Caesar Clown and Yoshiko/Yohane (from Love Live) remind me of each other like crazy. Both were initially intimidating, but became comic relief characters as time went on. Both are constantly teased by those around them, both have an over-the-top personality as well as a vulnerable side. The difference is that one lf them didn't commit war crimes.
