vincent x vitali || mikhail + vincent || mikhail + vitali
cwjbhn - jake scott, josie dunne mikhail & vitali, teen years
even if it doesn't work out, even if it doesn't make sense // and you never see me again, can we just be happy now
and all that i know is here in this moment // sun is still setting over the ocean // here in this light the green in your eyes is all that i see // i'm right where i wanna be
director's commentary: this song is specifically what i have in mind for their last evening together before mikhail moves to the other side of town. i added the second bit because that's literally what they spent their evening doing; watching the sunset on the docks together, and vitali gifted mikhail a necklace nadya had given him to one day give to his significant other. vitali believed he would never find someone so he wanted mikhail to have it instead
i don't want to watch the world end with someone else - clinton kane mikhail & vitali, years apart [vitali pov]
but i've, i've finally realized // if this is our last goodbye until we're gone // who cares about the wrongs we've caused ourselves // 'cause i don't wanna watch the world end with someone else
falling deeper, deeper into hopeless thinking // remember when you pulled me out // wishing you would come around again // when the room goes quiet // i'm hit with my regret like a riot // reminds me what i really want // but have i waited for too long?
director's commentary: vitali loses his phone and with that loses contact with mikhail for six years. he believes he's never going to see him again and most of his bad decisions during their years apart are a direct result of mikhail's absence
i don't wanna be okay without you - charlie burg mikhail & vitali, years apart [mikhail pov]
now i can't find the words to say // that'll be the perfect balance between loud and clear // and i can hear so well, your lovely voice inside my head // saying you love me, oh // but i only think of you, will we be together soon? // i'm thrown to the wayside, you're planted in my mind // but i don't wanna be okay without you
director's commentary: mikhail is also not handling losing vitali well. he believes it's his own fault- thinks he didn't make enough effort to keep in touch with vitali and now he's ignoring him because of it. mikhail is trying a bit harder to move on, mainly because he has to focus on school a lot; but he can't help but keep thinking about vitali and wondering if he will ever see him again
anyway - noah kahan mikhail & vitali, reunited at arasaka
today you looked older than me // hair in your face, it fills the space between your teeth // and all of your falling, does it get exhausting? have you gotten sleep? // you said you were sorry that you hadn't called me in over a week // and i said, always, i'll wait
director's commentary: when mikhail and vitali reunite at arasaka, they move on very quickly from everything that happened mainly because they no longer want to think about it. but both of them realize that things are different now; and they worry about each other, not used to each other's new habits and quirks and especially mikhail worries a lot about vitali. but he also stays patient with him. they have all the time in the world now
boy who has everything - annika bennett vincent & vitali, late 2076 [vincent pov]
what do you give to the boy who has everything? // his world is almost too good to be true // what do you say when he's starting to let you in // and you see he's better off without you?
director's commentary: when vincent and vitali meet, vincent falls in love very quickly but also worries that because of their differences vitali will never be interested in him like that. his self-confidence at that point is basically below rock bottom and all of it together causes him to be very anxious about being in love at first
higher - blanks mikhail & vincent, early 2077
sun is going down, we go look for adventure // both a little scared, but it's better together // maybe it's the way that you looked in my eyes // i haven't been able to get you off my mind // driving through the valley, got your hands in my hair // tell me where you wanna go and i'll take you there
director's commentary: vincent and mikhail take a while to become friends because vincent is at first intimidated by mikhail, while mikhail just struggles making new friends in general. they're both essentially stepping out of their comfort zone a bit to befriend each other and because of it get a fresh new start and it's all worth it in the end, and that's the vibes this song gives me
meteor showers - andy kong vincent & vitali, early 2077 [vitali pov]
tell me it's love that i'm feeling // if it's not then i'm afraid my heart cannot take much more // you're staring up // i can't take my eyes off you // 'cause i realize the reason why i'm here tonight and what i breathe for // and i found love while dreaming of meteor showers
director's commentary: vitali has been with many men in the past but none of them have made him feel quite as vincent does. he also falls in love relatively fast but at first tries to just shrug it off, feeling like he should just focus on his professional life- but it's impossible to get vincent out of his head and he is very deeply in love with him now and it's too late to back out of that
tongue tied - grouplove mikhail & vincent, 2077
take me to your best friend's house // i loved you then and i love you now // don't take me tongue tied // don't wave no goodbye
director's commentary: another song that's just a bit more fun, mikhail and vincent's dynamics are just very fun and they love each other so much by now. it's interesting how they both started out very shy and nervous around each other but at the same time didn't want the other to walk away; some of that still lingers now, but they're enjoying the time they have together anyway
i don't wanna know - goldhouse, mokita all three of them, 2077+
if the sky's about to fall or if we lose it all // if we make it or we don't, i don't wanna know // if the music starts to fade and this feeling slips away // don't wake me when you go, 'cause i don't wanna know
director's commentary: despite the fact only vincent and vitali are actually together, they do all three live together and have become such an important part of each other's lives that they all can't go too long without each other. all three of them often worry that they'll still end up alone somehow; but they will in fact spend the rest of their days together, as long as they live

Adding to the choir of @staff @support these Twitter-Insta-fication changes are annoying at best and incredibly disheartening. The Live feature reactivating itself every week is quite possibly one of the most irritating features I’ve ever seen implemented in an app, and speaks volumes to how much it was already expected to be unwanted and turned off right out of the gate. But replacing the personal blog button with a merch store button on mobile is a new record low of pointless, desperate changes.
This is the only social media I use anymore because it has provided a different and far more curated, chronological experience than every other major website that is actively congealing into an indiscernible grey blob of identical features built to serve an obtuse algorithm. And those differences are widespread accolades I see constantly. Don’t get me wrong, it’s been clear for quite a long time that Tumblr has been careening in the same direction, but it’s reached a hilariously sad tipping point.

I love the name jack because it feels like such a good placeholder like they call you john doe if they can't figure out who you are and Jack is like a fun nickname for John. I'm not a John though and my dad was gonna name me Jack if I was a boy but anyway. It's good. Hey I'm Jack how's it going I love how short it is, doesn't take up any of your time, only thing weird about it is to most people I don't look like a Jack when people look at me they go GIRL which is fine but that's not what comes to mind when I look at me. Is just me.

Neighbors With Benefits: Part 1 (Joel Miller x f!reader)
Part of the #hotdilfsummerchallenge (I will be adding more and tag the Masterlist) Thank you @hellishjoel for putting on this contest. It's a lot of fun!
Tumblr media
Pairing: Joel Miller x f!reader
Word count: Roughly 5000
Warning: Dilfy smut, age gap (23 & 42)
Mid-June, 2024. The first summer back home upon college graduation. You knew there would be an adjustment period and while you didn't necessarily feel unhappy, there was a strangeness that left you with feelings you couldn't quite pinpoint. This was your childhood home, your hometown, your room - but still, somehow it felt foreign.
You hung up the maroon cap and gown that showed off the primary color of Texas A+M, the college where you had spent the last four years studying your ass off to get a degree in criminal justice. At twenty-three years old after spending the last few years in a little off-campus apartment with some friends, you were feeling both aggravated and nostalgic upon returning to your parents' house in the suburbs. They were great and you got along just fine; but the freedoms that had gone along with renting your own place were now reeled in a bit tighter. At the very least you knew your mother would likely stay awake on the nights you were out late. Still, you appreciated how much they cared about you.
You moved to your bedroom window and flung it open to let in some air to get rid of the stuffiness that lingered in the house. Immediately, your eyes landed on a man next door standing behind a grill as smoke filtered up above him in a faint, little cloud. He flipped a burger with a pair of metal tongs and took a sip from what looked like a bottle of beer.
"Hey, honey."
You jumped at your mother's voice as if you'd been caught doing something wrong. "Hey." You pressed your eyebrows together and motioned out the window as she entered the room. "Who's that?"
"Oh, I guess it never came up in conversation," your mother said with a shrug, "That's our new neighbor. He moved in back in January."
You glanced back out the window.
"He’s a bit too old for you,” she teased with a laugh.
You whipped around and made a face. "I'm not... I'm not checking him out. I'm just asking why there's a stranger in the Wilsons' backyard." You smirked and raised your eyebrows, "Maybe if my mother told me things I wouldn't have to play detective."
"Isn't that what you got your degree in criminal justice for?"
You chuckled, knowing she would most certainly outwit you in a verbal battle. "And I'm 23 years old. No one's too old for me anymore."
"Well, in that case I hear they just built a nice, new nursing home down the road with plenty of widowed men. I can drive you there if you'd like."
You let out a hearty laugh. “I’ll pass."
The two of you giggled and your mother continued, "Will you be joining your father and I for dinner tonight? We were thinking of just going to Chili's and then heading to a play at the little theater downtown. The kids are putting on Grease."
You smiled as your phone vibrated with a text from your best friend. "It's Holly."
"So, I guess the answer is going to be no," your mother suspected. She smirked and got the hint. “Keep in touch.”
"Okay," you agreed and then cleared your throat when she turned to go. "Mom, what's his name?"
"Huh?"
"The neighbor," you went on, "I should probably introduce myself since I'm going to be a resident of 45 Harding Drive again."
"Joel," her mother replied, "Joel Miller."
Your parents left soon after and so you wandered out to the back steps, waiting for them to take off first before popping open a beer. The ice cold beverage tasted better than normal because of the incoming summer heat that was supposed to really strike the following morning. With a content sigh, you leaned your elbows back on the top step of the set of four that led from the back door into the oversized backyard.
"Jennifer?" a deep, scratchy voice made you jump for the second time that night. You put a hand on your chest and glanced off to the side when you realized a man had called out your mother's name.
The neighbor, you thought, feeling your stomach knot up.
You cleared your throat and rose to your feet, leaving the beer on the top step. "No… I’m (Y/N)." You took a few steps in his direction though he made his way almost all the way to the steps.
"(Y/N)?" His features became clear when he stepped into a small, back light beside the door. The man flashed a friendly, boyish grin from beneath a trim beard. "Tim and Jen’s daughter?"
You looked down sheepishly and smiled before lifting your eyes to meet his stare. "Yeah."
He’s hot, your inner monologue informed you, as if your cheeks hadn't suddenly grown hot.
His eyes shifted to the beer and his grin widened even more before he extended a hand. "I'm Joel... your neighbor."
"Nice to meet you." You gave a closed-mouth smile and took in his appearance, consciously telling herself not to stare. His plain white t-shirt showed off his broad chest and shoulders
Joel cleared his throat. "I didn't mean to startle you."
"It's fine," you assured him and then cleared your throat, "Do you want a beer or something?"
A smirk twisted onto his face., "No thanks. I was actually just coming over to see if I could borrow some butter."
"Oh..." You glanced over your shoulder at the back door and then back to Joel.
"You don't have to," he said reassuringly, unable to keep the grin from his face. "You don't even know me yet so-"
"No.” You cut him off, "No, it's fine."
"Are you sure?" Joel's voice cut through you like a knife and he kept his eyes firmly locked on yours.
You nodded, unable to look away for a moment and then waved him inside.
"Don't forget your brew here, honey." He reached down and scooped up the beer as you flung the back door open.
You smiled again, "Thanks."
Joel nodded and followed you in, before glancing around at the modest but modern kitchen. "You, uh... you even old enough to drink this shit?" He motioned to the beer.
You rolled your eyes, "I can show you my ID if that makes you feel any better." You flung open the refrigerator, "I know my parents are going to treat me like I'm in high school again."
"Well... they're just trying to protect you," Joel said. "How old are you?"
"Twenty-three." You glanced over her shoulder at him, somewhat pleased to catch him staring - or so you thought. It prompted him to look elsewhere.
"Here." You removed a stick of butter and crossed the room to hand it to him. When the butter landed in his hand you decided to be bold and didn't immediately let it go, "How old are you?"
He chuckled before holding a wicked smirk and again held her captive with his playfully intense eyes. "How old do you think I am?"
You stared back, somewhat used to gaining control over the guys you had dated or been interested in in the past. Already, this time you felt a bit outmatched and part of it was your instant attraction to him. When Joel took one step in her direction, you swallowed hard and gave a random answer.
"Thirty-two?"
Joel laughed a little louder, putting a hand on his stomach. He ran the other hand through his messy brown hair and pointed. "You're so full of shit."
You smiled at him, "I was thinking more of thirty-eight, thirty-nine."
He sucked his teeth and gave you a look up-and-down before smiling wide again. When he didn't say anything in response you flat out asked, "Am I right?"
"Forty-two," Joel finally informed you after a long pause.
"Over the hill then?"
He snickered and then motioned to the fridge, "Ya know... I will have that beer if you don't mind."
You smiled before reopening the fridge to fetch one for him. When you placed a bottle of Bud Lite in his hand he used the counter to pop the top rather than twist it. When the dented bottle cap fell to the floor and danced in circles for a moment you glanced back up to find him continuing to stare as he took a long swig from the bottle.
Joel wiped his mouth with the back of his hand. "Your dad going to notice that a few of these are missing?"
"They're mine," you informed him, "And I'm not-"
"A kid, I know..." Joel rolled his eyes now and the two of you shared a laugh, "Believe me when you're my age you'll love that someone will accuse you of being younger."
"I'm sure I will."
He reached down and scooped up the cap from the ground and then held it out in his palm. When you went to reach for it he closed his hand and smiled playfully.
"I'll take it," Joel offered, "Don't want you to get caught drinking these things when your parents come home." He continued to tease you about your age.
"You know, I could've guessed you were fifty."
He laughed out loud. "Smart mouth on you," Joel flashed his index finger at her with the hand that held the bottle, "I like it."
You looked down and laughed again, feeling your cheeks grow hot again from his remark.
"Anyway, I should be getting back." Joel continued to smile, almost triumphantly and winked. "It was nice meeting you."
"It was nice meeting you too.”
He held your gaze for an extra second, forcing him to smirk a final time before heading out the back door.
"Thanks for the beer," he said casually, "I'll see ya around."
8:15 pm - the following evening
"Sorry I couldn't make it out last night," Holly said to you. The two of you sat side by side at barstools down at one of the local bars in town. "My boss can be a real pain in the ass sometimes."
"It's fine. I had the house to myself so I kind of just had some time to chill and binge watch some old shows."
"Sounds terrible."
You laughed and shrugged. "It was alright."
"Well, here's to... summer?" Holly raised her martini glass and you tapped her beer bottle gently against it.
"To potentially the weirdest summer of my life."
"Why's that?"
You shrugged, "I don't know. Being back home doesn't feel so 'at home' anymore."
"Give it time." Holly sipped her drink, "In a month it'll feel like you never left."
"That's what I'm afraid of."
"Hey, it's not so bad. I'm here." She smiled and raised her eyebrows, "Jill and Molly should be home within the week too. We can get the old crew back together before we all get real jobs and have to do shitty adult stuff."
"I'll drink to that," you agreed, taking a longer swig of the beer. You sighed and began to peel at the blue Bud Lite label, letting your mind drift to the night before with Joel. You envisioned him snapping the cap off the top of the beer bottle, using the counter. A smile crossed lingered on your face.
"Ooohh... someone's checking us out," Holly commented, "Or maybe they know you..." Her eyebrows pressed together and she motioned using her head toward a table in the corner of the bar.
"Oh shit." You couldn't contain your response but realized it must've sounded out of place.
"What?" Her friend asked, "Do you know him?"
"That's my neighbor," you informed her, "New neighbor."
Joel smirked and gave a wave but quickly entertained a conversation he was having with two other men at the small, corner table.
"He's kind of a Dilf."
You snickered and shrugged, unable to take your eyes off of him. When Joel glanced back in your direction you looked away and quickly took a sip of your.
"You think he's hot," Holly suspected with a laugh.
"What?" You shook your head, "No... I mean he may have some Dilf qualities or something like you just said but…” The sentence drifted off.
"Mm-hmm..." She continued to stare at her friend with playfully accusing eyes.
"Stop," you joked, "I just met him last night."
"Last night?" Holly perked up, "And..."
"And what?"
"You tell me."
You laughed again, "He came over to the house because he needed some butter."
"More like some sugar," she winked and glanced up toward a television that had a baseball game on in front of them.
You let out a hearty laugh and shook your head.
"He keeps looking over here." Holly’s voice perked out, "Oh! He's getting up," Holly whispered, stalking him for a moment with her eyes.
You glanced over and felt your stomach twist in knots when he headed in their direction.
"So you are over twenty-one," Joel cracked a wide smile and tapped the back of her chair as he continued to walk by.
"Twenty-three," you called after him, smiling wide.
He glanced over his shoulder, winking once before continuing on around a corner toward the bathrooms.
You let out a sigh and Holly turned back around.
"What the hell are you waiting for?" her friend asked. Before you could attempt to plead your case Holly went on, "He's hot... and he's totally flirting with you."
"He's not flirting with me."
"That was a Frank Sinatra-worthy wink."
You shook your head, laughing again. "Where do you come up with these things?"
"You're glowin. You're crushing on this guy. Who cares if he's your neighbor. Get on that."
"He's forty-two," you lowered your voice.
Holly raised her eyebrows and glanced toward the doorway where Joel had just walked through before returning her attention to her friend.
"Forget it." You sipped your drink and tried to pretend like you were nterested in the game on the television.
"At least admit you're crushing."
She turned to her and shook her head, "Fine... he's hot. Okay?" You focused on the screen for as long as she could and tried to pretend not to notice when Joel rounded back into the bar. You let out a deep breath as he crossed behind you and felt a rush when he came up beside you to flag down the bartender.
"Another round?" the middle-aged bartender asked, already reaching for a beer.
"Please,” Joel said with a nod, "You can put it on the tab." He turned to you, "Any interest in playing darts over here?" He nodded toward a dart board in the corner.
"Sure."
"Don't feel obligated." He forced your eyes back to his and continued to stare into them.
"I don't." You felt that intense paralysis again and couldn't turn away. When the bartender came back with the round of beers for Joel, you felt relieved and let out a breath.
"Get these two what they want," Joel added to the bartender, "Next round's on me when you finish those."
"Oh, you don't have to-"
"It's fine. I owe you one from last night." He headed back to the small table with his friends and Holly finally snapped you out of your daze.
"I thought you just gave him butter," she whispered with a giggle, "What was last night?"
You swallowed hard and rose to your feet, prompting Holly to do the same. "I offered him a beer and he took it," she said, "It was nothing... believe me. If I had anything interesting to share I would tell you."
Your legs felt heavy as you crossed the dark bar that was scattered with only a handful of other people. While the two other men began collecting darts and erasing the chalkboard to the side, Joel stood staring with his elbow on the table. For a moment everything else was in the background and you could only focus on him.
Shit... Any wit she had going for her had betrayed her. The instant, intense attraction you had to him was completely clouding your judgment. You felt like you were about to enter a wolf den, though you didn't at all mind playing the part of Little Red Riding Hood.
The anxiety-ridden feeling you had had leading up to the game of darts diminished as the night went on. You played a few games, swapping teammates several times, beginning with a 'boys versus girls' theme and then pairing off randomly when one game ended.
"He's going to fuck it up, you watch," Joel taunted as his friend lined up, closing one eye as he released the dart, only sending it clunking off the board and to the ground. "You didn't even hit the fuckin' board." His words drew laughter from everyone and the man that missed stumbled to retrieve it, chuckling as he went.
"I'm fucked up," Skip, the older robust man, remarked as he struggled to pick the dark up from the floor.
"Ya think?" Joel joked, continuing to sip on his beer.
"It's about time I get this man home to his wife and let her deal with him," the other man, Charlie, chuckled from behind a pair of alcohol-induced crimson cheeks. "Can't hold his liquor."
Skip huffed a breath and closed his eyes with a hand on his head. "The old lady's going to be mad at me. Especially when I tell her we've been hanging out with these lovely ladies." He motioned to you and Holly, laughing at himself and making the others do the same.
"I'd leave that part out if you knew what was good for ya," Charlie informed him with another laugh. "Come on Skippy. It's past your bed time."
"Game over?" Holly asked you.
"I guess so." You raised her eyebrows and smiled.
"Charlie, you guys to get home?" Joel asked.
"It's just a quarter mile down the road," Charlie waved a hand. He smiled, "Good night ladies."
"Goodnight," you both said at the same time before Holly turned to you.
"I'm heading to the bathroom. Be right back." She raised her eyebrows, noting it would give you and Joel a moment alone and you tried to play it off coolly.
"Okay." She watched a moment as Holly made her way down the bar and around the corner.
"Hope I didn't kill your girls night," Joel said.
"No." You turned back to him and leaned an elbow on the table, "We were just bored. Had to get out of the house."
"Mmm..." He slid back down into a seat and you took upon herself to join him as you waited for Holly.
Joel leaned both elbows on the table to straddle his beer, "You're probably used to night clubs filled with young guys just dying to buy you a drink. This has to be fuckin' lame."
"I was over that scene by my junior year," you told him with a laugh as you shook your head. "They were all the same with their cheesy cologne and gelled up hair."
Joel huffed a laugh and took a sip of his drink. "Sick of that shit huh?"
"Very." You mirrored his position and continued to sip on the beer you had been milking for the better part of an hour, "I'm kind of over the party scene... and the being at home scene."
"You've been home for one fuckin' day." He raised his eyebrows, "Get over it. You're saving money."
You nodded, "Yeah... yeah you're right."
"I know I am." He smiled, a charming arrogance radiating out of him.
When your phone buzzed in your pocket you jumped and quickly removed it, finding a text message from Holly.
I'm getting in my car. Snuck out the back. Have fun. You'll thank me later.
When you looked back up Joel was grilling you with his eyes. You wondered if he had managed to read the message or not. You cleared her throat. "Holly," you said simply.
"You guys need to go?"
You opened her mouth to speak, still unsure if he had seen what your friend wrote but decided to chance it and lie. "She... got sick. She's on her way home."
"She okay?"
You nodded. “Just a little embarrassed I think and decided to go." You took a sip to buy yourself some time in case he asked any more questions. When he didn't you tried to change the subject. "This place is dead."
"What's so bad about the college scene?" Joel asked.
"Huh?"
"The young guys, the night clubs..."
"Oh... nothing, I guess." You cleared her throat feeling like he was trying to read your mind. Again, your face felt flush with heat and you continued, "They're just... all the same. There's no appeal anymore. When I was eighteen I thought it was cool sneaking into bars and all that." You smiled and shook her head before looking him in the eye. "This is more my speed."
Joel stared back and didn't immediately say anything.
You almost couldn't take the quiet stalemate. The sexual attraction for Joel burned in your chest and in that moment, in the quiet corner of the bar, it was hard to fight it. All the same, you felt like you had to be reading his body language correctly in assuming he was feeling something too. Still, the fact that he was your older neighbor, who you didn't know very well, lingered in the back of your mind.
Getting involved with Joel would satisfy your instant craving for him but beyond that you knew it could only lead to making both of your lives more complicated.
"I'm going to go to the bathroom," you told him, when you couldn't contain your feelings any longer. It was the only thing you could say without leaping across the table and initiating a make-out session that played out animalistically in your mind.
"You gunna disappear on me too?" he joked, though you could see there was a hint of seriousness in his piercing eyes behind the wicked smile that hadn't left his face all evening.
"Not a chance." You felt embarrassed by the bold nature of your words, but took a deep breath and made the long walk across the bar into the restroom area. When you pushed open the door you felt relieved that no one else was in there and quickly made your way to the sink to pat some water on her face. You let out a breath, leaning both of her hands on the counter and then took in your appearance to make sure you was satisfied with the way you looked.
I'm being ridiculous, you thought. I'm too old to feel this out of control over a guy... or a man.
Joel was a man. He wasn't at all like the college boys you had been surrounded by who loved to crush beer cans on their heads, brag about how many consecutive beer pong games they'd won and worst of all when they threw the cheesiest lines at you and your friends to try to get laid. Joel didn't have to say or do anything in particular. He could simply look at you the right way and you found yourself ready to obey any request or demand he threw your way.
I’m in over my head, you thought, but I don't care.
You took in another deep breath and felt like you had the quick break that you needed to hold a sensible conversation with him without the constant interference of your out-of-whack hormones.
"Okay," you whispered to yourself and fiddled with your hair before pulling the door open to head back into the short, dark hallway. When Joel rounded the corner at the same time from the bar both of you stopped abruptly.
His eyes stalked the length of your body before finally re-settling on your gaze.
"Checking to make sure I didn't bail?" you joked, nervously laughing just after. Your tongue danced along your bottom lip, and you couldn't help but look him up and down the way he had just done to you.
Joel swallowed hard, tipping his mouth up into a half-smirk before walking past the men's room door in your direction.
You didn't have time to process all of the questions in your mind because he marched up and planted his lips against yours, immediately penetrating them with his tongue as his hands successfully shoved you up against the door to the women's room. It opened a few inches beneath the force.
You felt an explosion of adrenaline filter through your body as you kissed him back even more savagely than in your daydreams.
Joel pushed the door all the way open with one hand, not separating himself from you as he gripped your ass with his free hand and pushed his hips firmly against yours.
You tangled a hand in his hair, kissing him back with a heated passion that you didn't bother to try masking now that he had initiated the fantasy that had been playing out in your mind since you had him.
He moaned into your mouth before taking a breath and crushing his lips back against yours. Your back collided with the tile wall at the back of the bathroom, and you arched your neck as he began to ravage you, sliding a hand down the front of your pants while gripping your face with the other to kiss you hard again.
It all was happening so fast. You struggled to keep up but couldn't process a conscious thought when his first two fingers slid inside of you.
You bit down on your lip in a break in the kiss and spread your legs wider to give him more access.
Joel left a single kiss on her lips and spoke against them in a husky whisper, "Let it out honey," he kissed you again, "Let it out."
You knew the bar was nearly empty and there wasn't another woman that had been there. Even if there had been you didn't know that you would have cared. When his fingers twitched, arcing perfectly in his technique to make your entire lower body shiver with pleasure, you groaned.
"Fuck Joel," your whined his name, desperate for his tongue to dominate your again as he continued to finger you relentlessly until you felt like you were going to explode.
Joel's arousal heightened when he traced your lips with his thumb of his free hand, prompting you to take the tip of it into your mouth.
"God," he closed his eyes relished in the feeling, pushing his fingers deeper into you.
You whimpered again, writhing beneath his touch and attempted to reach for the belt buckle on his pants. "I want you."
He removed his hand from beneath your slick panties and placed his hands against the wall on either side of you as you managed to undo his buckle and shove his pants down off his hips.
Instinctively, you dropped to your knees, taking in as much of him as you could. Joel moaned and bucked his hips once as he grasped the back of your head with one hand. You looked up, watching his head fall back as his closed eyes pressed shut tighter. Joel allowed you to have your way with him as you continued to go down on him like you might never get another opportunity to do so. "Fuuucckk." He drew the word out, encouraging you to continue as he grabbed a fist full of your hair. "Ohh shit..."
Had anybody walked by the door there would have been no way to mask what was going on. Joel didn't hold back and felt an additional jolt of pleasure when you stroked him with your hand before quietly demanding him to come.
He opened his eyes, letting his mouth hang open as he glanced down, making eye contact with you as you engulfed him again.
"Jesus..." Joel's eyes closed and he felt an unmistakable buildup brewing below his waist. He couldn't ask you to stop, not when he was on the verge of exploding. "I'm gunna come." He shouted the words so loud that you thought for sure that someone had to have heard your encounter from somewhere in the bar. Still, you didn't let up and allowed him to push deep into you, gripping the back of your head with such force that you couldn't have separated your mouth from him if you tried.
He groaned, not attempting to hold back what he was feeling, alternating different curse words in between uneven breaths that ultimately left him panting as you finished him off. With a final breath he released your hair, letting his hand drop toward your face as you wiped a hand across your mouth and slowly rose to your feet.
Joel stood there for several seconds, breathing heavy with his pants at his ankles and a hand still on your face. When he finally came down off the high enough to speak, a chuckle left his mouth and ran a hand through your now-messy hair. "Shit honey... you didn't get yours." He let out another breath and then retrieved his pants from the floor and straightened out his appearance.
"It's alright," you told him with a sly smile, noting the heat that was still brewing between your legs.
He huffed another breath and adjusted himself over his pants before regaining your gaze. Joel smiled and drew his thumb gently under your eye, "Mascara's running. Sorry honey."
You closed her eyes as he continued to wipe the stray makeup away from your face. When you reopened them, Joel sported a half grin and he raised his eyebrows.
"Guess I fuckin' owe ya one."
You snickered, pleased to know that he wasn't at all expecting this to be your only encounter. "Yeah... you do."
Joel took a final, deep breath. "Well... you know where to find me."
"Next door."
"If you see me outside come on over to... borrow some butter or something.”
"Butter..." You snickered and then swallowed hard when he took a step toward her and slid a hand back down the front of your pants.
Joel touched his lips to yours as he spoke and this time gently began to massage up and down your wet center. When your mouth twisted up in a smile and you closed your eyes again he grinned and removed his glistening fingers. "It's a shame this is going to go to waste. Too bad you're so damn good at giving a blowjob. I had all the intentions of fucking you but I could just not ask you to stop.”
"Damn," she said quietly, but smiled, praying he might have it in him to continue.
Joel smiled, reading the disappointment on her face. "I'll be in and out tomorrow," he claimed, "You see me and you feel like bringing me over some butter…”
"I think you’ll definitely need some."
He looked down and made his way to the sink to wash his hands before turning to her with a smile. He ended the night the same way he had the night before, "I'll see ya around."

All alone with you
Fanwork about Lincoln and my MC Remus. A lot of grammar problems(because English is not my first language) and ooc, my fault.
Title source: All Alone With You by Egoist.
"Lincoln." someone said in the room. "I am here," Lincoln asked, "Want something?" "Nothing," Lincoln's beloved said, "I just want to know you are still with me." "Alright." And then, Lincoln saw his singer smile and wave at him. Good, again, that smile. Lincoln walks to him and sits down. If someone had acted like that before today, Lincoln might have felt a little bit strange but……the people who did this act were Lincoln's singer, star, and boyfriend. So Lincoln thought everything about the man in front of him seemed…… normal and cute. Immediately after leaving the hospital, Remus checked into Lincoln's house, where he refused all contact with anyone connected to his past (except Lincoln) and just stayed in his room all day. Other than the above, everything is normal. Remus lived in Lincoln's house like a cheerful ghost, he'd scorch the pots when he was cooking, and he'd beg Lincoln to buy a game because it was on sale on his steam wishlist (even though Remus had the money to buy it). It's just that he doesn't make any music anymore, and it's like the days of being the lead singer of a band never happened. A lot of people will say "That is abnormal", but Lincoln is not. For Lincoln, that's just one …… piece in the person of Remus, as a seeing every turn of a kaleidoscope, which is endearing no matter what it looks like. Remus laughs very violently but rarely smiles now. Contrary to when he used to be in the band, Remus used to smile a lot at that time because it was unobtrusive. Remus dreaded every stare. In one of the few interviews he was in the band, he once said: “It's a good thing I'm nearsighted, otherwise I can't have any way of fooling myself that ‘nobody's looking at me’". Lincoln replays this interview again and again and then feels proud because Remus is not afraid of him. Even at that time the members of the band, including Remus himself, knew that Lincoln was Remus's fan (of the intimidating variety). "Did you ever think of calling the police when I used to see you every time? " When the first day of Remus moved into Lincoln's house, Lincoln joked. Remus turns around and looks at him like he heard some unbelievable thing. "No, never, "Remus told him, "Why do I have to? I mean……I know you put a huge attention on me but……" Remus throws the thing that he holding away. His hands gestured idly in the air, trying to find the exact answer in these mysterious gestures, but he finally gave up. "I don't know," Remus spoke frustrated, "Even though from the first time I met you the people around me have said that you are a bit strange ……I still feel you will never hurt me." "You trust me?" "I just believe my heart." Remus shrugged, “Even though a lot of the time it shouts so loud inside me because it's triggering some switch that shouldn't be triggered, it's fine to listen and see what it has to say once in a while, at least I can feel safe. ” When Remus finished, he and Lincoln stared at each other silently for a moment. "Any question?" After this moment, Remus tilted his head slightly to the left. "No." Lincoln laughed and helped Remus put his baggage.
Lincoln's thoughts returned to this room in the present. He changed the subject as if nothing had happened, "So what are we eating tonight?" "Sichuan fish soup with pickled mustard greens, Dandan noodles, and Chili oil wontons." Remus began to say the food's name without hesitation. "Can we just eat hotpot?" “No way.” Remus vetoed, “Hot pot and this type of dish are both from Sichuan or Chongqing but they are not essentially the same thing, and I have to correct you on this erroneous idea that ‘all spicy Chinese food is related to hot pot’.” “All right.”Lincoln stood up, "Want some drink?" "Jasmine milk tea 80% sweet no ice large and without boba." There were no pauses, and someone used his lung capacity well. "Maybe someday you'll try some new flavors of milk tea?" "Yeah, maybe when this world is destroyed." Remus roll his eyes. "Wanna come with me?" Lincoln pretended to extend the invitation as if nothing had happened. "No. I don't want to." Remus' handsome face scrunched up so fast. Remus has never been out of the house since moving into the Lincoln home, except to see the psychiatrist. The psychiatrist claims it's a "pathological isolation" and reminds Lincoln that he must help Remus out of this "rut," but Lincoln thinks it's okay that Remus doesn't want to leave the house. At least he'll never leave me, Lincoln thought, and I don't think Remus doesn't realize he's self-isolating himself. The man who can write lyrics that can make people crazy emotion can't be so stupid that he doesn't realize what he's doing; he just needs time, even if the length of that time is a lifetime. Lincoln stands up and leaves the room, Remus silently follows Lincoln out of the room before taking up position by the door to the room, he leans his full weight against the door frame and watches with his arms crossed over his chest as Lincoln begins to put on his shoes after picking up his car keys. "Miss me?" "No, my dear fan," Remus lied without changing his face, "I just wanna turn the drawing room's light off." Lincoln shrugged, he knew what Remus looked like when he tried to lie, but he was happy to pretend he was being lied to. He walks to the door, but Remus doesn't move. Until Lincoln opens the door and wants to close it, through the crack in the door, Lincoln sees Remus quietly walk toward the switch to turn the light off, and immediately afterward he hears Remus say aloud, "Take care on the road. " The door closed.
@pressplay-if I was going to post it anonymously but couldn't find it …… Anyway! (leaving Tumblr nervously, leaving my laptop nervously, leaving this internet nervously)

Our First Valentines
Tumblr media
Stardew Valley Elliot x F! reader. Synopsis: You and Elliot have been dating for a few months now. Being the romantic he is, Elliot went all out for the woman he loves of this special holiday. Warning: n/a
Tumblr media
Valentine's day was approaching. Everyone with a partner in the valley was practically buzzing with excitement, speculating what plans their loved ones have planned for them and sharing what they themselves have planned. It was sweet. You had never really had a valentines day that was more than a 'fancy' (chili's) dinner and sex right after. Not that you hated that, it just wasn't anything magical. You were very happy to have probably the most loving boyfriend you ever had to spend the holiday with this year. Thinking about your time together, you started preparing you gifts for your man.
In his cabin, Elliot was busy at work making Valentine's preparations. He has always wanted to go above and beyond for his love and now was his chance. How could he not celebrate the greatest person he has ever met? You're the woman who changed his life, became his muse, inspired him to finish his novel! He got up extra early to begin preparing, going as far as to travel to Zuzu City to get supplies for today. After hours and hours of work, it was almost time to pick you up at the farm for the big night. Elliot walked over to his mirror, made some final adjustment to his outfit, and he was off.
Just as you finished up putting yourself together, there was a knock on the door. "Coming!" You put on your shoes and headed to the door. You were greeted with you devilishly handsome boyfriend. He was wearing a play on his normal attire. A sleek red blazer, a white button down, a vibrant green tie that paired nicely with his matching slacks and a pair of dress shoes. As you were taking him in, he was admiring you just as much. You decided you wear a beautifully fitted red dress that showed of all your best assets and a pair white heels that extenuated your legs. He wanted to drink you up, but he resisted like the gentleman he is. "My darling, you look incredible. Like a work of art." He took you hand in his and kissed it leaving you a blushing mess. "You look so handsome my dear." You replied, walking up close to him to give him a proper kiss. Elliot composed himself. You were not making it easy to control himself. He extended his arm to you. "Shall we?" You accepted him arm and you both headed off towards his home.
Arriving to his shack, he leads you in an you notices the lengths he went to celebrate your relationship tonight. Candles decorated the room, flower petals trailing around the room, the table set with a lavish meal, and the ting that impressed you the most, a bouquet of white lilies, apple blossoms, baby's breath, red camellia, honeysuckle, and of course, red roses. Elliot had told you about the language of flowers after researching it for his book. After this, you two would use this language to send each other meaningful messages. You were speechless. You turned to Elliot and captured him in an emotional hug. "You didn't have to do all of this. Thank you so much. I love you." Elliot pull back from the hug and locks his eyes onto yours. "I would walk to the ends of the earth if it would make you smile. This is nothing." You both laughed at his cheesiness.
"Now I feel like my gift to you is dumb." You looked at the ground feeling embarrassed. "You don't have to give me anything princess. You being here is plenty." Before you could worry much more over it, you handed him a carefully wrapped box. He opened it up to reveal a few bottles of squid ink. Now was Elliot's turn to be speechless. You worried he hated it so you started rambling. "I'm sorry. I know it's lame. I just remembered you mentioning when you got to try writing with squid ink but couldn't keep doing it due to the rarity and expense so I thought I'd raise some squid on my farm and-" Before you could realize it, Elliot and set down the gift and captured your lips. The kiss was filled with with so much love and adoration for you. It almost brought you to your knees. "Y/N, this is the most thoughtful thing anyone has ever done for me. You truly are the best thing to happen to me."
After that, you both headed to the table to eat. You had complimented his cooking, surprised at how good it was considering Elliot claimed to be a terrible chef. Sheepishly, Elliot admitted to having Gus cater your dinner. It didn't matter at all to you though. Just the amount of thought put into the night was enough to solidify this is the man you were meant to spend your life with. The love and care he has shown you time and time again only supported this. After your incredible dinner, Elliot put a record on the vinyl and you two danced for a while. It felt perfect. Everything felt perfect with him. Swaying in his arms, you couldn't imagine anywhere else you'd rather be than here with him.

Telekinesis Pt 3
Slight Smut, Petty activity and Drama.
"I don't like your hardheaded ass but I love you all the same." Lexi rolls her eyes as she hugs you. She came over first thing in the morning with fresh pomegranate juice and avocado egg toast with chili oil from your favorite food spot.
"I love you too but you gotta chill. I am an adult, I am more than capable of making my own decisions. Even if you don't agree with them." You scold her. You couldn't imagine her not caring about you but you needed her to also not judge you for being human and a lovesick fool.
"I don't." She quickly responds and you purse your lips. "But I will try not to be too opinionated about that trifling hoe."
You laugh, knowing that was the best you were going to get from her. Lexi was beyond protective and it was something you matched 100%. She was your best friend, your other half.
"Full disclosure, Shuri and I are going to dinner tonight. As friends." You bite your lip as Lexi takes a deep breath.
"I'll pray for you." Lexi sighs, moving to your kitchen to rummage through your fridge. "You went grocery shopping without me?"
You scoff a laugh. Dylan had surprised you with impromptu Whole Foods groceries. She personally picked up your groceries when she got hers and dropped them off after leaving this morning before heading to work.
It was something that made you like her even more. She always did thoughtful things. Bringing you flowers, food, books she thought you'd enjoy, vinyl records of music you loved, essentials your home needed when you were running low.
She catered to you completely and that baffled you. How she could so easily do right by you without even being asked. It drove you crazy at times trying to rationalize why she cared for you so much.
"Dylan actually did it for me." You look at your hands. You didn't want to see any judgment from her, she was team Dylan from day one.
"Hmmmm." Is all she says, and I know it's meant to be as annoying as it sounds. She wants to point out just how good Dylan is for you, you know it.
"I need to go workout and do some work. I'll hit you later." You say, heading for your bedroom to get dressed for the gym.
Having skipped the gym and any actual physical activity in the past three days had you itching to get back to your routine. You couldn't stomach being lazy, it led to very unhealthy habits. You'd promised to never get big again and that meant moving a lot as you loved food.
The gym wasn't as packed as normal, so you found a corner and did your glute warm up. Once you were done and had stretched, you went to do the stair master for 15 minutes then started doing RDL's, Hip Thrusts, Sumó Squats and Deadlifts. By the time you'd gotten through your strength training, you moved on to the stair master for 45 minutes on a higher level than normal pushing yourself as punishment for skipping three days worth of workouts.
By the end of your workout you were a sweating, out of breath mess. You wiped the sweat off your forehead and stretched again to cool down before heading to take a cold shower to help your muscles after such an exhausting workout.
You had plenty of time before Shuri was set to pick you up so you decided to go shopping. You wanted something new, something to make her eat her heart. You needed the validation, you wanted the confirmation that you could bring her to her knees.
You walk into a high end boutique you'd heard of. Everyone knew of it, you'd never dared to step foot in the store. However you were feeling bold and petty, so you were ready for anything.
You stared at a few dresses before you found one that made you stop in your tracks. It was beyond gorgeous, sexy, a definite jaw dropper.
"Hello!" A bright voice says, breaking you from your gaze. You turned to see the short girl from the club. Miss Riri Williams.
You'd stalked Shuri enough to know this girl was a regular. No one had lasted as long as Miss Williams. Shuri was a love them and leave them type but for some reason she'd been linked to Miss Williams for six months.
"Hi." You reply, staring at her. You sized her up discreetly. She was pretty, it was obvious and that shook you to the core to admit.
"How can I help you today?" She says, her eyes widening a bit as she recognized you. You could tell by the way her eyes widened slightly.
"I'm looking for a dress for tonight." You take a deep breath. "I'd like that one." You gesture towards the dress you'd been staring at.
"Oh, ok...." She mutters, her eyes moving from you to the dress and then back. "What size?"
"10." You mumble. You felt uncomfortable at times with sizes and admitting them.
"Let me grab your size and I'll meet you in the dressing room. Did you see anything else you might want to try?" Riri asks.
"No, just the dress. I have the perfect shoes in mind." You assure her, before heading to where you see the dressing room.
While you wait for her to bring the dress your phone rings.
Incoming call - Lexi 🤞🏾
You rolled your eyes and sent it to voicemail as you pulled off your clothes. Stacking them neatly on the lounger. You stared in the mirror at your frame. You were thick, with a semi flat tummy.
You could see the glute pump from your workout as you turned slightly in the mirror. Your ass was a definite obsession for you. Coming from never having an ass to having a whole shelf was a huge confidence boost. You'd always been sensitive about having no booty, having no body that you would binge eat.
"Ok, I have--" Riri stopped talking as she walked in and saw you standing half naked on the small platform. Her eyes rolled over your frame. "Uhhhmmmm. I have the dress."
You smirk internally at the look on her face. Before taking your bra off and taking the dress from her to Slide over your head. The slinky dress hugged your every curve. It had slits in the sides that showed quite a bit of skin. You would definitely have to go sans panties.
"Are you going on a date?" Riri asks, clearing her throat. You knew she was uncomfortable and you were loving every minute of it.
"I'm not sure what to call it." You shrug as you turn to see yourself in the mirror at different angles.
"Well you look amazing." Riri compliments, and you could telll she meant it.
"Let's hope my ex thinks so too." You say, suggestively. A smirk on your lips, as you turned your gaze towards hers.
"You're meeting up with an ex?" She raised a brow. The connection was made and you could see the frustration in her eyes as she fought to remain professional.
"You know what they say 'Can't leave 'em alone' and all that." You joke, watching as she tensed slightly.
A few moments pass as you continue to stare blankly wanting her mind to conjure up the many possibilities of what could take place tonight. A small part of you felt bad knowing she'd done nothing to you to deserve any of your energy.
"I'll take the dress." You say, before slipping it off and getting dressed. You hand the dress over to her and watch as she heads for the counter.
"Have a good night." She says, her tone wavering. You had to give her credit, even though she was upset she was respectful.
As you paid and wished her a good night, you made sure to make one last comment to solidify trouble for Shuri.
"If she really appreciates what's underneath the dress, I'll definitely be back." You leave with a quick wave.
The moment your back home you quickly refresh yourself, have a smoothie to fill you up a bit and get ready while listening to music. Once you're finished getting ready, you snap a few pics and save them.

"You look good.... like really good..." Shuri mutters, swallowing hard. As you open the door for her. You watch her, in a black blazer with no bra, giving hella peekaboo but classy and matching fitted wide leg pants and heels.
"I know." You say, mustering up every bit of confidence you can manage.
As you get into her sports car, she stares at you her eyes full of curiosity.
"Why did you go see Riri?"
"Why did I go shopping at your little girlfriend's job?" You snort, your eyes rolling. Noting the clench of her jaw. She hated when you did that.
"Y/n." She scolds.
"I wanted something to wear and I found it. This dress was made for me." You say, seductively as you crossed one leg over the other.
"You're something else." Shuri laughs, as she starts the car and drives off.
"Sorry if your girlfriend was offended by me giving her a pretty nice sized commission." You smirk. It was clear that Riri had ran to Shuri to either complain or accuse her.
"Not offended and she's not my girlfriend." Shuri shakes her head.
"Ah, I'm sorry. The girl you're fucking." You correct yourself, pulling your phone out. You were too bothered and that in itself told you that you shouldn't have come.
"Why do you care?" It made you angry at how easy Shuri could play anything off.
"I don't." Is all you said. The rest of the car ride was silent despite Shuri trying on several occasions to start a conversation.
When she pulled into the familiar neighborhood, you tensed. You'd thought she'd be taking you out, somewhere public. Yet here you were at her home, the familiar massive piece of scientific design in all it's glory.
Instead of saying anything you left the car not waiting for her to open your door like she'd done when she'd picked you up. You head straight for her front door that swung open the moment you touched the pad by the door.
She either kept your information in Griot's system or went back and added it after she'd talked to you. You stepped in, feeling the heat of her body behind you. Your eyes taking in the familiar decor.
There were quite a few new things to add to the old things since you'd last been there. The first time you'd come it looked very lonely and felt cold. This time it looked lived in, there were portraits of various times in Shuri's life with her family.
"You kept it." You say, looking at the biggest piece of artwork she had. You'd painted her mother.
"Or course I did." Shuri says, incredulously as if she could not believe the question.
"Your Home looks lived in..." You comment on the decor. Feeling strange in her private space after so long.
"Riri helped me decorate. She said it looked like a rental rather than a private residence." Shuri reluctantly admits. The comment angers you, knowing she let the girl have rule over her domain.
"She did a good job." You had to admit the girl had good taste.
"I had a chef come in and prepare your favorites, everything's on the warmer. If you'd like to go have it?" Shuri asks, and you nod as she leads the way to her dining room.
"What have you been up to?" Shuri inquires. You idly wondered if she ever checked up on you like you had her. As the two of you sit side by side, she pours wine for the both of you and fills the water glasses.
"Work, Gym, Lexi, and Dylan." You shrug. Your life was in a semi better place. You went out more, you traveled, you had fun with Dylan. Then of course there was the obsessive stalking Shuri's every move on social media.
"Is it serious, you and Dylan?" You could see how bothered she was by the way she said Dylan's name.
"I don't think that’s your business." You quickly shut that down.
"Yet Riri is yours?"
"Considering you lied to me about her... I'd say I'm right in keeping my private business just that; mine." You shrug.
“What lie?” Shuri looks confused.
“You said you’ve never fucked her but the two of you are pretty touchy. And the way Riri looked today, there’s no denying she’s your woman.” You grab the glass of wine and down it, feeling frustrated with the topic. You lean over a bit to grab the bottle to pour more.
“I’ve never fucked Riri.” Shuri raises a brow. “We’re close. I mean we’ve been dating but nothing has happened as it stands… We aren’t exclusive.”
“Love that for you.” The words like acid on your tongue. Now your visit to the boutique felt right. You hoped it shook the tiny girl to her core.
“Y/n…”
“What have you been up to?” You wave her off not wanting to be treated like a delicate flower. She had no reason yo apologize or try to coddle you. She wasn’t yours.
“Well lately I’ve been working on businesses that hire African Americans, trying to bridge the gap in the economy that’s screwed them over for so long.” Shuri grabs the plates of food off the warmer; placing one in front of her and the other in front of you.
“That’s really amazing.” You commend her, she was fulfilling her brother’s goals.
“I’m working on buying up land to make communities for black people only, as problematic as that sounds they deserve their own space free from outside interference constantly trying to bring them down systemically. They deserve protection and—“
Your phone rings, interrupting her and you bite your lip as you take it out of your bag.
Mi Sol 🧡
You look up at Shuri who’s face is blank. You give her an apologetic look as you answer the call, you’d told yourself you’d be more present and put in effort with Dylan and that meant taking her serious and making her a priority.
“Hey!” You greet her.
“Hi, mami.” She returns, her voice full of warmth. “You’re so gorgeous.”
“Thank you baby.” You smile, compliments were something you enjoyed and compliments from Dylan were even better because she constantly hyped you up.
“I miss your beautiful smile, your luscious lips, your other lips…” She giggles and you realize she’s tipsy. She’s horny whenever she gets tipsy. More than normal.
“Baby…” You whine, as you think of the many good things that happen when she’s tipsy.
“Whaaaaaaat?” She says, innocently. “I can’t say how obsessed I am with my girlfriend? How she has the prettiest pussy I’ve ever seen? How I wanna taste said pretty pussy?”
“Lani…” You sigh, knowing exactly what she was doing. She was trying to get you to either come over or go back home. You had a feeling Lexi told her exactly who you were with.
“You know that thing I do with my tongue… that thing that has your toes curling and your eyes rolling into the back of your head?” She continues.
“Ay, mami…. No me jodas.” You pout, knowing she was purposely making you wet.
“Your bed is mighty lonely without you…” She says and you roll your eyes as she giggles again.
“Baby, I’ll be back soon.” You tell her.
“Hurry…. I know my pussy misses me.” Dylan declares and you cross your legs.
“I’ll be back soon.” You repeat before hanging up. You look at Shuri and your brows furrow at the look on her face. Her veins are showing in her face and her jaw is clenched.
“Are you okay?”
“Fine.” Shuri mumbles. “I take it you have to leave?”
“Not right now. You were telling me about what you were doing.” You remind her, watching as she slowly loosens up.
“I don’t want to keep you from your girlfriend.” She snaps and you stare at her in surprise.
“Ok, then.” You nod to yourself before pushing your chair back and standing. Just as you’re about to walk off, Shuri’s quickly at your side with her hand clasping your wrist.
“Wait Sthandwa, I apologize. I was wrong to speak to you like that.” Shuri pleads, her eyes begging me to stay. I exhale, pulling my wrist from her hold.
“Seems we both care more than we should.” You point out, sitting back in your seat.
The rest of the dinner is tame. You both steer away from heavy conversations and focus on your career, and what you’ve both been doing to better yourselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The last one is shocking to you when Shuri admits she believes in the Ancestors now and the saying ‘Everything Happens For A Reason’
For the longest time she was so angry at everything. When she’d lost her family it’d seemed like she’d lost herself as well. Sitting and conversing with her as she reflected on how much she’d changed and matured over the years made you feel slightly envious that you couldn’t do that for her.
It went without saying that Riri was the one that helped her and that made you feel worthless. You’d tried when you were together to help her, to heal her, to be her peace and she seemed too combative against it. She warred with you when all you tried to do was make her smile, bring happiness into her life.
What did Riri do that was so different from what you tried to do? How was she able to awaken the loving Shuri you’d heard so much about and could barely get. What did she have that you didn’t? Sure she was a pretty girl and she had a skinny, tiny body but it couldn’t just be looks. Shuri had been with enough women that looks couldn’t be the factor.
“You deserve every piece of happiness you can find.” You sum up the strength to say, feeling guilty for the anger and jealousy that was stirring in you.
While it was clear Shuri had grown. It was even clearer that you hadn’t. You’d changed for sure. But it clearly wasn’t for the best.

and i like to play around with Kisara and Seto in a very specific scenario: i want them to escape their divine tragedy into normalcy. as normal as they can get anyway. theyre owed 1 peaceful lifetime, and paid it. it has very specific story beats for both, for Kaiba its a road of healing and change starting before meeting her and settling into calm with her. his soul has been in anguish for so fuckin long man. "the past life" has double meaning, and hes able to face it, accept it, take the steps to move on. live.
and for her its once again the god walking the earth feels alienated and unfit to be around mortals, their disgusting bloody teeth and bloody flesh, cruelty, endless greed, their stupid blindness to beautiful things in the world. shes wandering, lost, alone with the blinding light trapped in her ribcage until she finds the one shes always looking for and suddenly teeth and flesh are sooo nice. making her blush in fact. suddenly shes endlessly greedy too. feeling awfully mortal in this chilis tonight.
so they GOTTA be each others escape from the narrative basically.
