Ptsd mood when maintenance was in your bedroom when you weren't home and without your knowledge
#i feel really unsafe in my house most of the time and this feels bad and i cant relax#bf is busy so i can't talk to him to calm down again#im so sad and angry and scared#fight flight is useless when theres nothing you can do aside from tell them please dont do that#which i have. i thought they were coming to check the bathroom and kitchen hood ventilation and they were checking fire alarms instead#so technically isnt a big deal but the announcement was eaten by the system so i didnt know what was happening#and then i went out and got groceries. and once i got back home i saw fire alarm company things in the hallway and yknow. feels bad.
