Congratulations on the new Furby! There's a way to close the beak if you want it to be closed, though it requires skinning and handling the internal components. Here's a tutorial for taking the fur off!

Once you get that far, you can replace the eyelashes with this method!

Then you can follow this push-starting guide! If you don't want your Furby to be turned on and you just want the beak to close, then skip putting in the batteries and only spin the gear until you get it in the pose you want!

So I just got this Furby from an online auction and it arrived today! It’s in surprisingly good condition (not smelly, no matted fur, etc.) except for a couple things. There’s obviously an eyelash missing on one of the eyes and the other eyelash is a bit wonky. I also can’t get the mouth to close, though I don’t know if you’re supposed to be able to do that

Is there anyone who could give some tips on replacing eyelashes or fixing the mouth if that’s something that needs to be fixed? Thanks :))
