Oh my god, my tag on the last reblog got me thinking.

Komahina Tokyo Ghoul AU. Hinata signs up to body enhancement experiments without being fully informed of the risks and ends up becoming a half-ghoul with one permanently red eye, struggling to hide his new dietary requirements from the CCG. Komaeda as a weirdass but lonely actual ghoul that helps him adjust after a messy start to their friendship. Nanami as a human friend of his that ends up friends with Hinata too, mediating the two so they're at each others' throats less. Maybe she throws blood bags at them in emergencies.
