Really struggled with this one, but finally settled on my Highlander alt, Amelot. She lost her eye as a young adventurer, & the glass eye she wears doesn't quite match her natural colour, not having the gil for a custom eye.

J'rhota is literally just a silly orange boy. He tries his best.

When I made him, I simply wanted to take the quintessential himbo orange cat with not more than two braincells to rub together, and send him on adventures. Look, we know he locked himself out of the waking sands last week, but he's the only one who isn't going to get tempered by Ifrit.

FFXIV October - Day 22 - What if...? WoL took a different path

I got a little bit in the weeds with this one, but I ended up with - what if Hazel never left his forest village?

Hazel I think was very restless before he left - he loves his forest home, and never really lets it go when he leaves, but never quite felt comfortable with himself in a way he could never quite put a finger on at the time.

Perhaps if he had stayed he might have made peace with that part of himself, or perhaps not. He might have had kits of his own, embraced his role as a protector of the forest, even if it wasn't quite in the fashion he expected or hoped for before he reached maturity.

On the design, I mashed together the outfits the Viis wear in SHB with the male viera starter outfit, which I really quite like. The top kind of looks like a binder, which is convenient. I just hate the default lady viera armour, it's just. Unnecessary. Considering that bunnies are Very Gender anyway, I imagine the outfits across the board aren't so homogenous, I expect there'd be a mish mash of styles throughout the village.

FFXIV October - Day 20 - Magic

Cessalie's my primary caster, so it had to be her. Tried to do something interesting with the lighting, not sure if I succeeded, but I think it turned out ok :)

Also, if you're ever struggling to draw a wide hat brim, just draw a pringle chip. It's the same.
