#fbf to 2012 @aacta awards and fan pic with @joeledgerton . “Warrior” was my top film 🎞 of 2011 and my go to movie for motivation when life throws curve balls - packs a mean training montage. #feelthebeethoven #mma I’m hugely inspired by The Edgerton brothers productions and work ethic so this moment was a big life moment for me. “Boy Erased” has been nominated for best film, best supporting actor and adapted screenplay at this year’s #aactaawards Based on Garrard Conley's 2016 memoir of the same name, it is written for the screen and directed by Joel Edgerton, who also produces with Kerry Kohansky Roberts and Steve Golin. The film stars Lucas Hedges, Nicole Kidman, Russell Crowe, and Edgerton, and follows the son of Baptist parents who is forced to take part in a gay conversion therapy program.
