Hisoka is not that worried for you at first

He knows you’re strong and you’ll be able to protect yourself -- when you dissapear at first he’s a bit confused but he’s nto full on panicking about your sudden absence

But it’s after a while when some time passes and he starts to grow more worried by the minute,, the story just wasn’t adding up as to where you went and why you went even 

So NOW this man is worried worried, probably goes out to search for you a few times during the week, being a lowkey detective on his own

When you finally return he’s practically begging for an explanation 

Did something happen to you that made you leave? Did something happen to you when you were out? What did he miss out on? He’s dying to know all the details

Definitely becomes very very needy once you return, he wants to hear the stories of what happened when you were gone as he lays his head on your lap or vice versa, the two of you being able to finally spend some quality time together after your return

Feitan:

Feitan’s looking for you the second you’ve disappeared 

He’s not worried that you won’t be able to protect yourself or anything, but he knows you well enough to know that something’s not right if you just take off with no warning and no trace of anything

Slowly and slowly this man goes into full panic mode

Now he’s just making up the worse case scenarios in his head and honestly if he didn’t have other responsibilities to tend to he would’ve just dedicated all 24 hours of his day to go out and find you

But his worries are all washed away when he sees you return !! Welcome back hehe

He’s going to act mad at you but if you actually play along he’ll be like ‘wait no i missed you for real though’

Gets very touchy after this -- holds your hand a lot more often and started giving you these long hugs out of nowhere

You’re not complaining, but it doesn’t take a genius to tell that his attitude changed a lot after this incident

Shalnark begins worried from day 1 

This dude is asking all around where you are, asking people if they’ve seen you

But once in a while there is always that ONE persistent person that flirts with him and will not leave him alone

Now listen Illumi can just kill them himself, but where would the fun in that be ?? So he lets the person flirt with him and he knows you’ll take care of them later

After he hears what happened he literally doesn’t talk to you about it

Just gives you a nod because you both know what’s going on but he doesn’t really want to bother to do something about it

Plus on the inside he do lowkey be proud that you’re skilled enough to kill

When that happens you add another name to your hit list and Chrollo has ZERO clue what’s about to happen

Sees the person you just killed on the news and he’s very confused he’s just like ‘wow what a coincidence huh....’

Takes him a VERY long time to realize it’s you then when he does he’s honestly quite impressed how long you were able to hide it from him

But ultimately has a talk w you and tells you to not worry about anyone stealing him from you

Feitan:

Feitan finds out very quickly because he’s lowkey a yandere himself aksdfhshjf HEAR ME OUT

He’s not in a bad mood so he lets someone talk to him -- doesn’t really speaking back and participating in the conversation because he’s just not interested and then he realizes that they’re hitting on him ?? He finds that kind of amusing because of how brave they are considering he wasn’t even interested in the conversation

A few days later you tell him you’re going out to meet a friend and he is suspicious about this friend of yours

So he basically follows you the entire time and he sees you kill the person that was flirting with him

This man is SHOCKED shocked but also he finds it kind of funny

Next few days after that person is reported missing and he literally looks at you and smiles 

Mumbles a ‘good job’ under his breath

He is kind of enjoying himself a little bit too much not going to lie

Throughout the rest of the week you attempt it again and again and again and literally NONE of those attempts work

After a good few weeks you come to the conclusion that it’s simply impossible to kancho Hisoka

Illumi seems like the type who wouldn’t fall for pranks like Hisoka, so you were determined to try and test it out

Illumi was coming back from the balcony with you and he was locking the door, so his back turned to you and you thought that was the perfect chance

You try to kancho him and he just ..... does not move

This man just turns into stone

Can’t even hear him breathing anymore

And then he slowly turns his head around to look at you in the eyes and no one says ANYTHING

You two just kind of stare at each other for what feels like HOURS

And then he literally just stands up and leaves as if nothing happened

After this nothing changes you two just keep living your lives as if nothing happened

Hisoka really didn’t pick up on the fact that you’re jealous at first because 1. He didn’t realize how flirty his behaviour was from an outsider’s point of view and 2. he assumed that you wouldn’t let those thoughts get to you

Also whenever he talks to Machi he would annoy her because he liked seeing her frustrated LOLOL so there really wasn’t anything going on between them

But we’re all human and we all have feelings and we all get jealous sometimes !!

At first you didn’t want to complain to him about it because you felt bad -- as if you were telling him he couldn’t hang out with his friend anymore,, plus you two weren’t really dating so you couldn’t control him like that

So you tried to drop some subtle hints that you’ve been upset

But he didn’t pick up

Unfortunately you thought he picked it up and was just ignoring you and that’s when the spiralling had begun

Every time he talks to Machi you get more and more suspicious of their relationship, it’s made you doubt yourself and sadly you start getting convinced that Hisoka likes you

ON THE OTHER HAND Hisoka has 0 clue what’s going on inside your head

This entire time he was encouraging himself to confess to you, and so one day he does and he does it in a very ‘Hisoka’ way

He walks up to you and out of nowhere asks how to tell someone that he likes them

You take this the wrong way because you thought he liked Machi and so you tell him ‘How would I know what Machi would want?’

And his smirk goes into a confused from REALLY quickly because where did Machi come from in this conversation? Why did you just say her name out of nowhere??

He asks you what you meant by that and you explain what you’ve been suspecting this entire time

To which Hisoka laughs at you and explains how he was supposed to be confessing to you with that line

I’m not going to lie to you it was quite embarrassing but IT’S OKAY IT ALL WORKED OUT IN THE END SO WE GOOD

hi ofc you can anon :)) I really hope these hcs are okay because I was hit with a very sudden wave of tired when I was writing 

The first few times you got anxious/paranoid it was hard reaching out to Hisoka and asking for reassurance simply because his reaction could have been anything really, you didn’t know what to expect

But he picked up the subtle signs that you weren’t feeling so well and so he took his time to reassure you and make sure that you were okay

After this Hisoka was quickly able to learn the signs of whenever you’re feeling out of place and needed some of his help

I think he can read people very well so it didn’t take a lot for him to know what he can do/say to calm you down

And if you’re ever feeling like you’re asking too much of him/”wasting” his time he very bluntly let you know that he absolutely does not mind it

Because when it comes to you this man will quite literally do anything

Not to mention reassuring you is something he is very capable of doing so why would he not do it

Even if you’re not feeling that anxious/paranoid he would still make sure to reassure you on a regular

Just to promote healthy happy thoughts on a daily basis and not just when you’re at a low

Hisoka is very good at riling people up if he wanted to but that also means he’s just as good when it comes to helping you clam down
