SEX GATE la vârful Bisericii Ortodoxe cu un Episcop și DNA

Corneliu Bârlădeanu, pe numele său de mirean Onilă, Episcopul Huşilor, a apelat la procurorii DNA Iaşi plângându-se că este şantajat de trei preoţi din subordinea sa. Anchetatorii ieşeni l-au „blindat“ pe cleric cu microfoane şi au adunat informaţii care au dus la reţinerea celor trei preoţi. Obiectul şantajului ar fi, susţin surse judiciare, o filmare în care episcopul ar apărea în ipostaze presupus pornografice. „Ce bau-bau i-a fost arătat astfel încât să îi fie lezată libertatea psihică?“, se întreabă avocatul ieşean Ionel Nechita, apărătorul a doi dintre preoţii reţinuţi, scrie Ziarul de Iași.

Pe numele său de mirean Corneliu Onilă, înaltul prelat a venit la Iaşi luni, când a depus o plângere prin care a sesizat că este şantajat de către Sebastian Cristi Jitaru, preot-arhimandrit în cadrul Catedralei Episcopale Huşi. În respectiva plângere se menţiona, au precizat surse judiciare pentru „Ziarul de Iaşi“, că pe 30 mai 2017, consilieri din cadrul episcopiei ar fi fost abordaţi de Jitaru, „acesta precizând că deţine un material compromiţător cu Episcopul Episcopiei Huşilor precizându-le consilierilor că, în situaţia în care înaltul ierarh nu intervine pentru a-l recomanda pe Jitaru Cristi Sebastian pentru funcţia de episcop vicar, acesta va publica în presă materialul compromiţător şi îl va folosi în cadrul Sinodului Mitropolitan din 15.06.2017, pentru a-l denigra pe înaltul ierarh“, au precizat sursele.

Trei preoţi din judeţul Vaslui au fost reţinuţi, joi, pentru şantaj, după ce, în ultima jumătate de lună, ar fi pretins bani sau funcţii pentru promovarea lor, în schimbul unor materiale compromiţătoare. Printre feţele bisericeşti reţinute se află un arhimandrit de la Episcopia Huşi şi preotul din cadrul Spitalului Judeţean de Urgenţă Vaslui.

Ulterior depunerii plângerii, Corneliu Onilă a acceptat să îi fie montată aparatură tehnică de înregistrare şi a adunat, astfel, probe care l-au incriminat pe Jitaru. Incriminaţi au fost şi preoţii Gheorghe Damian Răzvan Bumbu. Cei din urmă ar fi şantajat episcopul cu darea în vileag a unei „fapte reale sau imaginare“, cerând de la episcop suma de 50.000 de euro. Toţi cei trei preoţi au fost reţinuţi ieri, şi în cursul zilei de astăzi vor fi prezentaţi instanţei cu propunere de arestare.

Potrivit referatului cu propunere de arestare preventivã, preotul Sebastian Jitaru l-ar fi amenintat pe Episcopul Corneliu cã filmul va fi prezentat în fata Sfântului Sinod care s-a întrunit pe 15 iunie, dacã nu i se va atribui functia de Episcop vicar. Dacã acest lucru s-ar fi întâmplat, iar Episcopul Husilor si-ar fi pierdut functia, în locul sãu, automat, ar fi ajuns preotul Sebastian Jitaru. De fapt, aici stã miza acestui încurcat scandal, fiindcã odatã ajuns vicar, acel film cu sigurantã ar fi ajuns la Patriarh. Planul acestuia a fost dejucat însã de procurori si, în loc de functie, Jitaru s-a ales cu dosar penal pentru santaj. De cealaltã parte, surse din anchetã vorbesc despre faptul cã cei doi preoti, Bumbu si Damian, i-ar fi cerut Episcopului sã le fie înapoiate anumite sume de bani pe care acesta le-ar fi datorat celor doi, bani plãtiti episcopului, în schimbul parohiilor primite. Stiind cã cei doi preoti detin înregistrãri compromitãtoare, Episcopul s-a temut si le-a fãcut plângere la DNA. Blindat cu aparaturã de înregistrare, Episcopul le-ar fi spus celor doi preoti sã vinã la Husi sã îsi ridice banii, dar acestia au refuzat, solicitând ca banii sã fie virati în conturile lãcasurilor de cult, pentru a putea fi folositi la unele reparatii. Chiar dacã planul flagrantului nu a mers, procurorii si jandarmii au dat buzna peste preoti si i-au retinut, scrie Vremea Nouă din Vaslui.

Avocatul ieşean Ionel Nechita, apărător a doi dintre cei doi preoţi reţinuţi, a precizat pentru ZI: „O să mergem mai departe pentru a vedea cum a fost lezată libertatea psihică a lui Onilă Cornel (n.r. – Corneliu Bârlădeanu). Prin ce acţiuni de constrângere a fost lezată libertatea psihică a acestui înalt prelat? Prin ce forţe ale naturii unui episcop îi este îngrădită posibilitatea de a acţiona după propria-i voinţă? Ce bau-bau i-a fost arătat astfel încât să îi fie lezată libertatea psihică a acestuia? Înseamnă că i-au arătat Diavolul.“

Menţionăm că reprezentanţii biroului de presă al Mitropoliei au transmis că nu sunt în măsură să comenteze situaţia, întrucât nu ştiau, cel puţin la ora solicitării, despre ancheta procurorilor. La rândul său, purtătorul de cuvânt al Episcopiei Huşilor avea, ieri, telefonul închis.

În ultimii ani, împotriva episcopului Huşilor s-au ridicat mai mulţi preoţi din judeţ care sătui de umilinţe şi abuzuri s-au decis să îşi apere credinţa în adevăr chiar cu preţul excluderii din preoţie. Lucian Botez (Parohia Bozia), Dumitru Ţurcanu (Parohia Sărăţeni) şi Lucian Modiga (parohia Blăgeşti) au demascat pentru prima dată abuzurile, reclamând faptul că le sunt opriţi bani din salarii, deşi pe statele de plată figurau sumele corecte.

Toţi preoţii au intrat în dizgraţia Episcopiei, care i-a judecat şi caterisit, în lipsă, fără niciun drept la apărare.

Dacă cel mai vârstnici dintre preoţi s-a retras din activitate, pensionându-se, cel mai tânăr Lucian Botez, pe atunci în vârstă de 31 ani a decis să continue demersurile pentru dreptate. După mai mulţi ani de procese a reuşit să câştige definitiv drepturile salariale reţinute în mod ilegal, Episcopia fiind executate silit.

Abuzuri Episcopiei Huşilor au fost reclamate de enoriaşi şi preoţi de la parohii din toate colţurile judeţului Vaslui. Episcopul Huşiului, a fost huiduit de zeci de enoriaşi la uşa Protopopiatului Bârlad, când Preasfinţitul cobora dintr-un bolid de lux. Oamenii cereau să le fie adus înapoi preotul Sorin Chirvase de la biserica “Sfântul Spiridon” Bârlad, transferat în postul Crăciunului într-o parohie săracă, la ţară, pentru că avea 25.000 de lei datorii la Episcopia Huşi. Banii ar fi trebuit să fie încasaţi de la enoriaşi prin vânzarea de lumânări, calendare şi alte lucruri bisericeşti.
