But, as you've tagged me...I'll give you my last 6-ish sentences (on a Monday though)

I am afraid that I am not much of an expert in either domain.” Patting her mouth daintily to hide her smile, Fenca let the long-awaited sense of comfort and joy delude and seduce her into speaking her mind with dangerous, merciless rashness. “Methinks,” she chuckled, “that you’d be better served by marrying Bilbo here, who seems to not only be well-informed but also highly interested in the intricacies of political and socio-economical plots such as they occur in this kingdom.” As soon as the words had left her mouth, she gasped, the obligatory flurry of apologies and deflections dying on her paralysed tongue as she saw the King’s eyes bulging and Bilbo grow ashen pale.

When he could finally breathe again, he noticed his hands shaking on the pony’s reins. All those years pouring over maps with his father came flooding back. Oh yes, he knew where Erebor was all too well. More importantly he knew what it was.

Am Freitag dem 26.10.2018 beschloss die FENCA (Federation of European National Collection Associations) in ihrer Hauptversammlung das der europäische Dachverband für Inkasso und Forderungskauf sich auf einen datenschutzrechtlichen Verhaltenskodex für die Branche geeinigt hat. Dieser Code of Conduct konkretisiert das Regelwerk der EU-Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO) für die Bereiche Inkasso und Forderungskauf. Über die FENCA: Die FENCA vertritt die Interessen des Kreditmanagement-, Inkasso- und Forderungskaufsektors auf europäischer Ebene und koordiniert den Austausch mit den Institutionen der Europäischen Union, Interessengruppen der europäischen Finanzdienstleistungsbranche, Verbrauchergruppen und der europäischen Öffentlichkeit. Der Verband wurde 1993 gegründet. Heute besteht die FENCA aus 23 nationalen Mitgliedsverbänden. Pro Jahr führt die Branche zwischen 45 und 55 Milliarden Euro an Forderungen wieder in die EU-Wirtschaft zurück. Sie sichert damit vor allem die Liquidität von Kleinst-, Klein- und Mittelunternehmen innerhalb der EU und trägt so dazu bei, die Kreditkosten für alle Verbraucher auf einem angemessenen Niveau zu halten. Leigh Berkley, Vizepräsident der FENCA und Projektverantwortlicher sagte dazu: „Es ist eine fantastische Leistung der FENCA, eine ganze Branche auf detaillierte Regeln zum Schutz von Daten zu einigen. Der Code of Conduct erleichtert die Einhaltung der DSGVO und schützt damit die Rechte und Interessen von Verbrauchern und Unternehmen in ganz Europa. Wir sind sehr dankbar für die aktive Unterstützung, die wir während des intensiven Erarbeitungsprozesses von unseren nationalen Mitgliedsorganisationen, den wichtigen Partnern der Branche und auch von Verbraucherschutz-Organisationen erhalten haben. Das ist ein Meilenstein der Selbst- und Co-Regulierung, den das Board der FENCA gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsstelle  und Generaldirektor Andreas Bücker geschafft hat.“ Im engen Austausch mit den nationalen Datenschutzbehörden wird die FENCA nun das offizielle Verfahren zur Annahme des DSGVO-Verhaltenskodex durch das European Data Protection Board einleiten.
