Fond memories are so nice, they're like my sweet little prize for being alive. It's like a game you just live more and do silly little things with friends and then the memories get added to your inventory and you can just, have them all to yourself! for free! it's so kickass

#voidrambles #yes ik I'm sappy shut up I've had like five hours of sleep in the last 48 #feeling mushy about the normal built in functions of the human brain over here #okay but like seriously. it's hard to explain but the way i can be in a moment and it's just A Moment and I'm experiencing it and I'm not #even necessarily thinking of it as a happy thing because it blends in with the time and space around it #or i am having fun but I'm thinking about The Activity and not the fact that I'm having fun doing it yknow #or thinking about the people I'm with and not thinking about being with them #but THEN i get to have the memory and the brain texture is different and not blended in because it's just this little extracted bit of time #and that part never goes away! and i can just have that! for free!#and no matter what bad horrible things happen to me I'm still going to have those and also keep collecting more and more and more #as i get older #just this little collection of stuff that i can take off the shelf while I'm doing laundry or whatever and smile at and then put back #idk i just think it's worth it for that #I'm filling out my memorydex or whatever the gamers say #yeah
