Since Jackie was out of town, they’d gotten their regular babysitter to come take care of Olivia. Cody had promised to take her out tonight, and to be honest, she was nervous. She still hadn’t told him about her being pregnant, which she’d been for way past over a month. Afraid he’d see it before she was able to tell him herself. Or worse; thinking she’d gained weight. What a nightmare. A part of her was so happy, but till now, she wasn’t able to let it show. She wanted another baby, girl or boy, didn’t matter. She loved being a mom, she loved Cody being a dad. So many feelings were constantly flowing through her body. God. Hormones. While pregnant with Olivia, she’d been everything from extremely happy to destructively angry. Oh, how lucky Cody was.

“Baby, can you come here for a sec?” she cooed while making sure her hair was perfect. It always felt like silk between her fingers as in she constantly was taking care of it. Seeing it was her job, even though it was even more fun to do other people’s hair. Not to mention celebrities.
