Headcanon: What calms them when they are upset

Fuegoleon Vermillion

He lives a hectic life, full of conflicts and discussions that most often lead to nowhere, instead of reaching a conclusion. The life he lives is filled with less than pleasant events and interactions, or just frustrating interactions. But, gradually, he has gotten used to it. As much as he can.

He has gotten used to it; the furrowing of his brows, the heavy sighs, the way he sometimes finds himself wondering why he's still doing this.

Then he breaths in, and continues, because he doesn't know how to stop. And later he makes his way back to his room, takes a shower, of if it's not too late, a bath. He let's the warm water wash away tension from his muscles, as much as it can. Maybe a book, a drink, or then he just lays there.

And at the end, he climbs out of the bath, and climbs into bed. Some quiet time, time for himself allows him to process what upsets him.

Fuegoleon Vermillion

Perhaps it's the fact that years of royal life has taught him to present himself as court worthy, or perhaps it's just the fact that he believes that hair is like a crown on top of your head. It is an expression of yourself.

He has spent a lot of time trying to find the hair style that suits him the best, which included creating elaborate braid hairstyles in his youth, and he has never really shed that skill. Even if he doesn't really have time for it now.

Perhaps he'll have time to re-discover that talent when he has children of his own.

Yes. Fue is stubborn, and a... bit of an overachiever... Yeah. He is.

No dear Fue, we take no criticism.

And he does stay his ground in a debate. But he can admit to being wrong with a selective few, as in tell them that he was wrong, and even then it's after a moment of "cooling off". He doesn't like being wrong, that's all, but refusing to budge when he is, wouldn't do any good and he knows it. It's just a pride thing. He first needs to accept to himself that he was wrong.

I have thousands of headcanons about daddygoleon ,mimosa's Dad ( Tabata barely mentioned them but my mind is already going wild I even thought about names for them 💀) and just the Vermillion family in general, I'm legit obsessed with them =). There is no logic behind all of these and it keeps getting more and more absurd

Headcanons about the Vermillions

Mimosa's Dad is definitely self-obsessed ( you can't blame him given his children's looks he probably has good genes 👀), a little sassy and hella sarcastic

I see daddygoleon as a mix of mereoleona and Leopold personalities ( he is either worse than his daughter or a wild goofball there's no in-between)

They are both blonde and low-key dramatic that's VERY random I know

Mimosa's Dad takes care of paperwork and all the stuff related to nobles since his older brother is probably irresponsible and careless. He was the captain of the crimson lions.

Daddygoleon always argues with momgoleon (even if I'm convinced that they really love each other :3) and it's often because he brought young mereo with him for whatever activity as long as it's dangerous

Daddygoleon's magic attribute is water even thought it doesn't match his personality at all. Momgoleon refers to him as "boiling water"

Mimosa's Dad is a simp for his wife I take no criticism

His magic attribute is related to plants just like his children

Mimosa's mom is very kind and caring, an angel in disguise

Kirsch's attitude towards commoners comes from his childhood friends and the education he got from his governess

His dad doesn't really care about commoners, he doesn't despise them but doesn't really like them either

Momgoleon and fuegoleon nearly have the same personality and because of that Mereoleona often calls him "Mom junior". He loves his mom but hates that nickname.

Momgoleon is a very composed person but turns into the scariest thing you'll ever get to see once she gets mad (you should have seen her when her two older children burned up the castle...).

Fuegoleon spends a lot of time with her reading books or gardening :)

Mimosa and Leopold barely got see their parents and were very often babysitted by Fuegoleon when they were still toddlers (I won't say the reason why because this headcanon is so absurd that I'm embarrassed to share it 👩🏾‍🦯)

Almost everyone in this family is little dramatic you can't change my mind Mereoleona is the exception and even Momgoleon gets a little too worked up about the smallest inconvenience

Kirsch once cried because he couldn't choose what he was going to wear

Leopold wrote a whole ass testimony because he thought he would succumb to his illness. He just caught a cold

One day Mimosa's cat (let's just say she has one) got stung by a bee, she immediately started panicking and when someone tried to calm her down she yelled : "MY CAT IS LITERALLY DYING !!"

Fuegoleon, my man, my dear hubby, once fucking cried because he got B instead of an A . Another example: he was once baking cookies and they didn't rise, my poor boy was inconsolable

Daddygoleon was once forbidden from going out for some reason, he also wrote a testimony, assuming that he wouldn't survive two more days locked up

Mimosa's Dad is the ultimate drama queen, anything that happens to him is a tragedy. He is THE diva. Caused a ruckus because his hair was, according to him, asymmetrical. No one was able to see that but just agreed with him.

They are so loud and Augustus kinda hates them for it. You can hear them arguing or just laughing at the dumbest shit from the Silva's Castle at any hour.

Fuegoleon never admits that he is wrong in an argument or a debate, he is very stubborn when it comes to his opinions even if it's about Chiken-ness or whatever, right @thoughtfullyrainynightmare ? 👀

Mereoleona almost always won whenever they would throw hands, but he is unbeatable in verbal arguments.

Mimosa's Dad and Daddygoleon have the same broken ass humor and often make those cringy af Dad jokes and Mereoleona laugh at each one.

Headcanon: What they wish they could change about themselves

For all his life he has failed to protect the people he has cared for. First... his mother, his beloved mother who was the only one to supply him with hugs and tender words of reassurance. And because he was weak, he had to watch her wither and die away, right before him... little by little... as if being eaten alive and forced to become a shell of the woman she used to be...

And now... his little sister, the smallest of them has found her way, against his efforts, no matter how poor, into the frontlines, onto the brink of death, into danger. It seems that everyone around him is at mortal danger... Why he has to ask from himself.

Why are they always at risk? Why can't I be strong enough to protect them?

Headcanon: Something they lost, but would love to have back

Henry Legolant

He had a plushie he adored when he was little, a tiny bear with clear button eyes. He doesn't know why he was so attached to it. Maybe it was the first plushie he got. Maybe it was just the softest he had had.

But sadly it got lost when he was moved to the castle that later became the Black Bulls' base. He's been given a new teddy since then, but at times he can't unthink of the teddy bear that he lost, but still adores.

Headcanon: Special talents they have

Henry Legolant

He's been confined to his bed for most of his life, and hasn't been able to experience the world as a whole. The most adventures, before the Black Bulls, he's had, were through books. So, reading came a pass time for him, and he read every book he managed to get, imagining the wide world outside of his window.

And once the stories in his books didn't satisfy him anymore, he started telling stories of his own to the birds outside of his window, or the plushies in his room, or just to himself before falling asleep.

So, his stories became captivating, taking people into distant kingdoms and lands where no one had ever been. He's a real story teller, ready to take anyone willing to listen onto a journey

I suspect that most people don't have a 100%-set-in-stone type. As in, the general feel of the kind of people you go for might have similarities, but there tends to be a little bit of variance (from what I personally have experienced and observed).

But I can relate to usually going for the gentlemanly types. Though I would say that my type more so revolves around someone who is:

- Smart (leaning towards booksmart) - Kind, but not afraid to speak up their opinion - Patient (so, despite having an opinion, will consider other options as well) -Will defend those in need of defending - Intense gaze - Handsome, more conventional (though this is highly subjective I know) - I suppose "firey" could be used because fire can be comforting, providing (eg used for cooking food or for warmth), but on the flip side can also be destructive. So "peaceful" but no "harmless".

And in a way Zora does have those qualities as well. He is more of a punk, but he does have a high sense of morality, and a need to fend for those who are weaker. He is also smart and inventive, but he is also patient/tenacious, since he learned trap magic for himself.

So, in a lot of ways, I wouldn't say that Fue and Zora are that different. And, I agree, Zora would make a good bf 😌

Hello!…so I have a thought that refuses to leave my brain and I needed to share with a fellow Fuegoleon simp.

Do you think Fuegoleon has naturally curly hair but straightens it every morning?

He so beautiful no matter how his hair is done but I have some ideas on why this is the case.

If we look at Mereleona’s hair it’s big and has some curl to it. I originally passed it off as just the draw of genetics but Fuegoleon’s rings has that curl to it while the rest is straight. So he could have curls.

There’s also the fact that majority of headcannon have him pegged as a early morning person and that sounds like enough time to straighten his hair. Plus he’s so good at controlling his magic that it’s possible he just takes his hands and straightens the hair by flattening it between his palms.

Sorry for the weird talk but I really wanted to share this thought and get opinions on it. 😅

Naah, it's not weird, and tbh I have thought about this too

And the thing is: I have wavy hair myself. And what it does is that sometimes I have *very* prominent wave patters, but that's most often if my hair is damp and then have been tied with something more elaborate than a pony tail. Eg. a French twist (I love it). And may hair stays like that for a good while, before settling to be more straight. Not fully straight. More straight.

But the wave pattern is more clear on the strands of hair that are shorter, aka. lighter, because then there isn't the weight of gravity pulling it down. It's the same as with layered hair. The shorter layers allow naturally wavy hair to create more of that flow, and a kind of look of texture, while also giving it more volume.

Meaning that since the majority of his hair is longer than the front hair (which is wavy), the back hair is heavier, and thus falls more straightly down. What helps with the "illusion" of most of the hair being straight, is the way it's tied. The half up hairdo he has, ties the strands of hair back, putting them in place better.

That's not to say that his front hair wouldn't need something to fix it in place, let's say hair spray, to keep it *that* wavy. Or then there could also be just anime mechanics in there to help with it.

But to me his hair is wavy, not downright curly, or downright straight. And yes... I have been thinking about this too much. I'll include a couple of pics of my own hair to demonstrate the idea. These are all mine without anything more than a varying level of dampness, air humidity, and a hair clip in the last one (taken on different days ofc)

🍷 How does your OC act when they are drunk? Are they the type of drunk that laughs and giggles about every little thing? Are you a sad drunk that cries about how your life has turned out? Or are you the sleepy drunk that falls asleep soon after drinking?

She, the type to try and pretend that she is alright, not drunk at all, until the very end. As in, the feeling when you're spending a night out at the bar, and you can feel the alcohol to kick in, but you try to act as if you'd still be fine, completely in control of your movement; graceful as ever! Yeah, she's that person.

But once she gets back home, she'll slump onto the bed and curl into a blanket like at caterpillar and fall asleep. She might mumble out something still, but she'll fall asleep no problem.
