Something I thought of. For your staticradiodad au. Vox and Alastor don't really do the whole wedding planning for their own wedding. But when Charlie comes in and says she's engaged? Vox short circuts for a second before he's grabbing her and Vaggie and they're gonna look at wedding dresses, venues, EVERYTHING. Meanwhile Alastor is sitting there trying not to cry BECAUSE HIS BABY IS GETTING MARRIED

HELL YES, they would be so insanely supportive, it's returning the favor almost (even though Chaggie would certainly get married before them but returning the favor for all the years of planning anyway)

I love your adoptive dad mammon! He's doing so well! If you don't mind me asking, does Fizzarolli still need prosthetics in this au? Or is there no reason for it/no fire?

I imagine that he would since thinking of adult Fizzarolli without him having his iconic prosthetics is strange. It could be a situation where he was set up working for the imp circus as a way to gain experience in show biz and having a bit of an underdog background to really sell once he becomes big and famous and then the whole meeting/befriending Blitz and the fire disaster happens. Though mostly I'm just having a ton of fun drawing Fizz as a precocious little kid and Mammon as the dad he's always wanted to be, lol XD

Hello everybody! It takes a little longer with the third request than I had originally planned (mainly because of my job), so in return I worked a little more on the backgrounds. This time it's wonderful OC Kathy (with a bust of another OC Nova) belonging to @feralwaff1e. As soon as I saw the refs, a flood of vaporwave inspiration just poured over me. I do not know why. Maybe the color palette affected me. >w<

While I was drawing it, I reviewed so many atmospheric references and listened to so much vaporwave music that now, when I leave the computer, I wonder why the colors around are so muted and where the hell did all grids and the antique statues go. Also, we clearly need more swimming pools.

P.S. - I really enjoyed working with color in this work and I hope the owner of the OC will like it too. Hope it won’t make a big difference that I made skin and hair color a bit warmer and less saturated while fitting it in the main palette + added a white stripe to the sleeves.

I miss Xir

Y'all, I worked on some old ass redraws of The Woodsman and Chaos/K.O.

First off we have K.O./Chaos. Xir are Life and everything in it, and Xir forced Xirself into Mabel. I based this form off of a fix named Rainbows by @seiya234!!! Something y'all need to check out. I didn't change much about Xir Design tbh.

The only thing I changed about Xir is the C section 'scar' on Xir abdomen! While Xir isn't technically the triplets parent, Xir was woth Mabel through the whole thing. K.O. is proud of the triplets and what they become. So I figured K.O would like to have that 'scar' as a reminder of Xir's Not!children. Not only that but K.O's body(not hair) is a combo of Mabel's Shooting star sweater.

Next up we have The Woodsman. I didn't change much, except for an artistic interpretation of him. His 'antlers' to be exact. Instead of actual, antlers I made them Birch branches!! Just because he's very Earth Themes and becomes the Ygdrissl(sorry for the mispel) tree later!! He belongs to @seiya234 as well btw!!

So, I've been scrolling staking @feralwaff1e Betrayus and Ezra art and. I've fallin' in love.

So my headcanon for Ezra's look. I wanted to add more of a water element in the hair and the tail with a more flowty water effect then add more blue in the design to reflect his water powers more, but the purple paint I was using was to pink instead of blueish purple. Like the original. Opps.

I've stumbled upon your staticradiodad au and I'm in LOVE. If I'm allowed to ask, what were Alastor and Vox's reaction to being called dad? I imagine Vox is shocked and maybe cries. I can can see Alastor maybe shrugging it off, but later in an office or something going "....Fuck." bc holy shit is he getting attached now?

Alastor never expected it, but in hindsight it wasnt much of a surprise either. He's essentially a glorified babysitter for Lilith in the beginning, although after a while it did start to feel like Charlie spent more time with him than her own mother, especially when Lilith would go off and do who knows what for days or weeks at a time. Still, Charlie did have a father already, and though it seemed recently she'd stopped talking about him so much (for a long time she'd kept asking where he was, when she could see him again, Alastor didn't know the answer) it wasn't fair for him to assume that he'd be a replacement, no matter how much he'd grown to care about her. When it finally happened, Alastor stared at her for a few seconds expecting it to be a slip of the tongue, but there Charlie was, holding a drawing in her hand out to Alastor after saying it to get his attention. He stayed calm for her sake, but it hit him like a truck later how much responsibility this actually was now. The anger at Lucifer developed over the years, because if he wasn't going to be around then you better believe Alastor was going to be the best goddamn parent. He wouldn't let Charlie grow up with the same type of childhood he did

Vox was never supposed to get involved- He knew that full well. He'd only "kidnapped" Charlie the one time to get Alastor's attention for a conversation, and while it was worth it even when Alastor tore him a new one afterwards, the last thing either of them expected was for Charlie to ask when she could come back as they were leaving. So this back and forth continued, Vox had a certain time when he'd "steal" Charlie away to spend the day with her, usually conveniently at a time when Alastor had other tasks to be done that Charlie wasn't allowed to witness, and Alastor would "rescue" her at the end of the day. It made her happy, and if she was happy Alastor was happy, and that was a good tradeoff, plus she was a good kid and its not like Vox minded being around her. Charlie was a smart child, and the reason she first called Vox 'Dad' was the assumption that well, he and Alastor seemed to be so close and Alastor is her dad, so Vox must be too, right? Vox calls Alastor in a mf panic because he has no idea what to do or how to respond at first. Alastor has a talk with her later that night but Charlie had already made up her mind, and if her dads aren't already getting married they will be soon, she's determined to make it happen
