re busy.”
“We are?” you asked before he handed you, rather unceremoniously, the infamous black robe.
“Yes,” he replied, short, before addressing the squad once more. “This is my new ride, so I won’t be sharing. Finral’s still here, if you need quick transport.” You sputtered at his choice of words—his ride? Sharing?
“Oh! So you use spatial magic too?“ A starry-eyed boy inched closer. “That’s so cool! Can I see?”
“Oh, no,” you shook your head, but at his continued interest, showed him the band encircling one of your fingers anyway. Haunted by the memory of your shoddy escape the week prior, you started wearing multiple rings on both hands, in addition to keeping one tucked away in your grimoire pouch, just in case. “While I do use a form of spatial magic, I’m actually—”
“What did I just say?” You didn’t need to turn around to know who was towering behind you, the mana in the air stirring like crazy.
Despite that, the boy carried on, unfazed. “But sir! The use of any teleportation magic must take an incredible amount of control—”
“Which is why I need you to bugger off, so my ride can be in top condition for me. C’mon,” with a glance in your direction, he gestured with a jerk of the head and walked towards the front door.
Stepping outside in the dancing shadow of the trees, you were struck at the difference in lighting, how striking he really was. Out in the morning sunshine, you forgot the words you held for him for over a week. The blue morning glow of the waking sun didn’t do him justice, if this is what he truly looked like, underneath the new warm hue. The thin undershirt he wore did little to hide anything—especially since he chose to wear nothing over said shirt—skin all but bared to the world, in all it’s severe beauty.
He was a warrior alright and had the scars to match, crisscrossing his skin in rough patches; down his arms, across his shoulders, and up higher, to the one bisecting his brow, and the one set at the corner of his mouth.
To keep from staring at his lips, your eyes lowered to his jaw, and focused in on the stubble, down his neck, evolving into the hair leading to the peek of his toned chest underneath it all.
Suddenly, you felt the need for a cold drink. You spun a band circled around a finger. “Um,” you began. “Captain Yami Sukehiro?”
“Just Yami’s fine,” he said, and went to light a cigarette.
“Captain Yami,” you said instead, resulting in a click of his tongue and quirk of his brow. Actually just Yami, I guess. You’d work on it. For now, you were trying to remember what it was that you had been meaning to say to him.
He led you out here with some type of purpose. You stopped fretting with the robe in your hands. You had to speak your mind, first and foremost.
“Yami,” you met his eyes. Steel. Like his blade, you did not know how much power it hid. But you were not afraid. “You said you wanted me for my magic. You may be my captain now, but I do not intend to be taken advantage of. I will not be overworked.”
His reply was instantaneous. It was different than before, when he walked out of the alleyway; instead of his entire being, this laugh came from the chest—throwing his head back with the force of it. Your eyes widened, before it clicked. Before, you felt as if he was laughing at you—now, it was something different entirely.
He smiled at you, big and proud, and declared—“I like you.” Warmth welled up inside as a weight seemed to lift itself off of you; like the smoke rising from his lips. He lifted a hand and before you knew it, he was ruffling the hair atop your head. “I don’t give jobs to people who can’t handle it.” You blinked. “Don’t sweat it—you’re my ride. Simple as that.”
So what Finral told you was true. You were so lost in that thought, you didn’t notice Yami’s hand go to smooth out your hair, running down, until it stilled, cupping the side of your face. You felt warmth once more, but not from the inside. “What—what are you—”
“Getting to know one another, like I said we would.” Before you could piece together what he meant, he pinched at your cheek.
“Ack!”
“You’re too serious,” he said, like a statement. “You’ve been running around all week. Every time I tried to find you, you were off doing some other thing. When you were here, you were either off with Finral or busy in your room. When was I supposed to be with you?”
It sounded distinctly like a pout. You stood there, rubbing at your cheek, staring at him. Yami Sukehiro, with a plume of smoke surrounding him, trying to wave it away. Like a distraction. He shifted his feet. Put his hands in his pockets. Removed one to scratch at the back of his neck.
He clicked his tongue. The robe you had resumed fretting with was snatched from you, and before you could even process it, Yami’s hands were at your front, doing up the button and straightening up the hood around your shoulders. “You’re a Black Bull,” his eyes were downcast, focusing on his work. And then, quieter: “I said I wanted you.”
You remembered the alleyway, and the sun eclipsing him; his touch, and the way he held your hand. “Oh,” was all you could manage. The transfer was busy work. He must have not realized that. And when he gestured to your still fretting hands, all you could do was stare harder.
“You have more this time,” his hands went back into his pockets. “That’s good, for you.”
The subject change nearly gave you whiplash, despite the pause between. “Um, thanks?”
“Yeah. Anyways, mark this one too.”
It was a simple band. Black, with no embellishments; and when he tilted it in the light, it seemed to swallow the sunshine whole. Dark and—when you got a closer lookincredibly inviting. As you held it in your hand, you noticed it was lightweight. Sturdy, with a smooth finish. Whichever material it was made of felt powerful where it sat. Indestructible. It would not shatter so easily.
It was only after you marked it did you realize you’ve never imprinted upon a ring that didn’t belong to a family member.
After you were done, he slipped it on—left hand, ring finger. His non-dominate hand. A good choice, for his fighting style; he wouldn’t have to worry about changing the way he handled the grip of his sword. It would be out of the way, but at the ready if he needed it.
“There,” he said, with a smile tugging at the corner of his lips. You tried not to stare. “Had it made. Figured I’d need one for myself—your hands are puny.”
You sputtered. “Not everyone is as big as you!”
He carried on as if you didn’t say anything. “Thought maybe, if you gave me one of yours, I could wear it on a chain or something. But that seemed like a hassle, so this was what I got instead.”
He held his hand up to the light. One of the things Yami was known for was his magic attribute—it seemed fitting that he would choose an accessory that physically matched the aesthetic; though, you never would have guessed he cared about that sort of thing. A black hole, it claimed space for itself; tugging you in and pulling you within his reach. His hand was warm, when your fingers intertwined.
“It’s beautiful,” you told him. The compliment, however, got drowned out by another, more pressing noise.
“Attaboy, Captain!” someone cheered from an open window. Then, from someone at the front door—“I’m happy you found the perfect ring!”
You turned to see what seemed like the entire base crowded around each other in windows and the entranceway, making no effort to hide themselves as they watched the two of you.
“That’s the man’s way!” The man with the mohawk pumped his fist in the air. “Straightforward!”
The witch held up a bottle, “Let’s celebrate!”
The short one next to her nodded enthusiastically, “We’ll have a feast!”
The man with the hair covering his eye looked surprised. “So this is what they meant when they said Yami was after someone…”
It appeared, where you stood, that there had been a major misunderstanding. Rumors are already spreading in the workplace—on your first day, nonetheless! Involving your boss. Your mother had warned you to stay out of Black Bull scandals; but there you were, in front of the entire squadron, probably ruining Yami’s reputation even more. You dreaded the headlines already—the immigrant Magic Knight captain, abusing his position of authority. Alternatively: the rookie mage, a golddigger.
In your horror, you spotted Finral in the back. Meeting your eyes, he gave you a thumbs up.
“What are you bums doing standing around for?!” Yami charged forth. “Go find some work, all of you!”
Scrambling out of sight, the group dispersed rapidly. Based on the shielded grins and fading laughter, you did not think that reaction cleared up anything at all. What a start to the day.

Hihi saw your post about wanting request so thought I'd send one!!!
How about a drabbles of Finral, Zora, Klaus, and Nozel would react to someone flirting with them in front of their s/o /someone putting their s/o down to make themselves look better??
Lots of love and hope ya get more request! ʕ•̀ω•́ʔ✧
Parings & Word counts: Finral x Reader 957 words, Zora x Reader 882 words, Klaus x Reader 985 words, Nozel x Reader 690 words
Warning: Bullying, mentions of alcohol, if I missed anything please let me know
A/n: Hello, thank you so much for requesting. I enjoyed writing this especially because there is not enough love for the Black Clover men out there. I went with a gender neutral reader as you didn’t specify so I hope that’s fine. I also kind of split the prompts, Finral and Kalus are reacting to someone putting down their s/o and Zora and Nozel are someone flirting with them in front of their s/o. Anyway, I hope you enjoy and remember to hydrate or diedrate.
Finral:
Finral may have a history of being a playboy but that all changed. After you agreed to go out with him, he flipped his script real fast. The only person he had eyes for was you, going as far as telling Langris he was no longer interested in Lady Finesse and wishes them both well. Having you as a partner was like a dream come true for him, you didn’t care that he was the disgraced son of the Vaude family, or that his magic was only good for support. You just wanted him to be happy and You helped him feel more confident in himself and his abilities.
For the first time in his life finral actually felt secure in a relationship and would do everything in his power to keep the relationship healthy. So, imagine his shock when he notices you shying away from his affection while out on a date. Normally he could hold your hand, kiss your cheeks or hold you to his side as you walk through the markets of Kikka, but for some reason you pulled away every time he tried to show affection.
“Hey, Y/n is everything okay? You normally don’t mind holding hands and stuff.” He asked quietly, sounding almost scared that he did something wrong or misunderstood what you were comfortable with.
Before you could respond another voice Finral did not recognize, started to speak. “Well if it isn’t Y/n, when you said you were joining the Magic Knights I thought you'd at least try but I guess the Black Bulls are probably the only squad willing to take a weakass mage like yourself.” Turning his attention to the person who so rudely interrupted his date, the spacial mage could quickly tell this was some pompous noble. What he couldn’t tell though was how they knew you and why they were being rude.
“Excuse me, who are you?” Finral asked, his tone showing he was not pleased at all with how this person was acting.
Scoff in offense the noble spoke again. “Don’t take that tone with me. I’ll have you know, I’m Claire Elric, you know the family of mages who specialize in Alchemy magic.” The snob, Claire identified herself. “And I was talking with an old friend. I suggest you mind your own business but then again judging from your robe you’re also a Black Bull so you probably don’t understand respect.” Claire stated matter of factly.
Rolling his eyes, Finral spoke again. “It was a rhetorical question, you could be the king’s kid for all I care, it doesn't give you the right to talk down to people for no reason.” He started not having the patience for assholes. “Y/n is a powerful mage, and works hard everyday to help our squad get better. Not only that but they are extremely kind and caring, so I suggest you treat them with respect.”
Having been silently watching from behind Finral since Claire first spoke, you couldn’t hide the shock on your face. Finral was never the confrontational type, but here he is defending you from one of your life long bullies. Being behind him though you could also tell from the look on her face that Claire was ready to snap, and it would probably be best to leave before stuff goes south. “Finral, we should just go. It’s not a big deal, she’s right anyway the Bulls are the only squad that would take a mage like me.” You said gently pulling at his sleeve trying to get him to drop it and go.
Sadly your pleas were left unanswered as Finral was not going to stand for someone convincing his lovely partner they were less than perfect. “No Y/n, we aren’t leaving just yet. Not until this ass realizes that it’s not a bad thing you are part of the Black Bulls.” He said looking over at you before turning back to the now scowling noble. “Like I said before Y/n is a valuable member of our Squad and any other Squad would be lucky to have them. But Judging from your lack of any squad robe, you weren’t even good enough for any, so instead of spending your time looking down on others who have done more than you, maybe you should try being a better person.”
Claire’s scowl went from mildly upset to pissed real fast. Before she could even think to respond Finral quickly used his magic to open a small portal at the noble’s feet and watched as she fell through it. You looked at him shocked before speaking. “One, thank you for standing up for me. Claire has been a bully since we were young. And two, where the hell did you send her?” You were grateful she was gone but you hoped it wasn’t going to lead to problems for you later.
“Oh I just sent her to the farthest place I could without using too much mana. Don’t worry she’ll be fine though it may take her a while to get back, I hear Hage is a few days walk from castle town.” He said with a smirk. “And I’ll alway defend you, no one should talk down to you for any reason. I mean it, you are an amazing and valuable member of the Black Bulls. I know I for one would be lost without you.” With that Finral pulled you into his side, placing a kiss on your forehead before continuing throughout the market. You would probably get a complaint later about Finral stranding a noble in the forsaken realm, in a few days but hey that’s nothing new for the Black Bulls, plus Yami will probably find it funny.
Zora:
Finding time for the two of you to go and enjoy yourselves while being part of the Black Bulls is a hassle. Hell even days off aren’t off limits from chaos as Asta proved when he went to Nean and had a run in with The Eye of the Midnight Sun. So the moment Captain Yami even started to say it was time for everyone to have a day off, you and Zora were out of the hideout and without a second thought.
You guys made your way to a village where hopefully none of the crazier members of the squad would end up and made sure you weren’t followed. Peace and quiet in the misfit squad were hard to come by so you weren’t risking it. Making your way to the local pub, you and Zora sat at a small table only big enough for two and as far from the crowd that had gathered. Planning to enjoy a nice lunch before walking the town and just being together.
Unfortunately maybe the pub was not the best idea for a lunch date. You guys had agreed on it because it would be cheaper than one of the cafes or restaurants around the village. What you hadn’t factored in was the numerous drunkards who either just started their day of drinking or were still there after their night of drinking. In all honesty it took longer than one would expect for one of these drunks to cause a problem but hey it still happened.
You had been mid-sentence about how you hid Magna’s flan the other day and blamed Luck, just to cause some trouble, when some drunk lady stumbled over to your table. “Ex-cuse me, but could I of-ffer you a drink?” The lady said eye one Zora’s shirtless torso, completely ignoring you and the fact Zora could not look less interested in her.
“No. Anyway, Y/n next time we should go a step further instead of just hiding Magna’s food we should -” Zora started plotting how to mess with the resident idiots after turning down the drunk. Only to get halfway through his thought before Drunky spoke again.
“Come o-on handsome, I’m ssure I can give you a great time.” She slurred as she tried to get his attention. Zora just rolled his eyes and tried to ignore her. “Don’t be like thaat, I just want to ssee whatss behind that mask.” The Drunk was clearly to far down the drain to realize she had zero chance.
Being totally done with the lady you decided to take it on yourself to get her to leave. “Hey drunky, he’s not interested. Also we are kinda in the middle of a date and I would appreciate it if you left my boyfriend alone.” You said, making it clear you did not want to deal with her while still being somewhat polite. The lady just scoffed at you before turning back to Zora.
“I know I can give you bett-tter time then this buzz kill.” She said now leaning on the table. You were trying to hide your frustration, when the drunk did something that made the normally calm mage across from you let out his own frustration. While trying to seduce him by running her fingers along his jaw, the lady had the nerve to try and pull his mask from his face.
Standing probably faster than you’ve seen him move in while, Zora completely loses his cool. “Do not touch me and definitely do not touch my mask. We tried to be polite but you leave me no choice. No one would want anything to do with a hopeless drunk who has nothing better to do than interrupt a couple on the first date they’ve had in months, and then touch one of them without permission after being told twice to leave.” The whole time he spoke he had the lady’s wrist in his hand, not a tight enough grasp to break it or leave lasting damage but it was clear from his white knuckles there would likely be a bruise.
Deciding it’s probably best for Zora to not catch an assault charge for possibly injuring a civilian on day off, you step in. Resting a hand on his shoulder you spoke up. “Hey, let's just go back to the hideout. I know we wanted peace and quiet but that clearly isn’t gonna happen here.” Zora thought for a second before dropping the lady’s wrist and wrapped his arm over your shoulders leading you out of the pub ignoring the eyes of the few patrons who weren’t unconscious.
“Sorry our date got ruined by that lady.” You apologized hoping to ease some of the tension clear on Zora’s face.
He just shook his head. “Not your fault. I think we should just accept the madness we deal with. I mean where’s the fun in life if someone isn’t being crazy.” Zora made a valid point.
Chuckling as you made your way back to the Black Bulls’ base. “You’re right, if we wanted quite we probably shouldn’t have joined the Black Bulls of all squads.” You laughed as you reached the hideout and were greeted with the tell tale yelling from Magna and Luck fighting over who knows what this time.
Klaus:
Being at the Golden Dawn’s base was intimidating to begin with, now add not being a member of the top squad and it feels like even breathing wrong could get you yelled at. Luckily you were only there to get your boyfriend for the date you had planned, it was rare that you got the same days off so you liked to take advantage of it whenever you could. Normally, Klaus would either meet you at the date location or come get you from your base, but for some reason he had requested you meet at the Golden Dawn’s headquarters.
You had been greeted at the door by Mimosa who said Klaus was just finishing up a quick meeting with the Captain and then he’d be ready to go. While waiting Mimosa offered to sit and chat so you didn’t feel so out of place, your Black robe standing out in the sea of golden ones. Accepting the offer you and Mimosa sat by a window enjoying some tea while chatting about recent missions and laughing at some stories of Klaus making a fool of himself over Asta.
Completely engrossed in Mimosa’s story about how concerned Klaus was when they found Asta passed out in the cave near Nean, you failed to notice the green haired mage approaching the two of you. “Yes, he really said he was only worried because if Asta was hurt then you would be upset and he didn’t want to see you cry.” Mimosa said holding in laughter also not noticing her Squadmate approaching.
“When did we start letting the riff raff lounge around our base?” Letoile said, as she looked at you with what could only be described as disgust.
“I’m sorry, what do you mean by that Letoile?” Mimosa asked, confused why her squadmate would say something like that.
The compass mage scoffed. “I mean, when was it okay for a Black Bull to just hang around the Golden Dawn’s base, shouldn’t they be with the other commoners and criminals?” Every word that came out hurt, sure you had heard it all before, the Black Bulls weren’t exactly the most respected squad, but this time it felt personal.
Mimosa watched as the color drained from your face, she could tell you were debating leaving even before Klaus was ready to go. “Y/n has every right to be here. They may not be a member of this squad but they are still a Magic Knight. Besides they’re waiting on Klaus, it’s not like they’re trying to move in.” The royal tried to defend you, but it seemed her words only gave the other woman more fuel for her fire.
“Oh that’s right, you’re Klaus’s charity case. The little commoner who barely managed to help save him in that dungeon. I don’t know how you convinced a noble like him to go out with you but he could do so much better. I mean he’s surrounded by powerful mages everyday and he picked a weak peasant like you. You probably used some forbidden spell to get his attention, huh?” Letoile said with a pointed look, clearly enjoying the clear turmoil on your face. She paused trying to think of more insults, hoping to find the one to get you to run off.
Unfortunately for her, it was at that moment a certain purple eyed mage decided to clear his throat. Everyone froze, Klaus may be calm and collected most of the time but when he’s upset it can get scary. “I don’t know what you think you gain from being rude to my partner, Letoile but I suggest you apologize and then leave them alone.” He said voice never changed from his usual calm and strict tone. The green haired mage mumbled a quick apology and quickly ran off. Klaus then turned to Mimosa. “Thank you Mimosa for keeping them company while I was busy, and for standing up for them as well.” The red head nodded and quickly bid farewell before giving you to space.
“So how much of the interaction did you see?” You asked quietly as Klaus moved to help you stand from the table you were sitting at.
“The whole time, I heard you laughing about Mimosa’s retelling of what happened in Nean and was going to join you before she said much else when I saw Letoile approach. I wanted to see what she wanted.” He explained with a slight frown. “I’m sorry I should have stepped in sooner, I was curious to see how other members of the squad would react to you when I wasn’t present.” It was clear from his tone that he was truly sorry for the things his team mate said.
Resting a hand on his arm you spoke up. “It’s fine Klaus, sure what she said hurt but having you and Mimosa stand up for me means a lot. In all honesty I’ve heard worse, I’m a Black Bull after all.” Hearing you laugh at your last comment brought a smile to his face.
“Are you sure you’re okay, you looked close to crying or running?” He asked as he pointed out how clear it was you had been uncomfortable.
“Yes I’m fine. I can’t say what she said didn’t hurt but knowing how much you truly support me and seeing how much you’ve changed since meeting me and Asta, I know everything she said was out of jealousy.” You answered, now enjoying the look of slight confusion on his face.
“Jealousy? What do you mean?” Klaus was truly perplexed.
“Yeah, She’s just jealous I got the best guy and I didn’t even have to try.” You said, finishing the statement placing a kiss to the steel mage’s cheek. Klaus at a loss for words, his face bright red from the kiss, just held your hand and guided you out of the base towards the originally planned date.
Nozel:
To put simply Nozel is clueless when it comes to people flirting with him. To even start dating you had to straight up say you liked him and wanted to go on a date. That being said he is the most thoughtful man ever in a relationship. Believing that his partner deserves the world and all of his focus. So when a random member of his squad started flirting with him, he had no idea.
The first couple of times you had been out either on missions or just running a few errands, so you weren’t there to tell him this girl wasn’t just being kind to him but in fact trying to seduce him. Sure his younger siblings had been around and tried to tell him after the girl had left that she was flirting with him, but he only has eyes for you and in his eyes it’s clear he’s off limits, so surely Solid and Nebra are seeing things.
He only realizes that his siblings were right when the same girl came up and started flirting with him, while at a feast the Silver Eagles were holding for some reason. You and Nozel were sitting together having a conversation about how he should try being nicer to Noelle, when little miss heart eyes popped up.
“Hello Captain Nozel. How’s your day going?” The girl asked clearly unfazed by the glare both the captain and you gave her at the interruption. After hearing the quick fine breathed out by the now eerily calm Captain, she kept speaking. “That’s good to hear, I spent the day training and was thinking maybe you could give me some pointers on how to be more effective in combat?” She asked, twirling her hair and trying to act cute.
Nozel being clueless, and just annoyed that his conversation was interrupted by idle chatter mumbled a sure and turned to go back to his previous discussion. “Wow Captain, you are probably the best Captain there is, being willing to train even the lowest members of your squad. I can’t wait to learn from such an amazing mage.” The silver haired Captain just nodded and made to look back at you. “Do you do this for all your squad mates or am I just that special to you Nozel?” The girl went from subtle flirting to not trying to hide real quick.
“Honey I hate to break it to you, but Nozel is like this with everyone. He stopped listening to your squeaky ass voice the second you interrupted our conversation.” You said being done with the girl’s clear lack of care for those around her. “Besides take it from the person he’s dating, flirting will get you nowhere. Now if you don’t mind Me and my boyfriend here are gonna leave and if I hear even a suggestion that you’ve been flirting with him again you will wish you never looked in his direction.” With that you stood up, Nozel following without protest because he just wanted some peace.
“She wasn’t flirting with me was she?” He asked as you exited the dining hall making your way to your room at the Silver Eagles Base.
You couldn’t help but laugh at how clueless he could be. “Nozel honey, it was so painfully obvious to everyone she’s been flirting with you. Hell your siblings have told me previously that she’s done it and those two are so absorbed in their own delusions of greatness I’m shocked they noticed before you.” He just stared at you perplexed as he really thought, his siblings were fucking with him. Thinking for a moment he just nodded in acceptance entering your shared room ready to call it a night. “You know, for a Magic Knight Captain, you are really clueless sometimes. I’m sure even Fuegolen could have been able to tell she was flirting and that man can’t understand sarcasm.”
Hearing the mention of his rival Nozel glared at you as he undid the braid at the front of his hair. “Not funny.” He said full of seriousness, but from the slight smile he knew you were only joking.

Hii!!
Oh Lord, I live to write fluff about this man so please send me more requests like this❤️😫
Yami x fem!reader
Tw: Slightly suggestive
_____________________________
This was another one of those nights when you had gone out drinking with Yami. He didn't think you couldn't keep up with him when he drank, but then you acted tough and promised to surpass your limits just to prove the opposite to him.
You were sitting at the counter, after a few mugs of beer, the captain looked at you while you seemed to be entering a euphoric state due to the alcohol.
"I know she can hold on a little longer but I better not drink anymore as I'll probably have to carry her drunk ass home." The captain thought, bringing the drink to his lips
"Yami, do you want to drink another one ?" You held the mug high but he shook his head, denying it. "Come on, just one more!" You insisted
"Nah, I'll pass."
"Okay, I'll order two, so I'll drink for you too." You smiled and winked at him
"This isn't going to end well..." He thought
And so it was, you managed to drink both in a row, which made you start to see everything around and feel your legs tremble and stagger. Even so, you still felt like he could hold on a little longer. He was really proud to see you surpassing your limits as promised but he wasn't willing to see you drink until you passed out.
"I'll order one more,"You said, raising your hand to call the bartender
"Oh no, you won't. You've had enough already." Yami held your hand and you looked at him, pouting
"But I still feel sober! Please, just one more!" You insisted but he didn't let you ask for more
"I think it's time for us to go home." He carried you, bridal style, and took you out of the establishment
He asked Finral to open the portal so you could return.
"Yami, could you take me to the bathroom?" You asked
"Do you need to take a shit?" He tease you and you laughed
"No, you idiot! I just need to remove my makeup."
"Let's go then."
He placed you on the floor and you leaned on his strong arm to hold on, since the alcohol left you without any balance.
He moistened a towel and slowly wiped it over your face, to remove it and you started laughing at him for it.
"What?" He frowned in confusion
"You know that's not how to remove makeup from your face."
"Well, the makeup is coming off your face, so I guess that's how it is." He said, continuing to rub your skin.
"You really don't understand anything about ladies." You laugh
"I'm a man Y/n, I don't put that stuff on my face, like you women do. And I ereally wonder why you wear all that thing, you're already pretty without it."
"Aww you're so cute! you're making me embarrassed now." You snuggled against his arm and he shook his head, rolling his eyes
After finishing, he carried you to the bedroom and sat you on the bed, taking off your shoes. He helped you take off your clothes and that's when things started to heat up a little. When he got up to go get the other clothes, you got up and kissed him, taking him by surprise. He put an arm around your waist to keep you stable while he responded to your sloppy kisses. That actually turn him on a little but due to the fact that you were drunk, Yami didn't want to take advantage of the situation and so he moved away from your lips.
"No, we'll have to save that for another night." He whispered next to your lips
"Please Yami, I need you so much." You whimpered, distributing kisses on his neck and running your hands all over his body. "You know I love you and especially when you take such good care of me" You grabbed his hands and roamed them over you, trying to encourage him but he, still with a lot of effort, held back. This man was on the verge of madness and if he gave in at that moment, no one would sleep in that HQ.
"Baby, my self-control is pushing back it's limits, with all of this." He chuckled
"So why don't you stop resisting and give in? It will be easier."
"No, Y/n. Not today."He whispered, kissing your forehead and hugging you. You knew he was serious when he called you by your name and not by any other nickname.
He sat you down on the bed again and dressed you in your night clothes and placed a peck on your lips.
"You really give a hard time when you drink, you know?" He joked, poking the tip of your nose and you smiled at him
"Don't tell me that a man your size can't handle a girl like me? I expected more from you..." You gave him a suggestive look and he smiled
"You better not forget those words when you're sober because I'm going to prove you wrong." He winked and laid you on the bed, laying down next to you
"And apparently my drunken condition has also left you with a hard problem down here." you put your knee in the middle of his legs but he grabbed your knee, pushing it away
"Keep those knees still, otherwise I'll put you to sleep on the floor." He threatened and you giggled
"You would never do that, would you?"
"No, if you don't give me a reason but you already gave me one." Yami put an arm around your body
"You're breaking my little heart, you know that?"
"Oh shut up." He said, patting your thigh and you laughed
"Thank you for taking care of your drunk lover. You are a good man." You thanked him, kissing his cheek
"Praising me like that makes me embarrassed, dear." Yami said, with a smirk, returning the kiss on your cheek. "But I appreciate the compliment, you're also a good woman."
Without a doubt, the captain's arms were cozy and a comfortable place that made you fall asleep right after a great cuddle session, you two share.

Yami Sukehiro x Wanted!Criminal!Male!Reader [?]
Masterlist.
Black Clover
Requested by Christmas_Tree on AO3 (Archive of Our Own)
For months now had Julius given the same mission to the kingdom's orders, and none of them had been able to fulfill his order, not even Golden Dawn.
The mission was to capture this extremely dangerous and psychotic wanted criminal, and Julius finally gave in to inform the Black Bulls.
Now, in the meeting room of the castle, Julius and Marx were waiting for Yami to arrive, and a few minutes later, a portal appeared, Yami himself walked through it followed by Finral. The meeting was short and concise, Yami was given the mission to capture this criminal and given a picture to be able to identify him. Marx was specific about needing every member of the Black Bulls working on this and to capture him alive, the time limit was a month, less than half than the other orders had to find him.
Yami scoffed and grabbed the picture, looking down at it to see who this "dangerous and psychotic" criminal was. The guy was-
Yami had always been kinda proud of being able to maintain a poker face when surprised or overwhelmed, because that's exactly what he felt when he recognized the guy in the picture. He looked up at Julius and groaned an affirmative response, signaling Finral to open the portal again, and they soon left.
Back at their base, Yami sighed and glanced out the window, where he saw (M/n) sitting outside.
"Everyone!" His deep, booming voice caught the attention of everyone in the room, they stood up and gathered around Yami, or just stayed in their place, like Zora who didn't care much and didn't want to stand up, Nero standing close to him, "We got a mission, and it has a time limit, so listen up," Yami frowned and look at the picture in his hand, "There's a fugitive criminal that we have to capture in a month."
Luck seemed hyped about it, and so did Magma, Gauche wasn't as interested like most of the members, who were nonchalantly accepting the mission.
"Is that a picture of them, Yami?" Vanessa asked fixing her clothes that had gotten slightly wrinkled.
A unison gasp left everyone's mouth the moment Yami showed them the picture, followed by Asta screeching and about to run to the window, only to be stopped by Yami. All of them approached the window slowly and quietly, looking outside.
The picture was of a younger (M/n), who was definitely a teenager back then, but it was him, no doubt. And there he was. Sitting right outside their base, playing and talking to animals, his grimoire open and glowing as he used a spell to be able to understand them.
"Them. Looking. Window," One of the squirrels said, making (M/n) look over his shoulder.
There standing in front of the wide window were all the members of the Black Bulls, observing him as if he was an exotic animal, (M/n) just smiled and waved happily at them, yelling a cheerful "Hello~!"
Yeah, he was too nice to be a "dangerous and psychotic" criminal, there had to be an explanation.
///////
It was dinner time, and like usual, Charmy was cooking while Asta engulfed everything in sight, well, usually it would be like that, but everyone was quiet, wondering what the reason could be. And Zora was fed up with the silence that seemed to be piercing his ears.
He stood up from the dining table and headed outside, where (M/n) had his own plate of food brought over by the wild cats around him, who were eating along with him, gently grabbing the food with their teeth whenever he handed it over to them.
"Hey," Zora's voice slightly startled (M/n), who turned around to look at him with a nervous smile.
"Hi, Zora, do you need something-?"
"Why are you a wanted criminal?" Well, that was a direct question. (M/n) sighed and looked down at his plate, hearing footsteps behind them, and looking at the chinchillas perk up from their hiding spot by the hollow rocks, he knew everyone had walked outside.
(M/n) remained silent for a few moments, before taking a deep breath, "Yami," the black-haired male approached him and stood next to him, "Can we talk in private?"
Yami looked at (M/n) in the eyes and decided he will, quietly signaling the rest to go back inside. Once they were left alone, Yami sat next to him and they stayed silent for a while.
"So? You gonna explain?" (M/n) kept his head down, reaching his hand out to pet the wild cat sitting by his feet, and he sighed.
"It's all made up," Yami remained silent, but his eyebrow raised, awaiting any other thing the male might say, "Julius made that up, 'cause he wants me..." Taking a deep breath, (M/n) rubbed his face in distress, "To come back."
(M/n) continued to explain to Yami what had happened years ago and how this whole thing started, and Yami just listened in silence. And eventually, they made a deal. (M/n) accepted to be taken back to the castle, not caring how Julius would react upon seeing him back.
After hours and hours went past, Yami took (M/n) back to the castle, Finral accompanying them with his portals, while everyone said bye to (M/n) one last time. He even had to hug Asta and dry his tears 'cause the silver-haired male didn't want him to leave, he grew attached to the (h/c) haired male, especially after all the training they did together since the day they met.
With a gentle smile, (M/n) followed Yami through the portal as quickly as he could, not wanting to put a strain on Finral, and soon, the three of them were in the castle's meeting room, where Julius and Marx had been discussing personal matters.
"Julius," Yami called him, catching their attention, and the two of them looked toward the Black Bulls members.
King Julius was about to say something, when a familiar face walked through the portal, standing next to Yami, "(M/n)..."
Clenching his fists and swallowing, (M/n) made eye contact with the blond, "Br-"
His voice was cut off by the crushing hug Julius gave him, dramatically crying out his name and much he missed him.
"My little brother is back!" With an even more surprised expression than before, Marx gasped loudly.
"Brother?!" Yami sighed and stared into Julius' eyes, who was tearing up like the childish king he is.
"You're not keeping him," everyone in the room looked at Yami as he spoke, shocked by the serious tone of his voice, "I brought him over this once, but he's not staying here, Julius."
The King released a chuckle when the shock passed and he kept an arm wrapped around (M/n)'s shoulders.
"As long as you let him visit, then I don't mind," leaning his head on (M/n)'s he smiled brightly, "I'm just happy to know he's okay," (M/n) sighed and tried to free himself.
"Can I go now?" He asked with a monotonous tone, and Julius only laughed louder.
"Only after you have dinner with us, of course!"
Extended ending
"Your brother, sir?" Marx asked once their guests had left, and Julius only kept swaying his body side to side, a happy smile plastered on his face, a subtle blush coloring his cheeks.
"Yeah~!" That was all he said and Marx couldn't help but sigh as he realized that he now had to inform all the orders about (M/n) no longer being a threat.

Haii!! I love your writing so much >< May I request a Black Bulls x Black Bull Reader fanfiction where the reader is a scaredy cat, and she overcomes her fear and saves them all in a mission?
Fandom: Black Bulls
Character(s): Black Bulls
Warning(s):
Readers Gender: Gn
Since you were small everyone would call you a "scaredy cat" and it bothered you. But that didn't stop you from wanting to become a magic knight as you still wanted to help people.
The black bulls understood your predicament and would try to help you the best they could. In fights sometimes you would freeze like grimoar wasn't stick and you couldn't get nothing out of your mouth. You would always apologize but the black bulls never held it against you but you always felt guilty because you know you can help so you have been trying your hardest to get over your fears.
The black bulls were all sent on a mission about some attack and believing that they may be from the diamond kingdom. You, Grey, Gauche, Gordon, Finral, Charmy and Vanessa were helping locals to escape. But once everyone was at a safe and through Finrals portal you can all tell that the fight was getting crazy and closer. You and everyone were getting ready for the attacks coming your way but when you saw the multiple diamond mages and their magic your body had a flight or fight mode, while the others were fighting you were flight. You had tried to do long range attacks as to not get too close but can still help, while your mind and heart are racing.
But you didn't know what happened just a minute ago everyone was fine but the group of attackers had a mage surprise attack them, their magic being some time slowing magic, and Asta was out.
The attackers noticed you as they all started to walk towards as they taunted you, "What a pretty little thing. It excites me to hurt that pretty face" "Just look at them, they are just shaking in fear".
It was true you started to back up, walking backwards as your eyes darted around as you saw your friends trying to get out of time slowing spell as Asta was shouting for you to run and for them not to hurt you.
When you look at all your friends seeing them covered in cuts and blood it starts to make your blood boil and before you know it you start to attack the mages. Your battle went long enough for Asta to get back up and free everyone. Now making you fight alongside your friends.
When you all came back everyone cheered as they all felt proud of you. "You were amazing out there Y/n!" "It was about time but yeah you were great out there" "Come on Y/n fight me and don't hold yourself back". Asta, Noelle, and Luck said getting into your face as you laughed rubbing the back of your neck "Thanks guys but I'm not sure I can do that again any time soon", you said till you felt a muscular hand on your shoulder while you turned to see it was your captain Yami.
"I see you are making progress kids make sure you keep up the good work", Yami said as you smiled. The rest of the day you all ate and that night you can say you felt good with yourself. You may still be somewhat of a scaredy cat but that won't stop you from making sure your friends are safe, because they are your family.

The nighttime was something that you had always found serene and comforting. Being a Black Bull meant that you could always fend for yourself if danger managed to find you. That doesn’t mean that you were always let off the hook, but you mainly stayed safe no matter where you went.
You were on high alert, having just fended off some petty thieves who tried to stick you up. Your senses were heightened, and you were honestly too on edge.
The sudden sound of your name being called and pattering footsteps caused you to summon your grimoire.
“S-Stay back! I don’t want to have to use my magic!”
“Woah! (N/N), it’s just me.”
You blinked to regain your composure, your eyes focusing onto the person with you.
“F-Finral?” You sputtered.
“Sorry to spook you.” He rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly, “Are you alright?”
You exhaled in relief, body slumping to its usual relaxed posture. “Yeah.” You felt the tension leave your body as Finral placed a gentle hand on your shoulder, rubbing slowly. “Thanks, Fin.”
The brunette smiled warmly, “Anytime.”
“So” you began, continuing your slow walk, “What brings you to this part of town?”
“Ah.”
Well shit. You had caught him. He had to think of a lie, and fast.
“Well you know me, I’m Yami’s 5* errand boy.” Finral replied with an awkward chuckle.
Truth be told, the spatial magic user knew that you would be walking at this time of night. Every ounce of chivalry in his body told him that he should not be letting the person he loves walk alone during night time, it was too dangerous, even if you were a magic knight.
“But what’s got you out here so late? It’s not safe.”
You giggled leaning into his side, “I’m not a helpless person in distress. I’m a Bull, just like you.” You smiled warmly at him, failing to notice his growing awkwardness, “But I appreciate your concern for me. It’s sweet. Thank you, Finnie.”
Finral swore he could’ve melted on the spot at the nickname. His gentle grip on your shoulder fell lax for a split second as he tried to regain his composure.
A sudden bright light illuminated the sky, causing the two of you to look up. A shooting star crossed your lines of sight. “Make a wish, Fin!” You chirped, squeezing your eyes shut.
“What did you wish for?” You turned to him, eyes sparkling in under the silvery moonlight.
Oh how your eyes would be the death of him.
His hand came off your shoulder to hold a finger to his lips. “You know I can’t tell you. If I did, my wish wouldn’t come true, and it’s one that I greatly want to.”
Finral couldn’t help but smile at the subtle pout that fell over your features. “Come on, you. Let’s get you home safe. The others are probably waiting for us.”
You beamed at him, bounding up to his side.
“Here,” he chimed, holding out his outstretched fingers. “take my hand.”
Without hesitating, you interwound his fingers with yours, swinging your arms as you walked. The brunette chuckled sweetly at your adorable behavior.
As if to try and ruin the moment, the sky opened up and it began to pour. The two of you yelped as you sped up your pace. Soon you were running through the rain, laughing your asses off.
By the time the two of you returned, you were both cold from the rain, and warm from giggling the entire way home. Your hands were still intertwined when you walked through the doors, causing Magna to comment immediately.
“Oooh, look at them holding hands.” The flame magic user cooed.
You beamed at your teammate, squeezing Finral’s hand, “Yep! Fin walked home with me just to make sure I was okay. Isn’t he the greatest?”
The spatial magic user thought he would melt straight into the floor on the spot. Between your praises, Magna’s teasing, and the teasing eyebrows of his teammates, Finral couldn’t take much more flush on his face.
“Okay, okay. L-Let’s get you into the bath and into some warm clothes.” The brunette sputtered.
Vanessa couldn’t help but chuckle when she saw the brunette hug you goodnight. The gentle pink dust on his cheeks had proven her suspicions correct.
After Finral had disappeared down the hallway, the witch called out to you. “(Y/N).”
You turned to look at her.
“He totally has the hots for you, sweetie.”
You furrowed your brows, attempting to stutter out a response. “N-No! He just walked me home. I-I-It’s not a big deal. Any of the guys here would do the same! Right? Magna? Luck? Gord-“
“(N/N).” Magna interrupted, “Fin has spatial magic… Why didn’t he just portal the two of you home?”
Your breath caught in your throat.

Gauche Adlai x Reader
She hates me she hates me not pt.1
(Unless stated otherwise y/n is a female character)
Summary: Y/n is typical a shy person. She got into the black bulls when she turned 22 (Gauche is 24) she has the ability known as healing light. The more confident she is in her abilities, the stronger they get. Yami saw her potential and had her training with him since she was 19. She has grown very comfortable with her squad mates, which took her a while. She has also became very open with everyone, well everyone except Gauche and he’s becoming tired of it.
Y/n’s POV
After training all day with my squad, I go into the hide out to get some water for everyone. Magna, Asta, and luck went somewhere to train more. It’s just me, Vanessa, Gauche, and Finral. I hand everyone a glass except for Gauche. I leave a glass on the table inside for him but by the time I look for him his gone. Vanessa quickly notices who I’m looking for. “C’mon kid, you like him so much, you can’t hand him a glass of water?” I look at her feeling my face becoming hot. Finral always treating me like his sister just, glares at me. Vanessa has a point though, I can never do anything around Gauche. Even if he’s in the same room as me I can’t think straight. I snap out of my thoughts and notice Vanessa is still talking. “Honestly kid, the only way to stop this mess is by coming clean to him.” I look at her with my eyes wide. “Vanessa you know I could never do that.” She puts a hand on my shoulders “See that’s where you’re wrong. I KNOW you can.” She says with a small smile.
Gauche’s POV
I know I’m not very approachable. I only care for Marie and her attention anyways. I don’t care for Y/n’s attention. But why does she keep acting like I don’t exist? Glasses of water for everyone except me? That’s rude even for me. I ignore everyone that isn’t Marie, but even I don’t exclude specific members on the squad. Do I? I can’t stop thinking about that stupid glass of water, why did it get me so upset?! Stomping into the hideout I bump into Captain Yami. “Woah there, what’s got you all worked up?” He says barely looking at me “nothing, training was tough.” I say as I keep walking. I feel captains eyes on me “you know, even someone as dumb as Asta can tell that girl has a thing for you.” I can’t believe he’s joking with this. Can’t he see she clearly hates me. “I don’t care for anyone but my sweet Marie.” I say as I take a glimpse of her photo. “Keep telling your self that.” I hear the captain yell as I head towards my room.

Angel: What happens if I do this?"
“My dear (Y/N),” Finral smiled at you, presenting your favorite flower with an easy smile. “May I have the honor of seeing you smile today?”
“Hmm…no.” You turned your head, trying not to laugh at his shocked expression. “You may not.”
“What?” He blinked, starting to grin when he saw your lips twitching. “Oh this wretched day! How will I ever go on without seeing my beloved smile?” He fell into you dramatically, one hand to his forehead while the other clutched his chest, You leaned back, watching him slide into your lap with a theatrical sigh. “What if this is to be my demise?”
“Then die.” You shrugged, unable to fight down the laughs when he gaped. “I’ll come to your funeral.”
“Oh, you sneak! Alright then- if theatrics won’t work, what if I do…this!” He shot his hands out, grabbing your sides and making you squeal. “Tickle tickle, (Y/N)!”
“Ah! Ahehahahahhaha! Finral, you jehehehehrk! AHehahahahhha!” You giggled helplessly, struggling between twisting out of his lap and leaning into his touch. “Stahhahahp tihihihickling mehehehehe!”
“After you told me to die? I think not!” Finral laughed with you, pulling you properly into his arms as his fingers danced across your tickle spots, relishing in the little squeaks and squeals you made. “Such a mouthy little thing you are- I’ll have to replace all that sass with laughter!”
“Yohoohohohu alhhehhehhahhahdy ahahahhahre! Gehahahhaha, Fiihihihihnral!” You pressed your face against his chest as he found a particularly bad spot, increasing your laughing fit. “Oohohohoohohkay, ohohohohokay you wihihihiihiin! I’ll smihihihihle for yohohohohohohu!”
“Really? Oh you are too kind!” Finral pulled his hands back, still holding you as you gathered your composure. “I have been blessed this day!”
“Ehehe, you dork.” You rolled her eyes fondly, giving him your best smile. “How’s this?”
Finral seemed dazed for a second, his hand coming up to gently stroke your cheek. “Perfect.” He breathed, leaning in to kiss you.

“Care to dance?”
Vanessa could barely hear the groomsman over the loud music and excited chattering of the wedding reception, but she caught on well enough as he held out his hand to her. Usually, she would have found this kind of attention flattering, but in this particular case, she had been trying to keep a low profile and being continually asked to dance was making it difficult.
She sighed and shot Finral a glance across the table. “Well…actually…”
“It’s fine,” Finral mouthed at her with a wave of his hand.
“You don’t mind?” she asked confusedly. While they hadn’t being seeing each other for very long and hadn’t told anyone about the relationship, Vanessa still wasn’t sure that Finral would be comfortable with her being whisked away by other men while she was technically here with him—even if no one knew that except them. Perhaps, he was thinking that they weren’t entirely exclusive yet or that it would be suspicious if she kept declining when she was asked to dance.
Whatever his reasoning, Finral shrugged and reassured her “No, go ahead—you should dance if you want.”
With a slight shrug of her shoulders, Vanessa was soon led to the dance floor by the groomsman, and Finral returned to his drink. She glanced over at him periodically as several other men cut in and pulled her away from the man who had originally asked her to dance—offering her their hands and several delicious cocktails which, if she was being honest, she enjoyed much more than their company. By the time her squad mates interjected and whisked her off to dance with them instead, she had lost sight of Finral in the crowd of celebrating wedding guests.
“Have you seen Finral?” she asked Magna, but he merely shrugged with a slight shake of his head.
“At the bar maybe…?” he suggested before Charmy interrupted in between forkfuls of dessert.
“Maybe he’s getting cake—it’s delicious! You should go get some.”
Vanessa excused herself to—as far as her squad mates were concerned—follow Charmy’s advice not to go looking for her pseudo-secret-boyfriend. She rubbed her hand across her forehead at the thought. How drunk was she that she was suddenly thinking of Finral as her boyfriend? Or perhaps it was entirely the opposite, and it was a part of her that was still a little too sober that wanted to label their relationship…
Vanessa pushed the thought away, but her head was already spinning. Just in case it was in fact the uncharacteristic sobriety, she downed the drink in her hand and stopped by her table to pick up the shot of tequila she had left there—at least she hoped that was her table... Stumbling a little, she made her way to the bar where she found Finral leaning on the counter surrounded by empty glasses with various decorative straws and umbrellas.
“There you are,” she said taking a seat next to him. “I’ve been looking everywhere for you.” Finral shrugged before taking another swig of his drink as Vanessa hailed the bartender to order whatever he was having. “Taking full advantage of the open bar, I see…” she teased.
“You seem to be having lots of fun yourself—you’ve danced with practically every guy here…”
“Except you,” she answered before she gave him a playful scolding. “You haven’t asked me to dance all night…”
“Haven’t you danced enough with everybody else?” sighed Finral tilting his glass and watching the red and orange swirls tumbling in the otherwise clear liquid.
“Listen, I only did that because you said it was alright.” Vanessa picked up the drink the bartender had left for her on the counter and took a swig before she tilted her head pointedly at him. “You’re the one who basically snubbed me…”
Finral rolled his eyes before he downed the rest of his drink waving at the bartender for another. “You wouldn’t be able to tell that with the way all those men were falling all over themselves just to talk to you. They’d still be trying to dance with you or getting you drinks if Luck hadn’t threatened to fight them all.”
“Don’t tell me you’re jealous…” A slight smile spread across her lips as she tilted her head and snaked her arm around his back.
“No, I’m not the jealous type,” he answered with a sigh as he picked up his next drink. “But…but that doesn’t mean…” He stopped—his slurring voice trailing as he stared down at his hands. He bit his lip. “Can I ask you something?”
Vanessa’s brow furrowed, but she answered, “Sure.”
Finral sighed but wouldn’t—possibly couldn’t—meet her eyes. “Are you…embarrassed to be with me?”
Vanessa hands seemed to move on their own as she reached out and pressed her palm to his cheek, tilting his face up at her. “What? Of course not. Why would you think that?”
“Well we haven’t told anyone that we’re—you know…”—the volume of his voice dropped—“kind of a thing now…It’s like this big secret…which yeah, has been kind of fun but I don’t know… seeing you with all those men tonight—they’re so much stronger and more charming, more handsome, and all around better than I am…” He paused and shrugged his shoulders. “I just wondered if…maybe you didn’t want people thinking you settled…”
“Finral, that’s not how I feel at all…” Vanessa smiled slightly, sympathetically. “We both agreed it would be best not to tell anyone at first—in case it didn’t work out, remember? It would just make things awkward… Our friends would never let us live it down, and we would’ve had to sit through the Captain’s lecture on the ‘one rule’ for nothing.” Vanessa chuckled lightly and winked at him in an attempt to lighten the mood. “Considering we’re probably the reason he made that ‘no babies on the squad’ rule in the first place, I’m sure he’d have a lot to say…”
Finral’s slight twitch of smile quickly faded. “Do you really think we’re going to break up…?”
“Are we together?” she asked though she was unsure if it was all the alcohol or her curiosity getting the best of her that caused her to be so blunt.
Flushing, Finral swallowed hard. “I…I like to think we are, but—”
“Well in that case,” Vanessa cut him off—unable to hold back the smile that tugged at her lips. “I’d say it’s still pretty early in the relationship to say what could happen.” She sighed with a slight shrug of her shoulders. “We could still end up breaking it off... Not everything lasts forever, right?”
“I like to think some things do...I mean look at Gadjah and Lolopechka—they’re perfect for each other. They’re probably going to grow old together and die holding hands.”
“Lovely sentiment for their wedding,” quipped Vanessa before she took a sip of her own drink.
“I didn’t mean it in a bad way…” Finral sighed. “There’s something really beautiful about it, I think.” His face softened, and he had an almost wistful look in his eyes as he continued, “You can just tell how much they love each other. I’ve never been to a wedding like this before. Most noble marriages are arranged so weddings are pretty stuffy, formal and solemn—with everybody just trying to make the best of a bad situation. Even if the couple really is happy or content together, like Finesse and Langris, you wouldn’t be able to tell because of the way everybody is acting.”
Vanessa took another sip of her drink. She hadn’t been to a lot of noble weddings in the Clover Kingdom, but based on her experiences at Langris and Finesse’s alone, she couldn’t argue with Finral’s logic. “Sounds peachy… The Clover Kingdom aristocrats just have to ruin everything, don’t they?”
Finral’s mouth twitched in the corners before he stared down at his glass and sighed again. “That’s not what I want…I mean sure, I’ve always wanted to get married but not like that…” He paused—that wistful look returning to his face as his eyes widened and seemed to light up at his words. “I want a wedding where everybody says, ‘Wow, look at how much he loves her’ and ‘Can you believe how deliriously happy they are together.’”
“You really are such a hopeless romantic, aren’t you?” Vanessa teased affectionately ruffling his hair. A blush filled Finral’s cheeks, and he shuffled his feet against his barstool.
“Maybe…”
“What about her?” asked Vanessa running her hand through his hair.
“Who?”
“The bride in your dream wedding—does she love you too?”
Finral’s blush deepened, and he looked away from her. “I hope so…but I understand if she doesn’t…”
“I’m sure she does…” Vanessa reassured him. Disentangling her fingers from his hair, she stroked the side of his cheek with the back of her hand until he met her eyes again. Her voice grew soft, gentle as she continued, “I don’t know how she couldn’t…”
Surprising both Vanessa and, seemingly, himself, Finral cupped her face in his hands. He suddenly leaned forward in his barstool and kissed her—just barely a brush of their lips, tentative yet sloppy somehow, probably from the tequila she could almost taste on his breath. Her eyes fluttered closed, and maybe it was all the alcohol talking but she couldn’t care less about anyone seeing them.
“Ah!” shrieked a voice followed by the clatter of dishware falling to the floor. Vanessa pulled back. Clearly, she had thought that much too soon as she found Charmy staring at them utterly dumbfounded—her third or fourth piece of wedding cake smashed on the ground. Finral’s face turned a bright rosy shade of red as Charmy exclaimed, “I don’t care how drunk you are—you can’t kiss Vanessa!”
“But…but Charmy…” Finral protested his words blurring together as they tumbled out of his mouth. “You don’t…you don’t understand… I think she’s the one.”
When Vanessa failed to stifle a giggle, Charmy rolled her eyes at her. After a pointed huff in Vanessa’s general direction, she turned her attention back to a very red-faced Finral with a stamp of her foot and crossed arms.
“Oh no you don’t. We’re not doing this again! If you start banging your head against the wall, I swear…”
“Why would I…?” Finral began with a trailing voice and confused tilt of his head. “Oh…” he said at last with a thoughtful nod and an awkward, drunken chuckle. “It’s not like that, Charmy. I promise…” Finral insisted again before staring into Vanessa’s face. “I…I love her…”
As he met her eyes, Vanessa could feel the heat rising in her cheeks—that blush that only came out when she drank too much. Her head was spinning with a rush of something she couldn’t quite place in the woozy haze of alcohol, but before she could say anything, Finral turned back to Charmy and said, “But don’t tell her that because… I don’t want to scare her away…”
Charmy blinked at him. “I’m sure you can handle that on your own…” she quipped causing Vanessa to burst out laughing. She frantically covered her mouth with her hand as Charmy added bitterly, “Though believe me, I want nothing more than to pretend I didn’t hear that…”
“Thank you, Charmy,” said Finral with grateful tears in his eyes, and once again, Vanessa found she couldn’t hold back her intoxicated giggling. He was such an emotional drunk—it was kind of sweet, in a way. Charmy, however, was unamused as she shook her head and turned her attention to her with a huff.
“I can tell the two of you are drunk, but are you really going to let him kiss you like that?” Charmy rolled her eyes, and Vanessa wondered if she had ever looked so exasperated. “Not to mention that other thing…”
Vanessa’s brow furrowed as if she was contemplating this thoughtfully—though her mind was clouded and hazy from too much liquor. “Charmy has a point…” she said at last turning to Finral. Her playful frown quickly shifted into a teasing grin. “I’m not going to let you kiss me like that…”
A somewhat delayed look of genuine confusion passed over Finral’s face before Vanessa leaned forward in her stool and pointed her finger at him. “You call that a kiss?” She laughed as Finral’s blush deepened. “I’ll show you a kiss…”
Without the slightest forethought, she threw her arms around his neck and kissed him full on the mouth. She could feel him jerk backwards in surprise, but her hands frantically raced across his nape and tangled in his hair pulling him back to her with an almost desperate ardor.
“I hate you both,” muttered Charmy bitterly when they broke apart from each other both breathless and red in the face. “And I’ll never forgive you for making me ruin my cake. I’m going to get another piece…” She sulked off leaving them once again alone at the bar though this time with Finral looking like he had just been whacked on the back of the head with one of Asta’s anti-magic swords.
“Woah…” he finally stammered at last. “That was…a kiss…”
“Yeah it was,” Vanessa teased with a flirtatious wink and an almost smug, lopsided grin.
“Vanessa…Vanessa…” he breathed before his face suddenly fell. “I’m so sorry…I…I just told Charmy that I love you…”
“That’s okay…it’s just Charmy. She thinks we’re just messing with her. Plus, we’re all used to you saying stupid things when you have too much tequila…” Vanessa laughed again as she playfully tapped his nose. “You’re drunk. I am too, but at least I’m not a lightweight.”
Finral sighed. “Yeah…maybe…but…but I…I really do love you, Vanessa…It’s not just the alcohol…” His voice trailed as he met her eyes and gently pushed a piece of hair out of her face. “I…I think this is it…I’ve finally got it right…” His face flushed before he frantically added, “Is it…is it too soon to say that?”
“Maybe a little, but…” Vanessa smiled snaking her arms around his neck again. “As long as you don’t start telling random strangers I’m the only one for you and banging your head against a wall, I’m okay with that…”
Finral stifled a laugh. “That’s not funny.”
“If you get to say corny romantic things when you drink, I get to make bad jokes,” she teased pulling him close to her.
A blush filled his cheeks as his warm breath brushed against her skin. “Someone…someone will see…”
“Ah let ‘em,” shrugged Vanessa—her speech beginning to slur. “They’re bound to find out eventually…” She pulled him close enough to feel his racing heartbeat, the rapid rise and fall of his chest as she stopped a tantalizing mere inches away from his face. “Unless…” she breathed before brushing her lips against his. “You wanna go somewhere they can’t see us…”
