The United States (US) recently announced that the Philippines will be integrating the Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) into it’s Aircraft, and my guess is that it will be for the A-29B Super Tucano. On may be a related note, will the JDAM be replacing the Lizard Guided Bombs for use on the Aircraft?

A recent News5 Article mentioned the substantial Budget that the Philippine Air Force (PAF) is planning to allocate for its Multi-Role Fighter (MRF) which seems enough to buy just about any of the existing Fighting Aircraft in the Market right now, including the F-35 Lightning II Stealth Aircraft. The same Article also mentioned about the PAF’s plan to acquire more FA-50 Light Combat Aircraft (LCA)

The FA-50PH Fighting Eagle Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) of the Philippine Air Force (PAF) and the Rafale Multi-Role Fighter (MRF) Aircraft of the France Air and Space Force (FASF) conducted Basic Flight Maneuvers (BFM) over West Zambales recently.

The FA-50PH and Rafales then flew with an A330M Transport Aircraft and an A400M Military Transport Aircraft where the Rafales demonstrated their Air to Air Refueling Capability with the A330M and A400M.

This Joint Exercise is Part of the French Military's Projeciton of a Heavy Air Package in South East Asia (PEGASE) 2024 Mission which, for the first time ever, included the Philippines. The original Photos are by the 5th Fighter Wing of the PAF

A Contingent of the Philippine Air Force (PAF) composed of one C-130 Hercules Transport Aircraft and four FA-50PH Fighting Eagle Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) safely made their Stopover to refuel at the Pattimura Air Force Base in Indonesia on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.

The Contingent is on their way to Darwin, Australia to participate in the 2024 Pitch Black Warfare Exercise which will be held starting July 12, 2024 to August 2, 2024. This will be the very first time that the PAF is deploying its Assets to participate in the said Exercise
