Popping on here because I don't rlly want this on main but I'm so nervous ab tomorrow I'm shaking

My therapist invited me to come in for part of my mom's session to talk to her about what happened w/ my ex. It's been over a year and I still can't manage to get past it in the slightest

He says I don't have to but it is something I've needed to tell her ab for a long time cause she doesn't fully understand why I'm actually scared to go to the grocery store after school hours but it's so nerve-wracking to talk to her ab it- like so much that I'm almost feeling nauseous (；・ω・)
