Celine Dion dancing to Cher backstage is a freakin' delight
Tumblr media
The Billboard Music Awards happened last night, and the best moments happened wherever Celine Dion deigned to exist amongst mortals.
Dion, looking like an angel with the puffiest shoulders mankind has ever seen, had a pretty good night dancing to Cher and accepting Drake's worship.
SEE ALSO: Here's Celine Dion in a 'Bye Felicia' hoodie
Cher just celebrated her 71st birthday over the weekend, and strutted around in sparkles and pasties onstage, looking and sounding phenomenal. She performed "Believe" and "If I Could Turn Back Time" before accepting the Icon Award.
Dion picked up the very same award last year and came back to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Titanic by performing "My Heart Will Go On."
Drake, who had the biggest night for any artist at in the history of the Billboard Music Awards, bowed in Dion's presence like the good Canadian boy he is.

Drizzy told her, "I'm like a year away from a Celine tat." But why wait?
Dion made sure to introduce Drake to her son, and then posed with Aubrey and Dennis Graham.
My dad might have walked away from this pic and said "Da Celine Way"

All of the Red Carpet Looks from the 2019 Emmys
The 2019 Emmys took place in Los Angeles, California, this evening with some of Hollywood’s top talent turning out for the occasion.
Before moving inside the Microsoft Theatre, stars made their way down the red carpet wearing an array of photo-worthy looks. Red and pink was a popular colour combination for the evening with Mandy Moore, Taraji P. Henson and Marisa Tomei all wearing dresses in the hues, whilst vibrant blue was also trending, as seen on Jameela Jamil and Regina King. Plus, our October cover star Annie Murphy looked radiant in a sparkling midnight blue gown.

According to US Weekly, there are also 23 first-time nominees this year, including Mandy Moore for her role in This Is Us (which is also nominated for Outstanding Drama Series) and Billy Porter for Pose.
