#transformationtuesday I used to think being fit meant being #thin. Being fit: spiritually, mentally and physically has been my life's work. This past year I bumped it up by competing in the #ferrignolegacy2016 and taking my #Buddhist practice to the next level. I had to perform cardio twice a day and lift so three hours of working out plus carb cycling a gallon of water a day avoiding sugar dairy alcohol and processed carbs and processed foods. Throughout my journey I learned what it means to have a mind-body connection and to be mentally fit at the same time by going to therapy and indulging in Buddhist activities in really shaping my life to do a daily routine of three activities: eating right/working out, mediation, and writing. I push myself further than I thought I could go and now I'm finally manifesting a life that I dreamed about for so long after so much death, tragedy, divorce, hardship and poor self image. I now eat about 4 to 5 times a day take supplements and work out about five times a week including cardio sometimes fasted cardio and lifting more every single workout session to develop muscle tone strength and endurance. I'm learning to banish self-doubt and self sabotage and also not making such a big space anymore for people who drain my energy and haven't really lived up to their unlimited potential.
