Seriously though, while you're going to be looking for the person who checks off the most important boxes off your list, fix your boxes too.

It's tough. I was a young one too. Srsly. I was under 30 one time in my life too. And I've been proposed to, and engaged to, and I broke those off. Why? I was looking at the boxes that I thought were enough. In the meantime I had bene growing everyday and he wasn't.
