I would never 😁 Yesterday was a bike ride, and went so well that one day Calypso will join me on the trails… Today is my half marathon in LIVE Kauai Half Marathon with IFIT and my goal is to finish…it’s all about mindset and fueling the body properly. Rest and recuperation. Calypso has brought calmness and clarity back into my life and looking forward to a fantastic journey with her as she gets a little older.
