Dennis Mathu and Stephanie Gordon first started posting financial-advice videos on YouTube three years ago — a side hustle that helped to scratch a creative itch. They never imagined it would lead them down some of the most powerful political corridors in Canada. Mathu and Gordon — Steph & Den, as they’re known online — were among several content creators invited to Tuesday’s federal budget lockup, where they got early access to Ottawa’s new spending blueprint. It’s an invitation typically reserved for experts, stakeholders and mainstream media. But the federal Liberals are embracing influencers as they seek to win back disillusioned millennials, gen-Z voters and others who consume information through social media.

sorry I’ve been getting back into my Spider-Man hyperfixation And I kinda need to infor/opiniondump…
I always hear people calling Peter an “Everyman” because yes, he is. Most hero’s are made to be half relatable and half ‘impossible’
the only problem I have is that, when saying that about Peter— I only ever hear comparisons about how he’s broke or how he’s just a regular guy with a regular life trying to do some good in the world. While yes, that’s true, I don’t think people draw enough attention to more obvious parts of Peter’s character that can also happen to everyone.
Uncle Ben for example, not enough people talk about it. Peter and his family live in New York, and that state is pretty dangerous, especially in a populated area like Queens. Uncle Ben got shot and died, leading Peter to sink in on himself with grief and thinking that it’s his fault. That exact thing has happened to people before, close family members dying and leading to the person mourning on a downward spiral because they don’t know how to handle all that grief they feel, especially if they were as close with the family member as Peter and uncle Ben were.
I feel like more people should acknowledge that, you know to be silly and all
why do so many of you guys put sad and not very silly things in my inbox and tell me they're silly. they're not silly goofy funny!!
i don't think spider-man's story with uncle ben is necessarily about grief or a downwards spiral - i was going to say "in the comics" but i don't think it's the case in any adaptation of spider-man either. and it's very rare in spider-man media to even spotlight how close peter and ben were. i think this it probably just your personal reading into it - and i hope it's not to do with your own personal experience, but holding you so tenderly if it is.
maybe the closest to what you're talking about is the raimi films - they lean into the ben mythology heavier than any other spider-man adaptation, and they dig more into peter's guilt and grief. i think that's why people have the ben-fatigue now. but actually ben is not something very heavily focused on in the early comics - ben's death is more of a springboard for peter to realise that, now that he's the man of the house, he has to take on more responsibilities.
i don't think peter spirals out of grief when it comes to ben. more that - ben's gone. peter needs to make money to help may. the story is more about the financial trouble that the parkers have been put into with the loss of ben. peter puts on the tights. tries to join the f4 to make money. starts selling photographs to make money.
i think that's a very real down-to-earth sort of struggle, too - the financial hardship that families face after losing a father, and the financial hardships they face particularly with may's declining health. the parker struggle was more to do with financial stability than grief. (sorry ben.) i think there are other losses in peter's life that are more thorough explorations of grief than ben. gwen, for example. we spend a lot of time following peter's processing his grief. but ben? peter is back on his feet and trying to make a buck ASAP PRONTO because he doesn't have TIME to grieve. he can't afford to grieve. and that - that's the most relatable thing about peter parker, i think - the thing i admire about him so much - is that he's constantly faced with earth-shattering losses and tragedies and just - hits to the head and knocks to the teeth that would put any man down for the count, but he gets up and keeps going.
there's so many days in my life lately where i'm faced with things that make me feel like "wow. and you expect me to just. keep going?? after that??" but that's what peter does. and i love him. that kid just keeps getting back up after all the punches life lays on him. he just keeps going.

Why Infor SyteLine ERP Is Ideal for Mid-Market Manufacturers & Service Providers
When electronics and other mid-market manufacturers want their ERP system to enable growth and create a new competitive advantage, they rely upon Infor Infor SyteLine, also known as CloudSuite Industrial (CSI).
When service and rental equipment providers want their ERP system to enable their growth into world-class service organizations and empower field technicians with data at their fingertips, they also rely upon Infor Infor SyteLine CSI.
We’ve all heard the horror stories of failed ERP implementations so, when manufacturers and service providers want SyteLine ERP successfully implemented—and guaranteed—they rely upon Bridging Business Technology Solutions (BBTS).
An ERP Ideal for Manufacturers
Infor SyteLine is the primary ERP we support because it’s ideal for use by discrete and process manufacturers, especially electronics manufacturers. We also guarantee the success of your Infor SyteLine implementation whether you’re commissioning an ERP system for the first time or replacing your current system, so you can cross the risk of a failed implementation off your list of worries.
SyteLine also can be customized to recognize customer-owned inventory and allocate it only to that customer so you don’t have a unique part number for the same part used by multiple customers. You can also reserve stock for specific products of the same customer or reserve any part in your inventory for a specific order until the order is released.
SyteLine delivers the same type of functionality as SAP and Oracle for a fraction of the cost and headache of implementing a tier 1 ERP system.
An ERP Ideal for Service Providers
Infor SyteLine is the primary ERP we support because it’s a perfect fit for service providers, especially those who rent equipment. We also guarantee the success of your Infor SyteLine implementation. So, whether you’re commissioning an ERP system for the first time or replacing your current system, you don’t have to worry about the disruption of a failed implementation.
Among the biggest benefits of SyteLine for service providers is no longer having to enter data multiple times into disparate systems. Working with common data means that everyone works from the same real-time information, which:
Empowers your service technicians to complete more service orders
Enables your employees to spend more time building relationships with customers
Gives your managers the tools to analyze data and find strategic growth opportunities
SyteLine delivers the same type of functionality as SAP and Oracle for a fraction of the cost and none of the headaches associated with implementing a tier 1 ERP system.
Successful Implementations, Guaranteed
The BBTS team has implemented SyteLine successfully over 165 times since 2013 with a proven ERP implementation process that begins with improving inventory control, planning and forecasting, financial close, and other business processes. SyteLine then standardizes these process best practices and ensures they are followed.
BBTS also provides post-implementation SyteLine enhancements, upgrades, business process improvements, and workflow optimization so you get the most out of your SyteLine investment.
Get Started Today
To determine if SyteLine ERP is right for you, we will connect you with one of our implementation experts as part of a process review. A successful implementation begins with understanding your core business processes, then recreating and evolving them in SyteLine.
Together, we can determine how you will benefit from SyteLine and calculate a target return on investment (ROI) to help justify the move. Contact us to learn more about SyteLine and how we are able to guarantee a successful ERP implementation when so many fail. You can also take advantage of the process review offer.

Taylor Swift threatens to sue student who tracks her private jet
i thought this was weird. she should sue company who puts her flying infor online for public then a poor kid who gets it from the public website. he doesnt have money for lawyers. taylor isnt so nice is she????
I remember this same kid pissing off Elon Musk for doing the same thing to him. He was allegedly trying to escape Grimes lawyers subpoena's for child support and visitation. Grimes was able to track down and find Elon by using this college kid's flight page. Elon tried suing this kid and lost in court. Now here comes Taylor Swift trying to do the same.
She's not going to win either.
What this smart college kid is doing is not illegal. I understand Taylor has crazy stalkers but hey, her entire fanbase is fucking crazy so...
I understand her concerns for stalking, but this kid is not stalking her. Her flight schedule is literally public records just as court cases.
This kid (who's name is Jack Sweeny) hired lawyers to take care of him again.
Once again, Taylor using her power, legal team and resources - even if there’s no legitimate legal case - to financially ruin Jack Sweeny, a college kid with no real money. I hope he counter sues her for defamation and slander. It's very defamatory for her to call him a stalker when he isn't one. Her private jet flights are all public record. Honestly, his counter suit will be far stronger then what she's trying to pull. At the very least, I hope the judge makes her pay his legal fees. I also wonder if this kid lives in a state that has the anti-slapp law.
This is public information. He isn't doing anything illegal. His work is helping keep track of billionaires as they go about destroying our planet with their massive carbon footprint.
Also, I don't see anyone bringing up the safety of a college student who does not have Taylor's money or security. We all know how crazy Taylor Swift's fans are. Look at what they did to Olivia Rodrigo and Scooter Braun. This kid is now in the firing line of Taylor's massive and mentally unhinged fanbase. The people being held to account are all public figures. In my opinion, I think the intention isn't to sue but to allegedly mobilize the worst of her fans, in a campaign against this kid, to intimidate him into stopping. Like what happened to Scooter Braun and his family. Taylor's mindless psychopath fans sent death threats to Scooter's family, including his two kids. Taylor didn't put a stop to it. Out of fear for his life as well as his family's, Scooter sold Taylor's catalogue to Shamrock Holdings for 405 million dollars in 2020. And we all know the hell she put Olivia Rodrigo through. To this day, Taylor fans are still harassing this poor girl.
Good luck suing a college kid for posting public information Taylor.
It's going to backfire on you like it did Elon Musk.

More infor under the cut A bit long bc he's in development :
PERSONAL Enzo doesn't have lot of money. Racer is his job and most of money he wins go to the clan, the rest on repair and car customization ! His most precious possession was Baby, his McLaren, because he put his tiny fortune into it (and didn't finish paying for it when he lost it). Official races don't always bring in enough money, which is also why he races illegally! And this goes back to the gambling issue: he places bets on races, whether he's in them or not. As a nomad, he lives on the fringes of society, so is not part of any class, but can boast a better education than the streetkids. Enzo has had access to lots of books and films, not least because his big brother Virgil is a history buff, but also because they've watched lots of old films together. And as nomads, we value our independence and autonomy, so we do our best to educate our children.
About crimes, he has never done anything serious other than illegal racing, car thefts and brawls. Virgil wanted to purge his record, but Enzo wouldn't prefer it: when you're known, the authorities know a bit more about what you've done, it would be suspicious to be blameless!
FAMILY Enzo almost became a father when he was 18 with his then-girlfriend, but she lost the baby and they split up. He was terrified of being a bad father, but also wondering whether he should stop racing to be more present. A selfish thought, he knows! Yet he loves his family, he works with his father when he's in camp, sometimes works with his mother, and he can't see himself leaving his clan to which he is loyal. Yet he has defied the clan's laws to find his brother Virgil (who left after his heart attack for NC), and still sees him in secret, because the clan's laws are clear: anyone who leaves is banished, and no one must have contact with them. TRAITS Enzo is a kind, loyal, faithful, empathetic boy, but totally reckless, living his life with passion to the point of doing anything. He's hyperactive, needs to be busy, needs to move, doesn't like to wait and is outgoing. But in the world of racing, he is often arrogant, even mean to some people. He's very touchy and doesn't like to be messed with. SEXUALITY He was in a relationship when he was 17, with a girl from his clan whom he fell in love with, but never looked after. Shopping took up all his time, he was never in the same place and lived it well. After his accident, he hated his burns and was convinced that people would see him as a monster if he showed them (that's how he sees himself). So he closed himself off to any potential story, and even refused to undress during sex. He had to trust the other person to take off his gloves and top… Jay succeed ! BELIEFS He has the Italian package: signing the cross, wearing religious jewellery, calling on the Holy Virgin or some other saint. But it's more cultural than religious; he vaguely believes in it, but nothing more. His grandmother always prays to St Christopher (the patron saint of travellers) when he leaves, and he likes this little prayer, which is more of a ritual than a belief. ABILITIES You didn't imagine Enzo carrying a gun, huh? Every nomad needs to know how to protect himself, and baby driver has had the best teacher of all, namely his grandfather, Angelo Sarto. He's a good shot with a rifle (just like Virgil) and has one in his nomad car. His grandmother taught him to shoot a pistol, which he keeps in his racing car. He's never really needed it, just pointing it at attackers and aiming right at them is enough.
He's not very artistic and has never had the patience to learn an instrument; he can play a few guitar chords thanks to his brother, but nothing more. He dances quite well, his grandmother taught him to dance well in pairs, and he has a lovely voice.
On the other hand, give him tools and he'll fix anything you want. Cars of course, but also water systems and air conditioning. He's been following in his father's footsteps since childhood, and has learnt everything with passion! HABITS He drinks at parties, but very lightly. A beer or two, no more, often because he drives after, likes to be in control. If he drinks more, it's because he can sleep in (or has someone to drive him home), but he can't hold much alcohol, and falls asleep in a corner after a high. That's why he doesn't take drugs either; he's tried one or two to keep up with his buddies, but she's never been interested. His best drug is adrenalin. He took painkillers and sleeping pills after his accident, when he was badly burned and had nightmares about it. Today, he no longer takes them, but continues to put cream on his wounds and sometimes has nightmares, but refuses medication.
(not many will read until there, so thanks if you did) (chevvy, i know you read everything, so gift for you : bonk !)
#cyberpunk 2077#tag game#about : enzo sarto#wrote to much for just a tag game xD#but i have brainrot about him#sorry not sorry <3

How to Start a Grocery Delivery Business
In an instant where convenience is important and online services are influencing consumer habits, starting a grocery delivery business can be a lucrative venture. As the demand for efficient and time-saving solutions continues to rise, this guide will take you through the essential steps to launch and scale your grocery delivery service.
Research on markets
The foundation of a successful grocery delivery business starts with complete market research. Identify your target audience, analyze local competitors, and understand the unique needs of your community. Consider factors such as demographics, shopping behaviors, and existing gaps in grocery delivery services.
Construct a Business Plan
A business plan is an extensive document that describes the objectives, tactics, and day-to-day activities of a company. A well-researched business plan will serve as your roadmap, outlining your goals, strategies, and financial projections.
Create a robust business model
Choose a business model that aligns with your goals and resources. You can opt for a partnership with local grocery stores, source products independently, or adopt a hybrid approach. Evaluate the pros and cons of each model, considering factors such as costs, logistics, and customer preferences.
Build a user-friendly app or website.
Invest in a user-friendly and intuitive platform to facilitate seamless interactions between customers, your service, and partnered grocery stores. Develop a mobile app or website that allows users to browse products easily, create shopping lists, and place orders with a few taps or clicks. Ensure secure payment gateways and implement features like order tracking and notifications to enhance the overall user experience. If you’re planning to develop a web or app, know the costs of developing a grocery delivery app.
Establish strong supplier relationships.
Develop solid partnerships with local grocery stores or wholesalers to ensure a consistent and diverse product supply. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms to build a mutually beneficial relationship. Reliable suppliers are crucial to maintaining a well-stocked inventory and meeting customer expectations.
Implement Efficient Logistics and Delivery Systems:
Efficient logistics and reliable delivery systems are the backbone of any successful grocery delivery business. Develop a streamlined process for order fulfillment, consider partnering with third-party delivery services if needed, and optimize delivery routes for time and cost efficiency. Communicate delivery times and ensure your delivery team is well-trained in customer service and hygiene practices.
Emphasize Quality Customer Service:
Excellent customer service is a key differentiator in the competitive grocery delivery landscape. Provide responsive customer support through various channels, such as live chat, email, or phone. Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly to build trust and loyalty. A positive customer experience is likely to result in repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
Implement marketing and promotion strategies:
Create awareness for your grocery delivery business through targeted marketing and promotions. Utilize social media platforms, local advertising, and partnerships with influencers to reach a wider audience. Offer promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to encourage both new and repeat customers.
Ensure regulatory compliance.
Understand and comply with local regulations regarding food handling, safety, and business operations. Obtain any necessary licenses or permits to operate legally. Compliance with industry standards not only safeguards your business but also instills confidence in customers regarding the safety and legitimacy of your service.
Optimize Technology for Analytics:
Make use of technology to gather and analyze data on customer preferences, purchasing patterns, and market trends. Use this information to make informed decisions, refine your product offerings, and customize marketing strategies. A data-driven approach can significantly contribute to the growth and sustainability of your grocery delivery business.
Scale and innovate:
As your business gains traction, explore opportunities for expansion and innovation. Consider adding new features to your app, expanding your delivery area, or introducing subscription models. Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to remain competitive in the ever-evolving grocery delivery landscape.
Conclusion:
Starting a grocery delivery business requires careful planning, dedication, and a customer-focused approach. Grocery delivery services are becoming more and more in demand, and you can meet this demand by developing a streamlined and efficient service, applying technology, and understanding your market. The High Stakes of Skipping Homeowners Insurance: Why It’s Not Worth the Risk
Why Skipping Homeowners Insurance Is a Huge Gamble When it comes to securing your most significant investment—your home—opting out of homeowners insurance might seem like a tempting cost-saving measure. However, as enticing as it may be to save on annual premiums, this decision could lead to financial devastation. Let's delve into why maintaining home insurance is crucial and explore smart alternatives to cutting coverage. The Hidden Costs of Forgoing Home Insurance Owning a home isn't just about mortgage payments; it's about safeguarding your financial future. Picture this: your beloved home, valued at $300,000, gets wiped out by an unforeseen fire or natural disaster. Without insurance, the burden of rebuilding, temporary living arrangements, and replacing personal belongings falls solely on your shoulders. What starts as saving around $1,200 a year on insurance could spiral into life-altering financial turmoil. Beyond immediate costs, skipping insurance exposes homeowners to several risks, including: - Personal Liability: If someone is injured on your property, you could be held financially responsible. - Property Loss: No protection against theft or vandalism means any losses are yours to cover. - Selling Snags: Lack of insurance can complicate potential sales, as buyers often inquire about insurance claim history. - HOA Conflicts: Homeowners Associations (HOAs) might require proof of insurance, risking non-compliance. - Living Expenses: No coverage for additional expenses during home repairs could leave you financially stranded. Why Homeowners Insurance Feels Almost Mandatory While not legally imposed, several factors render home insurance virtually indispensable. Mortgage lenders usually make it a condition of the loan, meaning skipping coverage could lead to loan default and even foreclosure. Even without a lender mandate, the benefits are substantial: - Property Protection: Covers damage from various perils like fire, storms, and more. - Personal Property Coverage: Safeguards your belongings against destruction or theft. - Liability Insurance: Protects you in case of accidental injuries occurring on your property. - Living Expenses: Covers additional costs if your home becomes uninhabitable. Smart Saving Strategies Over Skipping Before you decide to forego insurance, consider adopting these strategies to balance costs with coverage: - Elevate Your Deductible: Increasing your deductible from $500 to $1,000 can lead to a 15-20% premium reduction. - Bundle Policies: Combining policies, like home and auto, can fetch discounts between 15-25%. - Enhance Security: Installing security systems could lower premiums and better protect your home. - Annual Shopping: Insurance rates vary; thus, shopping around yearly ensures competitive pricing. At an average cost of $1,200 to $1,500 annually, home insurance covers a range of risks and prevents financial vulnerability. It's an investment in your financial security, not just a recurring expense. The Final Word In times of economic tension, the lure of dropping homeowners insurance may be hard to resist. Yet, the inherent risks far overshadow any short-term savings. Rather than eliminating protection altogether, explore cost-effective insurance options that provide cover for your unique needs. Remember, home insurance is more than a financial obligation—it's peace of mind. Keywords: homeowners insurance, home protection, financial security, insurance benefits, mortgage requirements, smart saving strategies, insurance premiums, property liability, home safety, home insurance coverage. The implementation of an appropriate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system may significantly impact Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the ever-changing realm of company management. There has never been a greater need for effective, scalable, & feature-rich, affordable ERP solutions for SMEs as we move into 2024.
Why ERP is Essential for Small and Medium Enterprises
ERP is the system that enables managers the ability to evaluate, get deeper insights, and make effective decisions by giving them visibility into how one issue affects the other processes and real-time financial data. This gives you a competitive advantage, boosts productivity, and can significantly cut expenses.
Trends Shaping ERP Solutions in 2024
ERP solutions are evolving to serve a wider variety of tasks and include new technology as organizations depend more and more on them to operate their operations. We'll discuss eight key trends to watch in 2024 as well as afterwards in this post.
Cloud ERP
Companies are using cloud ERP for SMEs because it's easier to use, less expensive, more elastic, offers new features, requires fewer the IT department resources, and can be expanded to handle corporate expansion by adding more users and functionalities with ease. According to one study, the market for cloud ERP for SMEs is predicted to increase from $72.2 billion in 2023 to $130.5 billion in 2028.
Two-Tier ERP
Through the use of a two-tier ERP approach, corporations may take use of their investments in current affordable ERP solutions at the corporate level (tier 1), whereas subsidiaries and divisions use a separate ERP solution (tier 2), frequently a cloud-based one. Smaller company divisions switch to systems that cater to their specific needs, while larger organizations could keep using their main ERP system handling financials and other essential tasks.
Digital Transformation
Digital transformation, as a continuous process instead than a one-time project, continues to be a primary emphasis in 2024. By integrating digital technology throughout all corporate areas to enhance everyday operations, raise revenue, and increase competitiveness—all while raising staff productivity and enhancing customer service and communication—modern ERP systems play a crucial part in this shift.
Other Technology Integrated With ERP
Even while a company's digital transformation revolves around modern ERP, this is simply a small portion of a larger technological investment. In order to increase the effectiveness of their core operations and procedures, businesses are combining their business apps with other innovative technology. For instance, the level of integration to IoT capabilities is rising. Manufacturers are able to estimate maintenance requirements before an equipment failure stops operations by using ERP systems that are connected with Internet of Things (IoT) sensors to track the performance of equipment in real time.
Personalization
In the past, it was challenging to adapt top ERP platforms for growth with intricate programming languages to the unique requirements of every company. However, ERP benefits for small companies from platforms that are easy to configure; these platforms are referred to by analysts as "low-code" and "no-code" platforms. With the aid of these tools, businesses and their users may effortlessly customize the ERP system to meet their unique requirements without the need for highly skilled technical personnel.
AI-Powered Insights and Improvements
As of 2024, AI and ML capabilities will be key components of ERP systems – not just add-ons. These technologies, which are integrated into the ERP, operate in the background to support the growing need for customisation and enhance a variety of corporate operations. In addition to adding AI capabilities as routine functions, many ERP suppliers these days are also developing these capabilities to take advantage of the most recent advancements in AI technology, such generative AI.
Mobile ERP
For a while now, ERP companies have provided mobile functionality, and mobile applications are increasingly common. ERP systems are developing to give workers mobile access to vital corporate information, enabling them to do back-end and front-end operations from any location, including airports, retail checkout counters, and warehouse floors. Additionally, mobile ERP can promote cooperation among scattered workforces located in various time zones.
Benefits of Implementing ERP in SMEs
Affordable ERP solutions' scalability, flexibility, & user-friendly interfaces help small businesses increase productivity, simplify procedures, and make well-informed decisions. These ERP benefits of small companies’ management software include reduced expenses, better resource use, and satisfied clients.
Improved Efficiency and Productivity
Many repetitive operations that usually take a lot of time and resources are automated by ERP software, particularly for SMEs with little workforce. Consider automating time-sheet management, cost reporting, and purchase order approval procedures.
Cost Reduction and Resource Optimization
Systems remove duplications and maximize resource use by automating and optimizing business processes, which results in significant cost savings and improved operational performance. The automation of repetitive processes is one of the main ways ERP systems save operating expenses.
