It’s Patron Suggestion Week! Here is yesterday’s drawing. Gray asked for the character Death from the graphic novel Sandman. This is a book I’ve been meaning to read, also by Gray’s recommendation, and partly because he once told me I look like Death. It’s not as true as it used to be, when I used to dress goth sometimes, and actually wore a large ankh even. But besides the clothing, her face does look eerily similar to mine. And weirder still, this isn’t the first time this exact scenario has happened. The artist Victoria Frances also paints a character called Death/Angelique who also looks like me. It was so weird to see myself in a painting by a stranger across the world. TL;DR - I look like Death, according to not one, but two sources. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Neat. 🖤 Thanks, Gray, and I hope you enjoy it!
